Nathan was right on time (window of 8 am to 10 am and arrived at our home a little after 8 am). Nathan and the other gentleman worked as a team; one on the inside and one outside. The job was completed quickly and they cleaned everything up when they were finished. Nathan also took the time to explain everything. Finally, the price from Estes was extremely competitive.

Gerald from Estees has kept my old AC /heating unit running for the past 4 1/2 years. I just had a much needed new one installed and Estees went above and beyond to make sure that the job was completed to my satisfaction. They practically built a new closet to hold my new unit! The service representative Jon provided excellent service. Even though this was an emergency service order, Jon arrived in the committed time. Jon explained exactly what had caused my unit to stop working and made the required adjustment. I was pleased with his work and the fact he did not take advantage of me as a female home owner. I definitely recommend Estes.

Honest family owned and operated business. Used them for year and have always provided reliable, prompt, honest service. Recently they went the extra mile when we were selling our house and 3 days before close the compressor when out. The son came out within a few hours of contacting them and figured out the problem. They had to ship in a part from Orlando.
