Treasure Valley Kitchen & Bath

We tried to hire TV-KB to make custom bath vanity and cabinets for our remodel. Brian came out and measured 30 days ago on a Friday and told us we would have a price on Mon-Tues. Very nice man. said this project was easy. Then he ghosted us. My wife called no less than five times (1-2 times a week) and I stopped in the office 3.5 weeks later to "pick up the cabinet order".

The off mgr / receptionist (who is very nice) look at me like a deer in headlights. "Order?" Yeah I said they would be built by this time if Brian would have ever simply called back. I asked if she would give me his phone and I would ask him why he thinks it is proper to just ignore someone. It is very unprofessional, rude, immature and cowardly. She said she could not but would find out.

No answer! We liked their product, price was not an issue, and his suggestions for remodel were worthy of a big tip. But he ghosted us. Do not go to Treasure Valley Kitch-Bath here except to hire away the lady in the office she deserves better.

We are incredibly pleased with Tony and Treasure Valley Kitchen & Bath. Tony has been Fabulous! He is diligent and very detail oriented. We didn't have to worry about anything. All of his staff and sub contractors were top notch! Our Kitchen turned out beyond our expectations and spot on budget. I can tell you if you are wanting the best call Tony with Treasure Valley Kitchen & Bath you won't be disappointed

We are so pleased with our new kitchen! Bryan and his craftsmen were very professional and pleasant to work with. Amber is a very talented designer. I appreciated that she listened to my ideas, answered my questions, and offered advice. And, in the end, I felt that my new kitchen was indeed my own design. There were unforeseen delays as a result of the pandemic, but the result was well worth the wait! Thank you, Treasure Valley Kitchen and Bath!

Tony Ellis with TVKB was so great to work with for our full, down to the studs/wall removal kitchen remodel. Upon the first consultation he listened to our ideas, answered all of our many questions, and came back to us quickly with a 3D rendering of what our space could look like. He took our ideas and made them better! He and the whole team were professional, prompt, and stayed within our timeframe and more importantly our budget. If issues came up they were resolved quickly. The finished project is a beautiful, quality, and functional living space for our family. Highly recommend!

My husband and I decided to remodel our kitchen through Treasure Valley Kitchen and Bath. We made an appointment with Bryan and he helped us transform our original 1970's kitchen into a beautiful modern, rustic retreat. He was very professional, knowledgeable, polite, patient with my initially indecisive mind, and helpful in making choices. The showroom was very clean and well laid out with a good variety of options when we arrived.

He was able to help design a kitchen that fit our budget and floor plan. When our cabinets arrived, a few of the cabinets had issues, but those issues were resolved quickly. We were very happy with the time frame between our initial meeting with Bryan and the wrap up to the remodel and quite pleased at how helpful, friendly, and professional his staff was during the process. I highly recommend Treasure Valley Kitchen and Bath to anyone looking at remodeling.

When home disaster strikes (leaking roof leading to hidden but extensive wall damage), life changes. When a second disaster hits within 10 days of the first (a master shower pipe joint burst with flooding into the subfloor, requiring a complete gutting to mitigate the damage), you begin to contemplate bulldozing the whole home and starting over! We had no idea where to turn.

The business that handled the general restoration project called upon Bryan Bixler at Treasure Valley Kitchen and Bath. During my first meeting with him, I knew we were dealing with a bright and capable professional. Bryan made sure to keep us updated on the simultaneous projects at every phase, never leaving the home without cleaning up the workspace.

He employs an amazing finish carpenter who isn't just incredibly talented, but above and beyond pleasant. The two jobs took time, as the damage was significant. In the end, we wound up with an absolutely gorgeous master bathroom (even adding a heated floor) and a kitchen that was restored to perfection. He paid attention to every single detail, and addressed every one of my concerns, telling me that the job would not be complete until I was totally satisfied.

I can tell you, I never want to go through that again. However, if I ever consider updating kitchen or bathrooms, I know where to turn. Bravo, Bryan! You truly knocked this one out of the park! I highly recommend this business for anyone interested in having top notch work done in their home!

We just finished up with my new kitchen. You can see the before and after. Tony worked with me on colors, helping me go from the lighter wood to a rich Cannon Grey wood and quartz countertop. He and his contractors were excellent to work with. Duane who installed the cabinets was the absolute best! If you are looking for someone who is dependable and trust worthy, then you should contact Tony. Thanks again Tony for all you have done for us.

Go somewhere else. There are lots of other options available for a kitchen or bath remodel in Boise. Unfortunately we used them for our kitchen and everything took months longer than they promised and multiple times they increased the cost for items that they promised would cost less. Terrible customer service and a very unprofessional company.

It all started with a water leak that lead to over half the kitchen being removed as well as removing a large chunk of wall and carpet in a downstairs bedroom that lead to us having to quickly find a remodeler and thanks to the disaster recovery company (Quick Dry Restoration - also awesome!) we were referred to Rick at Platinum. He came over the next day and after reviewing the old cabinets, walls, flooring and carpeting he was able to give me a breakdown within a few days.

Throughout this time Rick's communication was great and he always kept me in the loop. After the insurance approved the estimate - which included all new cabinets from Treasure Valley Kitchen & Bath (also owned by Rick) - we picked out cabinets (Treasure Valley Kitchen) and flooring (Meridian Flooring). This process was also seamless thanks to his experienced staff working at their showroom.

At this time we also asked Rick if he can refer someone to install a gas line into our kitchen and he made that happen for a very reasonable rate as well. When the actual work started Rick brought in a variety of subconstractors who were all very polite and professional and very skilled in their trades. I can definitely say that Rick doesn't hire crappy subcontractors to save a few bucks but instead really values professionalism and craftsmanship.

Everyone from drywall to painters to plumbers, electricians and cabinet installers were very skilled and did a very professional job. I really also want to highlight a member of Rick's staff - Chris. Chris was in charge of doing a lot of the odds and ends and his level of craftsmanship was nothing short of superb perfectionist. He was very personable and always showed up quickly whenever we had any concerns or if there was any rework (which there was very little of).

Him and his partners also installed most of the appliances in the house when everything was back in place and they were very careful and made great effort not to damage anything. I know this is a serious wall of text, but I just want to say that I would definitely recommend Rick and Platinum Remodel and if anything were to happen in our house again they would be the first ones I would call. There was a change in staff before mine were ordered and it turned out I was over budget and hadn't been told.

I was willing to change my order but after a night of review, Treasure Valley allowed my choices within the budget pricing. I truly think this is what customer service is all about. I am very happy with the end result and will recommend this company to anyone and everyone.

Bryan and his team were extremely professional and they communicated extremely well through the process, keeping us abreast of any bottlenecks or delays (which, in my experience, happens with any project of this scale).

Extremely unprofessional, I will make sure I never use them and will do my best to ensure people I know don't use them either.

If their driving (company vehicle 1A 785 E) is anything like their work ethic and or work product I will go absolutely no where near them for my remodel.
