The gentleman who came out was very nice and professional. I am giving it 3 stars for two reasons: (1) There is a pretty significant drip that goes from the wall part of the tub down to the tub part and is over a foot long of a run and (2) The tub is very rough feeling, almost like sand paper in some areas. I clean my tub once a week and it seems like this is helping the roughness, but it is still pretty bumpy.

Besides that, the tub is white and looks so much better. The people who owned the house before us did a small crack repair in the side and reglazed it. Whatever they used had started to yellow and their repair started to come undone. The tub looks much better.

I have used them on several jobs now refinishing a bath rub. They do great work and there guys are so friendly. Excited to see what they can do with counter tops next!

Recently attempted to get an estimate from this company due to my neighbor referring them. It appears to be a great alternative to stone countertops. The date of the estimate the technician never showed up. And I had to call them asking where/what was happening. In my experience it's best to call the client/guest informing them you will be late. Instead of having me call multiple times trying to contact them.

Their customer service was annoyed and rude when I was just trying to see if the estimate was still happening. Instead of offering a solution, they told me they can just cancel my estimate. While it is disappointing that I will not be using their product or service. I'm glad that I will not be supporting a company that treats potential customers so poorly.

Our old blue- and almond-colored bathtubs, with dated shower walls, look AMAZING after Refinish First of Boise came out and worked their magic. It feels and looks like we spent hundreds of dollars for a simple face lift that came in at a fraction of the cost of replacing the tubs and walls in full. Sometimes contractors run into unforeseen issues, that is what happened on my home, initially a mistake was made and wrong color countertops were put in. Then we had an issue with installation that caused with some damage to my newly painted cabinets. I got a call right away letting me know what had happened. It was so nice to be working with company that stood by their work, had a listening ear to my frustrations and took care of it. Thank you both Dave and Amy! The end product looks amazing!

Refinish was professional and suggested several options for me to consider. I am very happy with the work. They repaired a 50yr old bathtub with chips and fully refinished it. I was able to rent the property right away afterward. They also removed broken doors and the remodel was truly amazing. A great deal for the result you get. Probably added $10k more to my home value.

I needed a face lift on my rental property. David made it easy and affordable. I saved thousands compared to the quote I got from another company and did not lose valuable rental income because the turn around was so fast.

David and his partner resurfaced our bathtub. We were very hesitant to trust anyone after it had been done a few years ago, and was almost impossible to clean. David laid all our concerns to rest by his knowledge of and confidence in the products he uses. Well, it turned out beautifully, and it's EASY to clean! The tub actually has a shine to it once again.

Great! The technicians came, fixed the tile and sheet rock that was damaged when the tub faucet was replaced, and spent a lot of time removing all the caulk and silicone. Once the tub/tile was ready to clean and prep, they took their time and made sure to contain the mess as best as they could.

It went extremely well. I contacted them on 11/2/2012 and they were here to do the work on 11/12/2012 and finished the work on 11/13. It was done with such care and professionalism that I have already referred them to two of my friends who will be contacting the company in the spring.

Everything went extremely well. I have hired other contractors and there has been an issue of quality and following through on what was promised. I was beyond happy when they showed up as promised and always so courteous and professional. They kept me informed through the entire process and did exceptional work. They went the extra mile and I was so impressed.

I had my kitchen counters refinished by David and Terry. I am so impressed with the results. What a difference. They were professional and it was a great deal!

Does not know how to run a business. My friend had a job done by David himself and after looking at the work it was sad to know she paid so much for it she tried talking to the company but they refused to take her calls or even deal with her.

David and his crew took care of us when we had questions and made sure the our tub refinish was top notch.

I had my kitchen countertops done and had a great experience. Scheduling was on time and Sean the technician was very friendly and professional. I saved a ton of money and headaches from going this route, rather than formica or granite.

DON'T SET YOURSELF UP FOR A MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT WITH THESE JOKERS! I made an appointment for an estimate for my bathroom and kitchen counters.the guy didn't show up. I called to see what happened.

Horrible experience! Horrible customer service. So sad, especially when the person that was so rude, unhelpful and unprofessional is the same person that told me he's the owner. We had our counters refinished about 6 months ago, 4 countertops total.

Sprayed 2 tubs when they should have only sprayed one. Took over 2 weeks when it should have taken 4 days. Tech didn't show up one of the days I was expecting him to. Bumped up the heat up to 80 degrees all weekend.

We hired Refinish First based on their good rating and reviews and ended up being very disappointed. The initial technician who came out to refinish our garden tub, was very polite and worked very clean--except for the fact that he left two very visible footprints in the bottom of our tub and neglected to spray the front edge of the tub.
