We have had this company from the date when our building was constructed about 3 years ago. A year ago we added, based on their recommendation, a perimeter camera for a small enclosed patio area. The company ran the wiring and installed the camera. The camera has never ever worked. The technicians have been out repeatedly and are a bunch of useless incompetent nit wits. They have lied to us over and over again. Stay away! The company is absolutely worthless and incompetent and unprofessional

I never received renewal/cancellation notice for my contract. When I followed employees directions for cancellation it was not cancelled. During that encounter I was told there was no fee. The next month I was charged the monthly fee and told an email was not received (I clearly know it was, read receipt). Received a different staff members email. It took an hour for a response and then a buyout fee of more than $700. I would not recommend this company. Very disappointed after more than 2 years of service.

I have used ICSS for an alarm system for my store over 18 years and have been very happy with the quick response from both monitoring stations and for repairs. This Sept 2018 we added security cameras and they have been wonderful - crisp, clear and easy to monitor. The best thing has been the added perimeter monitoring feature which alerts the monitoring center of an intrusion on the property. This recently had the sheriffs at the scene as a burglar was exiting our building. He is in jail! Thank you ICSS!

Several months ago we had ICSS install a security camera system in our business. Paid them over $8000 and we STILL don't have completely functioning system. Multiple phone call and emails with little to no response. We have used them since 2002 for our monitoring and assumed they new what they were doing. But their customer service has sadly proven otherwise!
