Planet Granite

I highly recommend Planet Granite! I have been remodeling my home including the kitchen and 3 bathrooms with a total of 4 vanities. My contractor and plumber don't show and have put my project 4-weeks behind which is costing me so much money. Let me tell you how incredibly accommodating and kind that Planet Granite has been to me. The kitchen cabinets I had installed are horrible, cheap, and I am having to pay for new cabinets.

Planet Granite is helping me with rescheduling and re-measuring my kitchen, yet they will proceed with my bathrooms. To help me, Mac is waiving the extra fees for re-measuring and 2-different installation dates. Thank heavens as I've had no kitchen for 9 weeks or bathroom sinks/countertops in this house for over 3 weeks. Also, you should know I went to every other place in COS that sells and cuts stone countertops.

Planet Granite is the only place that greeted me every time I came into the store, they answered my questions, and found out answers if they did not know the answer. Michael Smith is my salesperson, and he has been so nice a patient with my changes as well as helping me with colors as I have some color blindness. There were several times I came into the store forgetting Michael was off, yet the other salespeople still helped me.

There is really a team here and honest to goodness every single time I came to the store the whole team from the front desk to the sales team were/are incredibly nice and helpful. If you want a pleasant experience with knowledgeable and professional people to help you when you are spending thousands of dollars, I suggest you go to Planet Granite. The individual (darn forgot his name) that came to measure the bathrooms and kitchen (we will be remeasuring when I get the 2nd new cabinets) was very nice, professional, and helpful.

And Sean in scheduling has been very nice too. Stay tuned as after my countertops are installed, I will write another review. I am excited to see my new quartz and marble countertops!

I am an Installer for Planet Granite and I recently installed a job that Adrianna was the sales person for. The customer wanted me to get on here and do a review! They said that Adrianna was very Professional, welcoming, and never pushy. She explained very clearly what everything was and guided them to exactly what they wanted. She thoroughly explained every question that they had and not once did they think about working with anyone else or going anywhere else. Overall Adrianna made the experience fantastic and they will surely come back to see her in the future!

Blindsided, and over charged. Had an appointment to get an estimate to have kitchen granite countertops deep cleaned, polished, and sealed. The expectation was just that, get an estimate, then if OK book a service date. The guy showed up on time, looked over the granite, and said he'd get started, right then. Was unable to give a quote (office will set the price after work is done).

Original estimate from the office was $350-$400. In less than 15 minutes the guy was done. Sprayed the granite with something 9a cleaner?), ran a razor blade over the wet granite. Wiped the granite down. By hand, applied the liquid seal. And was done. Later the bill came in at $500. We complained, and was never offered a more appropriate price for 15 minutes of hand cleaning and sealing.

Everyone at Planet Granite is amazing. They took the time to see what we wanted and made sure we got exactly that. The process was transparent so we knew exactly what to expect. Very satisfied customer and would recommend planet granite to anyone considering new countertops.

Fantastic job by a great shop. New construction is kind of a s***-show right now. Planet Granite was one of the few contractors on our home who did a great job, were on time, and were on budget. Erin took time to make sure we were on budget and happy with our slections. Great selection of slabs and quality fabrication and installation. A+ - use them!

PG is an innovator in the world of solid surfaces for countertops. Huge direct mill purchasing power allows a deep inventory even in these pandemic times. They provided quality product, safe deliver of materials, and never shipped late for two major plants where I was responsible for all supply chain strategies. Katherine our design rep. was so very helpful, we had to stop in a couple of times trying to make our mind up, each time she was very patient, she really knew what we were looking forward because she listened to our likes and dislikes. When the installers Cimarron, Jordan and James came to install they where personable, professional. Install went so easy and when the job was finish other than having a very beauty counter top you'd never know they were there. Very clean! Went in to look at granite counter tops for my new remodeling kitchen and they said i couldn't look at them without an appointment so we made one for the next day. We picked out one we liked and gave measurements and john said he would email us with an estimate in a couple days. So a couple days went by and nothing. So we called and left three messages and still nothing. So we went to green acres granite and it was a good experience and the counters are beautiful.

Gage and Ommi were awesome! They called me and asked if they could show up early to complete the granite work in our basement and were super professional. They allowed my wife and I too see the granite in the spaces before they finalized everything and when there was an issue with one of the pieces Mac our sales person was super responsive. They rushed the new piece of granite and what would have taken two weeks was less than a week and they were back to install it. Gage was super informative and allowed me to ask a million questions while he was working.

Their great personalities were much needed after three months of renovations! I will definitely recommend planet granite to all of our friends and hopefully they will get Gage and Ommi to do their installs!

I just had to write a review and post some pictures to marvel how great the Golden Crystal counter tops look that Planet Granite fabricated. They are the best and most professional company I have had the pleasure of working with. Ash Caparros is the best associate to work with! Among the many changes I made along the way he was most supportive and ensured that my dream counters came to be a reality! Everything is now complete and looks like I have a new. Looking forward to my next home improvement project for the bathroom counters!

We were very impressed with the way Planet Granite conducted their operation. We did get an estimate from another local company but they didn't seem as professional and organized as Planet Granite. In fact, we would have paid $1,200 more for a similar product. The install team was fantastic. They didn't waste any time and were very professional and friendly.

The counters were a perfect fit, thanks to their meticulous measurements. The install crew answered all our questions and left our kitchen neat and clean. Kudos to everyone at Planet Granite!

Our experience with Planet Granite was outstanding. A friend recommended them for their customer service, products, and pricing. On our first visit, the receptionist introduced us to our sales rep, Brandon. We told him what we were looking for, and he showed us all of our options. Once we made our decision, everything happened like clockwork. All of the employees we worked with were professional, courteous, and very helpful.

Fantastic! Beautiful selection, plenty to choose from. I really appreciate how honest they were. We selected a slab that looked great but when the design person took a closer look he decided it had problems. I couldn't tell the difference really but we selected another slab we actually liked better. The installers, Dan and Rob (I believe) were professional and answered all our questions. The join, after they worked their magic, is almost invisible. I highly recommend this company.

Very outstanding service from sales to install. Ash in sales, Isaac the onsite measurements and Dan, Rob and Sterling doing the install were all professional and knew their jobs. Dan made sure all the caulking matched the color of the walls. The counters look beautiful and perfect as possible.

Such a great experience from beginning to end. Mac showed us so many wonderful options from high price to low. We appreciated him helping us choose the best granite for our kitchen and not trying to sell us the most expensive. We worked with Jarvis on pricing and the contract. Always available and very pleasant. Isaac came out to measure our templet and really new his stuff because the granite arrived with precision cuts and fit beautifully.

The installation was done by Crew 9 and consisted of Ryan, Joe and Jose. What a great crew. The installation was done so well that even our kitchen remodeler was impressed. He said it was difficult to do what they accomplished let alone have it look so good when done. Thank you guys for helping to make our first Kitchen Remodel such a smooth experience.

Planet Granite had beautiful granite placed in my new build. My three stars is because their installers did a great job on the granite and install itself, but put a hole in my dry bar wall from placing the granite over my counters and didn't even repair or bother to say anything. Just did the job, left a hole, and left!

Honestly.due to weather, no show & no phone call for installation appt. Then they sent 2 people to install a large island counter top. Crew told me, FYI, they were going to crush/destroy the island since they couldn't lift the granite to place it properly. I hotly objected & refused to allow this. My DH showed up unexpectedly and was able to lever the slab with boards, saving the island from damage. Not planning on using them again.but the end product looks pretty good so I gave them 3 stars. This was the 2nd time I've used them. 1st time.no problems.

Excellent customer service. Great product. Helpful, talented, knowledgeable employees. I love love love my new kitchen (June 2016) and the granite countertops and island from Planet Granite make it really shine. Thankyou to all at Planet Granite (Erin, Eric and others) who went above and beyond; I do not hesitate to recommend Planet Granite to anyone looking to add beautiful granite to your home!

I am sorry I am so late in thanking you and the rest for the final outcome of the countertops. I can't remember all the names of those who helped, but everybody was great! The gentleman who was understanding about the finish difference at a seam, Travis, was very willing to work out a solution.

Hi Folks, I am updating my review, after my 2 star rating my salesman Ash, went to bat and got us in the schedule for this week. The 2 star rating I originally posted last week was based on being pushed out to 3 weeks for an install after our granite broke and couldn't be installed on the original day. Mike and Caleb who did the install today were great young men that did a good job and took extra time to make sure everything was right and that we were happy with the work. I appreciate the efforts to set things right.

Granite countertops installed on time, precisely measured, and they are absolutely beautiful! In addition, there was no dust or mess left anywhere. This is the third time I've used them, and they've done a great job all three times. While their reputation is of first-class service and correspondingly high prices, when we did some comparison shopping, we found that the timelines and prices were all pretty much the same. Dealt with Ash, who handled all the scheduling and walked with me through the yard to inspect slabs, with no hurry or pressure.

He certainly knew all about the product - granite v. marble v. quartz v. Corian, and about the pros/cons of different kinds of granite (much of the cheaper granite is actually tougher and less prone to cracking than the more exotic stuff).

I would like to extend to you my sincerest appreciation for the work Luke and Andrew performed for me and my wife Paula yesterday. They repaired the seams of the new granite counter tops that we have and then applied the Invisi Block sealer to them. These young men conducted themselves in a very professional manner and represented your company in a way that should make you very proud.

Planet Granite My wife and I wanted to upgrade the look and quality of our 12 year old kitchen island from granite tile to a cut slab granite top. We shopped around and selected Planet Granite because of their selection and customer service. Stephanie was our sales and design consultant. She took the time to walk the granite yard and indoor warehouse on three different occasions until we were sure we were selecting the correct slab for our project.

The price was very competitive so we added a vanity top to our guest bathroom. The customer service did not end with Stephanie, during the pre-planning and installation we worked with 4 different employees of Planet Granite, they were professional, maintained a clean work area and took the time to explain how to maintain our new granite tops. The negative comments on Yelp are 1-2 years old, we did not experience any of those negatives. All in all we were very pleased with our experience and would recommend Planet Granite and will use them again when we are ready to upgrade our master bathroom.

Service and product was good. Timeliness was disappointing. Before we signed the contract, we asked how long it would take from measure to install and the salesman said 2-3 weeks. We were happy with this time frame so we signed the contract and processed payment. However, actual time from measure to install was 5 1/2 weeks. Admittedly, we did have to sign a waiver since we were having our floors done while the granite was cut. However, the salesman waited a week before sending this waiver.

After signing the waiver (same day it was received), we were contacted three days later to schedule the install. The first available appointment was then four weeks later. We would have gone with another company that was delivering product within 2-3 weeks, but if we canceled our order, they would have charged us a 25% restocking fee.

Thanks so much for your help with my kitchen remodel. The counter tops look wonderful! If you value word of mouth advertising, you've just found a valuable resource in me! Thanks again!

Stewart Remodeling has been using Planet Granite as our exclusive granite and quartz supplier for over a year now. The experience has been refreshingly easy, with their large showroom and onsite salespersons helping walk our clients through a meriad of choices they have been a clear representation of the quality we strive for in all of our remodel projects.

Beware slight color variation - it can mean totally different color. On the up side, the customer service we received from Mac was excellent. He was friendly and helpful to correct the problem quickly and with a positive attitude.

UPDATE: Upon becoming aware of the difficulty that I experienced with the hole that was drilled to the incorrect size in my vanity top, Planet Granite immediately contacted me and made it right. They were extremely apologetic for the issue that I experienced and went above and beyond to insure that I was completely satisfied with all aspects of their work.

Great granite at a good price. Time frame for installing was within reason. Overall good experience.

Actually I had a very good care from the manager Mark. He made me happy with my project in my kitchen. However, the day of the installation the guys who installed the granite they made a very bad damage on one of my walls.

The crew and staff at Planet Granite were super helpful. We walked through the showroom and picked out our granite. The installation and service were exceptional. So happy with our new kitchen, thank you Planet Granite!

Luke from Planet Granite came out today to make some repairs from the previous installer of my granite and travertine countertops. He was punctual, professional, friendly and did a fantastic job! If you want quality work and people that truly go above and beyond, look no further!

My experience was a bit unusual, in that I am in CT and my 3 bathrooms in Colorado Springs needed granite counter tops and sinks. I worked with Meredith Smarr over the telephone. Within a few weeks, my counter tops were measured up, cut to perfection and installed many miles away.

Though we are pleased with the countertop we finally ended up with from Planet Granite, it's a shame it took a negative review on Yelp to get it. There's an odd Third-Worldish feel to this company, like dealing with the DMV, only more expensive. A complicated scheduling process, lack of direct access to managers (who don't even have their own phone lines), an inefficient system for dealing with customer's problems, and poor QA upon installation make it a frustrating experience we wouldn't want to repeat. We did appreciate the Sales Manager's responsiveness once our issue reached his attention, the fair solution he offered, and the timely service he provided in the end.

Wonderful service and a beautiful result. Crazy pleased with how our little island top project turned out.

I recommend planet granite to anyone. They have done my home and my in-laws bathrooms and they are very professional.

My husband and I just moved to Colorado Springs so we did not know what company to use for our granite counter tops. This review is not about the quality of the final product because we never got that far. The woman that came over to measure was just very snooty. Out of the three contractors we had come and measure, this company was the least friendly. I figured I would still use them regardless if the price was right, however, they also ended up being the most expensive. I would get quotes from other companies.

Had two bathrooms and a kitchen done. They were on time for all the appointments and the installation went very well. The crew was professional and very efficient. They did some little extras that made installing the faucets easier for me. Everything looks great. Glad I used them!

I was here last week with Patty Olney. The staff was so helpful, they took the time to show us what was available. Then actually moved slabs, so that Patty could pick the four slabs she wanted. They do all the work right at their place on Stone St.

I made the mistake of trusting them with our install at our new location for locals barbershop. Not only did they miss the time that they said they could do it In, the price Increased by $1,500 from what he quoted me to what they actually would install.

Planite granite isn't so great. We ordered our granite and it cost about $4500 which I understand is pretty typical. The only comparison price we got was with Costco which was essentially the same price. The granite came and it was cut wrong so instead of taking about 4-5 hours to put in they had to come back later that day with a new piece to finish the job.

That was pretty inconvenient for us since we have 2 toddlers and we need to keep them away while the job is being done. Another problem was with scratches and damage of the granite they did put in. There were about three areas that needed to be buffed, sanded, sealed, or whatever. They were pretty slow to come back to fix these imperfections. It seems like once they have your money and are pretty much done with the job then they forget about you. Like I said, in general things were OK with them, but if I had to put in granite again I'd probably try another granite place.
