I have been with Las Vegas pest control for over 3 years now. At the beginning they were great they would let me know when they were coming and it was a reasonable monthly rate. Then a few months ago they started coming over just whenever they wanted and the only way I would know they were there was when I would get the "sorry we missed you" sign.

Next about 2 months ago They started charging me twice my regular monthly fee without any notice that my rate would be going up. I've been calling and emailing Las Vegas Pest Control for over one month now. I haven't received a call back or an email acknowledging my complaint. My last resort was to give them this bad review. Not only have prices gone up and techs showing up whenever they want.

Now they don't even bother to get back to the very people paying thier salary. I am very disappointed in this one very professional, efficient company. Las Vegas Pest Control is now a shell of what they once were.

Well, Unfortunately I have to change my review. Good luck starting service or trying to get a hold of someone if you already use them. I've been calling for 2 months in regards to changing my address of service because I moved and nobody has returned a call or email and they have since serviced my OLD address and charged me for it. Needless to say I'm upset and I'm unable to cancel my service because nobody will pick up a phone.

Now I'm forced to go through my bank to fight the charge and we all know how awful that process is. So I'm in a bad position right now and it's very upsetting. Good luck to anybody who has any issues with them or wants to start a service.

I decided to cancel my services this month. didn't explain to me the process at one point I was on hold for 5 mins placed on hold again and I had to hang up cause I had to go to work never got a call back from Jackie. they charged me for the month of may and I was due for a spray this month and couldn't even honor that. don't even bother asking for a manager NEVER AGAIN

I love the service from Las Vegas Pest Control. Especially our technician Russ who always communicated with us and gave us real, genuine recommendations. Now that we have moved, I hope to reestablish the relationship with LVPC and Russ!

I been with this company for 2 yrs. Very affordable. I was paying a set amount monthly service. You have to pay every month but they only spray once every two months unless you call them and need them to spray. There was no extra cost but every time they came my issue never got fix. I had to keep calling to get my issue fix it's an inconvenience. They need to make sure they spray the inside and outside.

They will only spray outside only. Couple months ago they failed to call or email saying that my monthly price was going up half. When I saw my bank account they took out $50 not $26. I called them and asked the what was the issue all they told me was sorry that the corporate people didn't notified the customer that the price was going up. I cancel my service with them. That was very in responsible of them for not communicating the customer about the changes.

We have scorpions in this area and they are tough to get rid of. LV pest control promises that they'd send a technician to come and spray (inside and out) routinely and as many times as needed for no additional fee, until the scorpions are under the control. They do deliver! The poison must be finally working, because I started to see some dead scorpions.

Las Vegas Pest Control, has been a great service to me and my family. Office staff is friendly and professional. Techs are knowledgeable and respectful. They give great explanation of service & pricing. They are understanding of my needs and concerns and come out if I need them to between my schedule appointments. I am 100% satisfied with LVPC!

Very professional and accommodating. I often forget to open the gate for service to my backyard and they have always accommodated me by rescheduling an additional service to complete the property, without additional charge. The customer service representatives and the technicians have always been very courteous, clean and professional. I would recommend this business.

Just an all around very good company. They show up to work. On time and professional. Plus they know their business and that's a huge help. I have used Las Vegas Pest Control for years and they are by far the best! The employees are fantastic and they are always available to come back if I have any issues. I have a dedicated worker who comes each time I have my service and he is always professional and well.friendly. I love using local companies, I feel I get better service. Call them today!
