Security Source

They only delivered a safe for me, but the customer service was great. There was a mix up in communication on what I wanted which was partially my fault, but they fixed it and got my safe installed. Great customer service and would highly recommend!

Security Source is great! We just had them move our 2030lb safe from our old house to our new house. This is an extremely dangerous operation and we are so thankful that they agreed to move this safe for us. This was also not an easy move as the safe was being placed inside our new house. At our new house there is a steep grade driveway, a tight turn, and 2 steps up before you get into the house.

The team did a really great job and were very professional. They were also polite and respectful of our house and property. This included laying down blankets and then steel plates (on top of the blankets) to ensure that our hardwood floors and carpet were not damaged, scratched, or dirtied by the dollies they were using. This is the second time we have used security source and we highly recommend them.

During the assessment/survey, scheduling, and move we worked with Zach, Andrew, Warren and two others (forgot their names! sorry!) - all of them were professional and nice to work with. Thank you!

I had no issues with this business at all. I worked with Zach throughout the process. I had a safe delivered to them from another company (check out Sturdy Safe!) and then they delivered and installed it at my home. This safe was 2030lbs - a beast for sure! But the 2-man install crew (Phil L and Tom S) did a great job and positioned the safe. precisely where I wanted it.

They also installed shims underneath the safe to make sure that it didn't wobble and to make sure that the door didn't have a "run" in it (i.e. continues to fall open or close after the door has been stopped by the user). I was very pleased by the service. Phil L was especially helpful in showing me how to wire the safe for.

My 16 year old safe that I purchased from Security Source has been perfect for my needs. That is why their guys have moved my safe four times since 2004. Each time they sent a team of professionals who did the job quickly and smoothly. They are as pleasant on the phone as they are in person. This local business is a unique asset to the Albuquerque community.

Very excellency service and a very good product. Jason my sales rep was very helpful in helping me choose the safe for me. I ended up with the American Security SF6042 and I am very please with it. Also it was delivered the very next day.

Terrible service! Zach confirmed appointment date and time to change the locks on my new home and to install a new security system. Did not show for appointment nor did he or anyone else from the office call to offer explanation. I called to ask what the issue was approximately 30 minutes after the scheduled appointment time. Receptionist presented as "annoyed" I was calling. Zach eventually called back stating he would be at my home between 3:00& 3:30 pm.

He did not show nor did he call to let me know he was not available. Total waste of my time! Would not recommend this company. Unprofessional and disrespectful! Contacted another company received prompt and professional services Do not recommend using this company!

A fairly neat place to go a lot of different items and cool gadgets prices of course are a little bit high but there is a lot of things here that you will not find in other stores if I needed to I would probably do business with these people last time I went was just a shopping visit to compare some prices and items and get some information the individuals who work here are fairly knowledgeable about most of their items

We were really pleased with Security source from beginning to end. We bought a standing safe. Sales rep was courteous and installers were clean and professional.

We moved back to Alq area and left our home safe in our previous home because it was very heavy and expensive to move. We bought a new Champion safe from Vince for our new home. At the same time we had the floor safe in the new house updated with a new combination. I could not be more pleased with the safe and the delivery. Professional, helpful and very knowledgeable.

If you are serious about purchasing a quality safe and having it safely and professionally delivered and set up I can't make a stronger recommendation than this crew. Thank you.

Just moved to ABQ. I have a big safe 1050lb to bring with me. I met with the shop in PHX that I bought the safe from, they packed it up safely and put it in the back of a UHaul truck. Made an appointment with Security Source for Monday 4/9 at 8:00am to take the safe from back of the truck into our home here in ABQ. Their installer called me at 8:30 just to tell me that they were on their way.

When they got to our house they said that they didn't know how to take the safe from back of the uhaul truck since safe was laid down on its back. They start asking ME how they did that in PHX. After explaining it to them they took it down and took it in. All is fine to this point before I got a call from Security Source that they need to charge me additional $50 because safe was on its back.

He said that safe should have been standing up next to the truck wall. What? I traveled 500 miles away and they wanted me to put 1000 pound of safe against the wall? That would have roll over the truck. After arguing with them that first of all they were charging me $394 ($200 more than the guys in PHX)just to move the safe from the truck into a first level house and they were late an hour he said that they would call it even. Wow, very professional! I was planing of purchasing another safe but now I would never do business with these guys ever again. Safe your time and money call Somebody else.

Had a system put in by them in our home and business. My first experience a few years ago went like this: "Had two appointments to get cameras serviced. The first time the installer didn't have a tall enough ladder and made an appointment the following week. No one showed up to that appointment. I left a message about being stood up and never received a return call.

I called the next day and got lots of apologies. The cameras themselves are just "okay" for what we paid for them." Fast forward 5 years later.thought I would give them ANOTHER CHANCE.Recently called to upgrade our system and got put on hold. Receptionist then took my name and said someone would get back to me. NO ONE EVER CALLED. I decided to move on to "Professional Security Consultants Inc." after getting a recommendation from a fellow business owner. The service I am getting from them is like NIGHT AND DAY! Your loss Security Source.

I mostly go here to have keys made and locks re-set, but I appreciate the friendly attitude and great service at this store. For locks n keys the prices are better than the only other locksmith in the North Valley (Flying V) and, if you're looking for a good deal on a small or unusual safe for your home or vehicle - stop in the lobby and see what they've got. I was impressed with the variety of options.

Purchased a gun safe from them in December. They came out and delivered it on time and did a great job! In and out in less then an hour and cleaned up when they were done. Great service and fair price!
