Thank you Bill and Chris for making this process so easy. Mike, site manager is a Rock Star! All of the crew were professional and cleaned up daily. If there was something I had a concern about or needed an adjustment, Mike took care of it right away and was really easy to communicate with and receptive to my concerns and needs. Having done much remodeling on our own, it was worth every penny to have Keilty's crew take it from demo to final walk through. They made it very easy and the outcome is more than we hoped for. I still walk in and say "who's bathroom is this?" Thanks to all the Keilty crew!

I just had a phone conversation with this company. We are interested in doing a bottom floor remodel. I was told that my project wouldn't be there first choice. It sounded too "choppy" for their company. I was told that they don't work on existing cabinetry that they have their own carpenter. I wasn't aware of this. She said their company was higher end.

She said they were too busy. Asked me if I could wait about a year. I really have never had a conversation where someone from a business was so belittling. Please don't bother this company if you aren't the right type of project.

After my family had a horrible experience with another so-called builder in this community, we found Keilty Remodeling. What a great company with ethical values. We needed to get some repairs done quickly on the house we were selling and Keilty Remodeling stepped up and got everything fixed for us in a timely, efficient manner. The work they did was great. We have used Keilty Remodeling in the past for our kitchen, bathroom, and other remodeling projects. They are ethical, dependable, and do very good work. We highly recommend them to anybody looking for a dependable remodeler.

The rate of expansion in the valley has lead to the propagation of a breed unreliable and unprofessional building/remodeling "contractors" that are just to "busy" to return calls or follow up if they have. We spent more than 8 months trying to find a contractor to do work on our house to no avail. We finally contacted Joe Prin of the local Home Fix show on 670 KBOi.

He gave us a list of contractors that he endorsed and among them were Keilty Remodeling. Not only was Keilty responsive, they were professional and clearly well organized. We contracted with them to do a 399 sq/ftr addition to our garage and a 1000 sq/ft patio expansion including a patio cover during the summer off 2019. Keilty's staff and subcontractors were prompt, professional and did what they said they would do when they said they would do it.

Any issues or concerns that came up were dealt with swiftly and to our satisfaction. There after the job support has been excellent as well. We would wholeheartedly endorse contacting Keilty for your next build/remodel.

Recently we hired Keilty Remodeling to update and refurbish our small hallway bathroom. From our first contact to the final walk through our experience with Keilty and their highly skilled sub contractors was positive on every level. We hired Keilty Remodeling to convert a covered patio into an aide's quarters for my inlaws. When it was done, I wanted to live there. Our deck remodel is the third project in which we've used Keilty Remodeling. We always thought our back deck was adequate, but with a lovely creek running through the back yard and loads of ducks, squirrels and birds of all kinds, we wanted to ramp it up. The before and after photos blew me away. The "Before" was pitiful! The "After" was like a dream come true.

Working with them throughout the project was fantastic - communication was fast and clear, and any concerns we had were quickly addressed until we were satisfied. Keilty Remodeling did a bathroom remodel for us in November 2015: transform a typical bathroom into one that is elderly friendly. They replaced the tub with a curbless, walk-in, tiled shower, replaced the toilet with a high seat toilet, replaced the cabinet with a kitchen height cabinet, added grab bars, a shower seat and an adjustable height handheld shower head.

They upgraded the sink, faucet, flooring, wall paint, towel bars and toilet roll holder. My mother-in-law loves her new bathroom. The workers were all excellent. They arrived on time and worked steadily and efficiently. The quality of the work is excellent. We will hire Keilty Remodeling again for our next remodel project.
