Cody was very professional, courteous, on time and knowledgeable. During our routine A/C Maintenance Cody was diligent and advised me that the sump pump was going to need replacing soon. I asked him to replace it rather than wait for it to fail which he did expeditiously upon my request. This was my first time to call the office for AC service at my rental property. I had a great experience with the tech Bryan. He arrived on time and was so polite, honest, professional and knowledgeable. He found issues with the ac unit. The terrible problem he found is the heater part missing. This indoor unit was installed less than two years ago by another AC company. Bryan always helped me when I asked him questions. I very much appreciate his help. I'll definitely use this company again!

Techs Jonathan and Kerry well trained, have the right tools, polite, on time, responsive to special requests. Office managers Barbara and Fran are very good at answering phone and getting back to me about questions I had during the process. Price and quality were good. Estimator Bryan only estimator out of three estimates who immediately identified need for updated wiring, so that we knew about this ahead of time instead of last minute.

Technicians Kerry and Cody came to install a new AC unit. They were courteous and professional. They laid down cloths on the floor leading to the old AC unit to protect my floors. They explained the process as they worked along the way. Kerry explained about the new unit and its warranty. I have used the company before for maintenance and was extremely satisfied with the technicians and service. I would highly recommend using Hammond Air Conditioning for your HVAC needs.

Hammond air is pretty excellent. I got quotes from a few different companies. Hammond had the best price for my system, thousands less than their competitors. And the unit they installed was a high quality model with great reviews, so you're not getting low quality products, just great prices. Charlie came to service and inspect my old unit, and price out my system. Gave me his personal cell number and was very responsive.

None of that "salesman" pressure I get so sick of from other companies, just honest communication. Dakota and David did the install they were respectful and answered any questions I had. 5 stars all around.

Hammond installed my HVAC just over 2 years ago. Heater went out just as it got cold this summer. Called and spoke with the office who was able to get Brian out the same day. Brian did a great job, kept up with me as to what time he would arrive. I had my wife at the house sick in bed, he was very polite and quiet while inside the home working on the thermostat. He diagnosed and fixed the issue within 20 minutes. Great service!

Highly recommend this company. My air went out late Saturday night and Clayton was out early on a Sunday morning and had my unit up and running within 30 minutes. Friendly and professional as well as highly skilled.

Unparalleled customer service and these guys are experts. They installed a Rudd unit and after a year it started acting up, we called Hammond and despite the issue being unprecedented (trust me I checked) Hammond did not quit until they made it right. Clayton and Paul were the two techs who made our problem their problem, even showing up after. hours!

They refused to leave this father of three without a working unit. The problems were so rare that no one has even heard of them including external experts I personally consulted as well as the engineers at Rudd. Hammond air continued to send their top techs, Clayton and Paul to my home during their busiest time of year. Even mr Hammond himself came out to help.

Not only did they fix the issue but they showed me a level of customer service which is lost nowadays. This experience with Hammond air had made me a loyal customer and if you're reading this and you want a company to look you in the eye and stand behind their word then this is the company for you.

Hammond Heating & AC is awesome all the way around. I interviewed 4 companies and chose them because the man that came to the house answered all my questions and listened to my requests. When they first installed there was an issue. The sent out their best man Steve and the owner also came out. They fixed the issue and the unit has worked great. since then.

I bought this 032720 and purposely waited until the weather got hotter to write this review. The AC is working wonderfully and my JEA bill has been a little higher but nothing I didn't expect. I 100% recommend Hammond. Thank you to everyone in your company including the awesome woman who takes the calls.

Make sure to call the amazing, courteous staff at this company for your heat and AC needs! We had a very long ordeal getting our mini split system ordered and installed by a previous contractor who midway through the project left us and the project incomplete. Jim from Hammond came out quickly, gave us a more than fair estimate and they began work.

Our situation is a bit unique as the mini split system was being installed on our boat. Despite there being 3 months of delays due to electrical on the boat to support the new mini split system, Hammond came out when we needed, to do what they could, when they could, to help move the project along to completion. Jim was always on time, .

What great customer service! Steven and David came to install my new 4 ton unit on 10/11. These two gentlemen gave us service I haven't seen in years. They we very professional and personable. I needed a basic service and wanted a Nest thermostat. The service tech Jeff was prompt and professional but what i really appreciated was his simple and direct honesty to the pricing and services. Everything was made clear, easy to understand, and very reasonable.

Very professional, found them through Angie's List. Got on their Silver maintenance plan, where they come twice a year to keep it running. We have a Carrier and I like that their technicians are trained to work on our brand of AC.

We bought our house in Ortega Forest in 2008. The previous owners already had been using Hammond Air. When we enclosed the screened porch and wanted it heated and cooled, Hammond Air did the job. They not only faced a challenge because our roof is flat, but there is no crawl space.

Hammond Air replaced a 9 year old system that was installed by another company that we no longer cared to do business with due to poor service. Hammond Air servicemen were professional and very friendly.
