We had been looking to upgrade our alarm for some time, and our previous provider seemingly had little interest in assisting us through this process. A-Tech was FANTASTIC! They showed up on time, listened to what we wanted to achieve, made many suggestions on how to improve our system and automate devices in an integrated system. No pressure to purchase items we weren't interested in.

Install went smoothly, we were showed how to work the system and set up. Rich, the owner, came out a few days later to assist in reviewing operation and to optimize a few features for us! Locally owned company, easy to work with and very responsive! Highly recommend!

A-Tech is a great company! They were able to revive my 20 year old alarm system by upgrading the alarm panels and main circuit. The estimation and sales process was no pressure and technically spot on. The installation took about half a day and the team showed up when they said they would. Since the installation I have had one small question and Rich the owner helped me and addressed my concern within a few minutes, that is excellent customer service. If you're looking for an alarm system, I would recommend giving A-Tech a call.

Very disappointed! I called this place because I support local business and had this service in the past. Unfortunately, my house was broken into so I am in urgent need of a system. Originally, I called on Monday 4/15/2019, sales person stopped by the house on Tuesday 4/16/2019. Because this is an important matter, he promised to get me a quote by Wednesday morning.

It is now Friday, 4/19, and I have yet to receive a quote. Nothing in the inbox or junk mail. No phone call or text. Nothing. What a shame! I do NOT recommend this place at all!

I was interested in hiring a local company for designing, installing, configuring a security system, along with monitoring. A-TECH seemed to get consistent great reviews. They did not disappoint. The owner was great to work with, spending a good amount of time with me going over all options, his thoughts, and recommendations. Even better, the install crew was really top notch.

They were careful, considerate, knowledgeable, clean and careful with everything, and installed as if it was their house. They even patched some nearby plaster just because they were there and noticed. They really went above and beyond a standard doing-the-job install. This is rare and highly valued. A-TECH hires good people and seems to pass down a work ethic. A+ to all concerned. The owner followed up post-install, post-sale, to make sure I was happy and offered to come out any time. Great local business, from all I can tell at this point.

Rich showed up on time, recommended some basic upgrades to improve our protection in our new home, and set us up with a monitored system utilizing the baseline system installed by our builder. Rich said the builder-installed system was fundamentally sound; we could benefit from a little better coverage to protect our home.

A-TECH isn't the cheapest company around, but if you're looking for specialists in home security, good information, and great service - hire them. (And Nathan, the technician, is AWESOME). We have used a variety of companies and A-TECH has been, by far, the best.

We just had A-Tech install a system in a duplex we just picked up. This one has 3 zones. As always, did an outstanding job. Very professional, pleasant, and easy to work with. Also, pricing is very good.

We did a security system upgrade including camera installation and conversion to alarm.com. Prompt service and when problems arose they were addressed personally by the owner. Good tech support and the office staff is responsive. Only downside is expense. There are cheaper options out there but you get what you pay for.

Rich was quick to respond to my on-line inquiry, came on site the following day, created a scope and estimate for our installation and deployed the crew within 2 days to complete the installation. We very much appreciated the professionalism and look forward to working with them.

I've had A-tech for almost 15 years now and they are top notch! My alarm has gone off a couple of times and they call with in seconds to make sure everything is ok. I would recommend them to anyone.
