Called them on a Monday afternoon and they had a technician ready for me Tuesday morning. In Florida, when the AC goes out, it can get really hot, really fast - and they got us fixed right up in no time. Fair rates, and even better service. Its hard having a stranger in your home, not only are they trustworthy, but clean and quiet too! These guys should be your first call every time. The old HVAC system was 15 years old and I wanted peace of mind and a top tier unit. Billy and crew were a pleasure to work with. Recently installed a 4T XV20i heat pump and hyperion air handler. The true magic is I decided to spend a little extra and have a multi zone control setup installed. It took 2 days for redoing all the ducting and a day to swap out the units and 1 more for an intense system calibration.

While doing the duct work they had my comfort in mind and were able to temporarily hook up the ducting so I had AC at night. The entire time it was no hastle, no nonsense professionalism and Billy was able to break down exactly how everything worked and the ins and outs so i knew how to run a monster system like this. Definatly will be my goto HVAC company in the future!

I purchased a Trane system several years ago from Leggett. Bill Leggett's advice on that system started me saving about a hundred dollars a month on my JEA bill. Leggett was contacted to come out to our new 2 story garage to design an HVAC installation that would minimally interfere with storage to cool our upstairs and potentially cool a closed in storage area downstairs. "Billy" was on time and even friendly, at first. My husband suggested putting the handler in part of the closet upstairs, but "Billy". talked us out of that idea due to "accessibility issues." Instead, "Billy" proposed that the handler be downstairs to meet our goals, quoting around $7k for the job.

The 2 men came to install and began hanging huge boxes, not custom built on site, that would've needed a soffit so low, my 6'2 husband would've had difficulty. We contacted "Billy" with.

After 5+ years of being a loyal customer who trusted this company I'm pretty disappointed on my last service. Had a unit installed 2-3yrs ago brand new and during a service this week found a leaky TXV valve possibly due to install and leaky coil due to manufacturer fault. $1215 later in charges I'm a little upset due to being $490 alone in refrigerant for 5lbs, on a warranty service, understandably they don't cover freon on warranty but leggett charging me 10x what the stuff actually costs for a service needed due to a faulty install/ manufacturer stinks, considering how much I bought the system for. Techs are awesome though so you see on the other reviews I'm just a little burnt by this experience after all the work I've had done from them.

Picture of freon attached is actually on the high side of what you can buy it for, some sites are almost half that, $4-$8/lb vs leggett $95/lb guess it makes sense if it included labor if filing the unit but it doesn't.

I have known Leggetts since 1998, you can't find more honest, hard working people. They do what is best for you and your home, they sincerely care about their customers. Highly recommend.

Bill and his staff are very knowledgeable and honest people I was quoted a price on Monday and two days later we have cool air again with our new system. Both technicians that came out to do our install were very respectful and thorough I highly recommend leggett for any of your home or commercial needs.

Service technician, Don, came to my house to repair my air conditioner. He determined it could be one of three expensive parts. He went to Trane to get a tester to determine the correct part at the same time picking up the parts. I was impressed with his intergrity to not just indiscriminitely replace parts. He also worked fast as I had an 11 a.m. Doctors appointment.

I had a new air to air heat pump installed and am pleased with the unit and the excellent installation by your men. They explained how it worked and removed my anxiety during the installation. They were polite and professional. Even putting down covers to protect my floors. The change from my water- to- air to the new air- to- air is amazing. Love the efficient way it works.

A year and a half ago the heat went out at the house, and as my regular heat and A/C guy couldn't come out until Monday (this was a Friday) I called a neighbor who recommended Leggett.
