This company clearly takes pride in its excellent work and customer service. When another company pressured me into thinking our furnace was broken, these guys gave me a third opinion and discovered the problem was a broken fuse. The technicians are qualified and a great pleasure to work with. I greatly endorse them to all my family and friends.

Great job Howard Air Conditioning! Thank you for fixing my duct needing to be sealed. We encountered some problems along the way and you made sure I was a happy customer at the end of the job!

During regular maintenance, I told my technician, Matt, that the unit was making a fairly loud 'reving up' sound when it came on. He investigated it and found the motor was going out. He immediately checked to see if another one was available & asked if I wanted it replaced that day. Of course I did since summer is right around the corner. He installed & tested it and it works wonderful.

This is the quietest my unit has been in over a year! By the way, I mentioned the same problem to my previous tech last year but he brushed it off as a temporary problem that would go away. Matt was very thorough when doing the regular maintenance, checking pressure and cleaning the unit inside and out (never had another technician do that before). I'm VERY pleased with his service and will continue to stay with Howard Svcs as long as I keep great service like Matt's!

I work for a local bank. Evan recently as out to check our ac system. He was very knowledgeable and had our problem fixed in no time. And we able to explain what was going on as simply as possible for us to understand. I would recommend for any of your ac problems. Thanks again Evan!

Technician Adam was at my house within 45 minutes of my request for service. He was courteous and very knowledgeable; he diagnosed the issue with our central heat/air quickly and then gave us options for repair. Once he was able to identify the problem he explained that because our system was older it would be in our best interest to replace the entire unit rather than deal with a barrage of expensive repairs in the future. He explained the difference between the different units, and their efficiency. He helped us to get the best system for our home at the best price.

We've used Howard Services for years and always had great service! Adam came out today for our regular maintenance and he did a great job! He was extremely thorough and even fixed a problem I've been dealing with for over a year with one of the bedrooms. Very knowledgeable and professional. I'll be requesting him from now on.

The people at Howard Air have always been honest with us, have done great work and have been great to deal with.

I like that you come promptly when my equipment has a problem. However at the moment I have an issue with the worn casing around my main air filter. It has aged and I need a new one. But when I asked you all to order a new one and replace it, I was told by a lady in the office that I should order it myself. I am in the midst of serious health issues and would have no idea how to do this, but she insisted that I should order this part myself. Can you provide a solution?

A professional company ran by professional con men. Apparently it's common practice with this company to pump refrigerant into a system without doing any follow up inside the home. Before leaving he was sure. to mention that a leak detection was needed and someone would contact me. There was no follow up call. When attempting to correct this over the phone originally I was blown off and no surprise that is the same method they took later.

I wouldn't recommend this service to anyone. Their technicians are trained to service as many people as possible per day to simply generate cash flow. How can someone just simply call themselves a service company without doing any work, checkups, or service inside the home. Customer beware of this crooked company.

They did a great job on replacing my two units at the beach. Their pricing was good, installers courteous and everything was done in a timely manner.

RIP OFF! The other reviews sound like the friends and family version and not real customers. We recently had Howard Services come out for to service an ac that was not working. They simply don't know what they are doing!

I knew I was on borrowed time, and when I decided to bite the bullet and replace the entire system, I knew exactly who I wanted to do the job. I did not need to waste my time by shopping around in an attempt to save a few dollars.

I was confident that Howard Services would give me the best deal possible and the right sized unit to meet my needs. And they did! Stewart and Chris were very knowledgeable and straight forward. The installation guys were super nice, professional and very trustworthy. After my new unit was installed, I hired Howard Services to clean my air ducts. All I can say is WOW!

No more musty smell when the air kicks on and I am not having to dust my furniture nearly as often as before! Very seldom do I ever take the time to write a review for a business or product, but I am so pleased with Howard Services that I felt compelled to share.

Awesome service! They came out and looked at what needed to be done and what unit I needed and they were back out the next day installing my air conditioner! I live about 1.5 hours from them and they did all of this!
