We've had this service for about a year and they have been great to work with. Specifically, Branhan that came to service our house on 06/20/22. He was very professional and super friendly. Any concerns or questions we had he addressed. The customer service is fantastic as well as the service. Services: Spider extermination, Bug & insect extermination, Hornet & wasp extermination

We have been amazed at the amount of hugs that have crawled out and died since using romex. The earwigs have stopped. The dirt divers are gone. Amazing service!

Kyle was great. Very professional and very punctual. Gave us a call prior to showing up and did a great job thorough explanation on how each insect is good and bad so it really opened our eyes up. I've been using Romex for a year now and usually I don't have any issues with the service. However, on 6/2 I sent an email requesting them to come after a certain time (after 12) since I had to take my child to an appointment. This was sent after receiving their confirmation email the day before they're scheduled to come. The technician arrived around 10am.

Which isn't a big deal, but I wanted to have the inside of my home sprayed as well. Also, there was a wasp nest near my front door that wasn't knocked down. From my understanding that is part of the services I'm paying for. I'm not too happy about that, especially since the technician noted that it was knocked down. I even checked my cameras to see if it was done and it wasn't.

We've had Romex for a couple of years, and have never had an issue. All of the technicians do a great job. But Branhan was fantastic. Very professional, polite, and knowledgeable. I was unable to answer the door so he called my husband and he told him to proceed with spraying the outside. I was on the way out the door and I asked him if he could quickly spray inside the house before I had to go. He did so right away! Before he left he gave some tips and advice. Thanks so much!

The service was great! They got the job done and I could usually get a hold of someone quickly. I did have a bit of an issue in cancelling due to the contract I signed. Though I was aware of the number of services I'd signed up for, I had discussed the possibility of leaving the country with the original sales rep who said they would work with my unique situation.

This has since become a reality. The rep I was connected to seemed determined to hold me to the contract and associated fees, constantly rebutting "we have a contract." He gave me options that were less than favorable in my situation and I ended up paying the fee. That said, Travis in management reached out VERY QUICKLY after the interaction (consistent with their ease of communication) to seek a better resolution and COMPLETELY turned my experience around!

He listened to my frustration, was considerate of my situation, respected my time and helped to come up with a better solution. It seems they really do care. When I come back to the states, I'll be sure to look them up. Thank you Romex!

Terrance sprayed the inside and outside of our home today. He was very thorough and professional and made an effort to answer any questions. As a whole, I find this company reliable, friendly, plus they notify us a few days in advance before coming out. Which I greatly appreciate!

Leon was the tech who came to our house today and took care of everything efficiently. He changed out our glue boards in the garage as well without being asked and did a pretty good job in general. We find that Romex offers a good service on par with other companies we have used but for a more affordable price. We appreciate them!

Romex have been a good service for a great price. They also came back out for new bugs that showed up. This time I had Leon service my house and he was a true professional. Attention to detail was perfect and even asked if there was any areas that I wanted address during his visit. Leon is one of my favorite technicians and when he shows up I know I will be taken care of.

I am constantly blown away by the great service they provide. Everyone is extremely kind and professional. They are VERY thorough in their job, and they will even come out between visits to spray again if you see any bugs. Friendliest guys! Totally recommend.

David came today. Put his boots outside so he didn't track in any dirt/soil. He was very professional and very courteous. He explained things to me very well and I trusted him. He did a great job treating my home. Would absolutely recommend him to anyone!

DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! Terrible scheduling, and Romex will not let me out of the contract unless they charge a $250 fee. I did not authorize them to charge my card, but they took the liberty of doing so anyway.

Leon M came out to our house the other day and did a fantastic job. Cleaned up all the webs on our porches. Seeing the results of his spraying when I'm sweeping the dead bugs off my walkway. Nothing making its way inside my house. Highly recommend.

We've had the pleasure of working with Leon twice now. We have a new home in a newly constructed area, so there's plenty of big, nasty spiders hanging around the area that we were dealing with up until we gave Romex a call. We feel much more comfortable now, and it's safe to say we'll be customers for a long, long time! Leon is very professional, makes sure to address our concerns and needs, and he's very respectful of the property while also being very friendly and easy to talk to as well! Thank you!

Mike and Leon are the best. We have had Mike spray our location several times and got to meet Leon today. They are both very professional and considerate with the animals/gates on our property. They are very respectful with inquiring about our needs and satisfaction with the products. The product used is very effective and we see very few insects in our yard. Between Mike, Leon and the great product, I will always suggest Romex to anyone with insect concerns.

I recently closed on a home and due to me having a lake view, I have a terrible spider problem. Chris was very informative and addressed my concerns & issues. He was also very thorough & informative about what he was doing the entire service.

Romex has been nothing short of amazing since day one! Reasonably priced, great service! We have had bi-monthly pest control for the last year just to be proactive and they come out for any needs between services as well. I would not hesitate to use them again or refer them. :

Disappointed, after using Romex for multiple properties, just wanted a termite treatment as usual, got charged for services I didn't request, tech missed the carpenter ants which were clearly visible. Had to pay for them to come back out to treat the ants.what a joke. Called to get this resolved multiple times, inefficient customer service. Will no longer be using Romex.

Prior to the contract expiring we had very little issues with Romex Pest Control. However, near the end of our service I requested the inside of the house to be sprayed. Only after several times of the appointments coming and going and no inside sprays performed. I again requested the service by leaving a voicemail on the after-hours service line.

To no avail. So I called again and cancelled the contract, however the lady offered to do the interior on my final service to which I agreed. Unfortunately, this was also confusing and disorganized. I received an email stating it was an AM service. So by 12:30 PM the day of service we needed to go to work, I called to find out where the technician was.

They stated that they could not get him to answer the phone! She said it was booked wrong and that it was on the schedule for an afternoon. My wife stayed home longer awaiting the service, until 4:15 PM. Just as I was calling to cancel the service the technician pulls up. The technician was nice and apologetic, but the lack of respect for the customers time was inappropriate.

It is hard to completely bash a company for a single failure, but it really is frustrating. All companies should strive to be on time and to honor the contractual agreement with their customers. I was mad when writing this and really want to give them a one star review, but that would not be fair to all the other great service they provided.

We are a first time customers with Romex and would recommend them to anyone looking for pest control. We are getting quartly spraysJohnny L came out and was very personable and professional. He answered all of our questions and was accommodating of our work schedules. Thanks for keeping the bugs out! Update: 6/5/19- We just had our 2nd spray, and still happy with Romex. Tye was super helpful and answered all of my questions.

He let me know when it was safe to let my dog out in the backyard, and told me exactly what he was going to do before the service started. Tye was friendly and efficient. I love the follow up email we get after every service! Thanks for the great customer service.

I have to admit I was a bit hesitant when I had a sales guy knocking on my door asking me to sign up for pest control. I immediately looked on Yelp to check out the reviews, and was surprised to see they had all 5 stars, so I thought I'll give them a shot. After two visits now, I can honestly say I am very impressed. Nic Perry was the tech for my area and he was extremely professional and just a pleasure to deal with. I would definitely recommend selecting this company for pest control. They do outstanding work.

Very good customer service. The service technicians that arrive a knowledgeable and and professional a had a small issue and the owner called and problem solved!

Just want to update the situation. The owner Brandon called and left a message. He didn't seem want to admit their mistake on the arrival time but apologized anyways and offered a free service. I called him back after an hour and left a message but he never call back again. His brother, Tyler knocked my door again around 2 hours later. He basically sounded the same like his brother, did not admit his mistake.

He insisted we were rushing out and the conversation was short the day before and he did not remember if he mentioned the time frame. He apologized anyways and asked if we can take down this 1 star review. In fact, both their verbal and written communications was NOT clear! In their confirmation email (they kept asking if I checked my email), it stated the service time is 2:30-4:30pm.

My interpretation is they will arrive at 2:30 as Tyler said and the whole first treatment will be done at 4:30. The email did NOT state clearly that the ARRIVAL time is between 2:30-4:30. We wanted to give them a 2nd chance just because we always support local business. We made an appointment for next day (today) for first treatment. David, the technician, came out to do the treatment.

He called me before he came. He was polite, cooperative and listened to our needs. I feel like he did a throughout job. If I only rate David's service, it will be 4 stars. But taking into account the owner never call me back and Tyler's attitude, it is 3 stars. Now, let's wait and see the result of their product.

ROMEX was amazing! Recommended by most of our neighbors via our communities FB page over other competitors, mainly Hometeam. David was amazing, professional throughout, courteous to not disturb our 1 month old during nap time, and provided lots of education and tips on our current ant problem and any future expectances. Would love to any future engagements with David.

UPDATED REVIEW - After an initial negative experience, I can honestly say that Brett has done an amazing job with the service recovery on my account. I wasn't happy, and he recognized that and went above and beyond with his team to ensure that I would be happy with Romex's service level. Brett and team have been out to our house to help with rodent mitigation and to perform our regular service.

He has taken the time to explain to me and my husband what is being done, in addition to making recommendations so we can remain pest-free. I appreciate the lengths he's gone to in order to ensure we're pleased with the service. I'm taking it from 1 star to 4 stars.

Phil was great, fast and efficient and made me feel confident in the service he provided. He also gave me plenty of tips to make my house less critter friendly and other helpful advice. He was super and really nice. I would recommend your company to my friends.

Had a problem with black beetles. Eric was terrific -- professional, pleasant, thorough, and informative. Wanted us to let him know if the treatment was effective so that he could follow up if needed. Again, so glad we switched to Romex!

I don't usually respond well to door to door salesmen (even though I've built a career in sales), but the guy (wish I could remember his name) who came to my door was impressive to say the least. He found problems with my current pest treatment regimen, offered quality solutions, and helped me sign up easily on a repeated service. Then the service guy came out promptly, did an incredibly thorough job and explained everything. This company is amazing. Wish I had found them earlier. Highly recommend!

Great service! JJ and his team arrived on-time to our home and literally hosed down everything! We wanted to move into a free pest/insect home and they managed to do so. By the second day after being at the house, I was finding dead insects everywhere from outside of the house all the way inside. Was so happy do know that there pesticides works on getting everything out of your house.

We worked with owner Brandon at our newly purchased home. We discovered that a rat had nested in our couch and moved with us from our rental. yuck! Called Romex in the morning and they came same day! So appreciative especially since we have two babies in our home. AMAZING service! Caught the rat the evening after service on a sticky pad that was left during the inspection, and we (meaning I) can sleep soundly again know there isn't a rat free roaming around our home. I appreciated that they work with integrity and explained the process to me. Highly recommend!

Romex has such an awesome pest control service. Ezra is great, he calls every now and then to make sure our home stays free of pests. I also have a place of business that I have them spray for us and we have never seen a bug there since.

I would recommend Romex to anyone. They have been a great company, easy to work with and always there when I need them.
