I first called R&C Pest Control 8+ years ago when I found a black widow spider in our home. We signed up for spray service and had the wonderful technician KC take care of us for years! We last saw him just today, he was absolutely amazing yet again, thoroughly checking our home for pests and even any past evidence of rodents in our attic. So happy we are pest-free today and I am so grateful to know I can call R&C whenever I worry about a pest problem - they will have someone out fast and are always professional and kind. We have been using R&C for the past 4 years and I could write a short story on how amazing they are. Living in Las Vegas with 3 young toddlers we were always terrified of one of them getting stung by a scorpion or bitten by a black widow. We hired R&C within a week of moving in and have never seen either on our property. The few times we have seen any sort of web outside they come out within 24 hours to respray. I have yet to find a spider inside the house - 4 years later. I couldn't recommend them enough.

Truly kind & ethical people. I had a horrific ant problem this year to the point it looked like my patio was alive! It was BAD. I left a message asking for a quote to have them come out and they called me back within an hour. It only took a couple of questions for him to know what type they were and their life cycle. He absolutely could have come out and charged me for a visit to spray but instead he educated me about them and told me I didn't need him for this.

He knew they would all die off in about a week because they were only here because of the grasses that grew so much this year. He was kind enough to tell me how to keep them out of the house until they died off & he was right, they were all gone within 2 weeks. You don't find that very often anymore, ethics like that. I was very impressed. You should trust these guys to take care of you.

R and C Pest control is a family-owned business and they know their stuff! They have taken care of my house for several years and I never had any issues at all. Their service people are always kind and knowledgeable. They show up on time and are in-and-out within a reasonable time frame. The cost is extremely fair. Yesterday afternoon I came across my first scorpion in my garage. I think finding an alien would have been less creepy. I went online and found R And C Pest Control and gave them a call. The gentleman I spoke to was very polite and able to schedule me the next day. He promptly arrived at the scheduled time and immediately put my mind at ease. He was very knowledgeable and thorough and sympathetic to my heebie jeebies. I am so grateful and wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone in need.

Awesome company and really good price. Did such a good job at getting rid of my bed bugs. Have been so through with coming four weeks in a row to make sure they are gone. The service techs that have come out are very friendly and knowledgeable. If your looking for a good pest control company then this is it. Have nothing but good to say about them!

I would highly recommend R and Control to anyone in the market for this type of service. I have been using them for nearly 7 months now. And all of my issues have subsided. My technician, RJ, is absolutely great. He is knowledgeable, polite, and extremely well mannered. Also, and this is a big one, he is someone I trust, even to leave my yard code with.

I can not say enough about his level of professionalism. The other thing I love is the fact that I am paying less and getting more. The prices are very fair. And if you should have any issues between services the company sends your tech back out for free. Awesome policy, even though you will rarely need to utilize it, because they are also very efficient!

I typically do not write reviews but after today's service in which my tech really went the extra mile helping me with some weatherstripping, which is not something he is required to do at all as part of my service, I was absolutely compelled to. This is a great little company. The office staff is awesome. They guarantee their services. Any activity between services and they come back out for free. After your initial start up you do not even need to get the inside sprayed at all. They lay such a barrier that nothing ever gets through. However if you want inside done each service that's included no extra charge. All you need to do is say you want inside service each visit. I would definitely recommend this company for any pest control needs you may have. Great prices too!

This is by far the BEST pest control in the whole wide world. Very reasonable price, amazing results ( no bugs at all, but if some lil buggers decide to come r&c will come for free to fix the problem!), & the most important reason why this place is the best is the employees. Everyone is so well mannered & professional. I do feel like family and they care about me & my experience. Christine & mike are doing absolutely fantastic running this place. & the residential technician RJ is a godsend lol. He's so professional, very polite & knows what to do.

He will go the extra mile for you (& he's very handsome lol). KC also "mister r & c" is a lean green spraying machine. He's a big expert & the guy is so personable I wished he was my family cause he's such a nice guy, funny & strong energy. Rj came over to the house to spray for scorpions and other little bugs. In one shot they were all gone. Mike West the owner are as professional as they can get. Get rid of the company that you have. Most of those dilute there product and this is why you keep getting bugs back.

I've been receiving service from R&C for a little over 2 years now. RJ has been my service tech for the entire time I've had R&C and he's been very professional, provides quality work, and prompt everytime! The treatment they use is safe for pets because our is still alive. Also, RJ always calls me 1-3 days prior to visiting which I am grateful of.

Payment process is simple so no issues there and visitation is bi-monthly. So far, I never had to call them back to my house for another treatment because since I started with them, I've had no major issues. I appreciate how I don't have to be home in order for them to provide treatment, and I especially like how they leave me with extra bug traps when they're done. NOTE: My initial bug problems consisted of (my personal naming convention - I'm not a bug expert) pincher bugs, silverfish, roaches, wolf spiders, other non-poisonous spiders, black widow spiders, and ants).

Since the treatments, they haven't come around except for some wolf spiders which travel around my neighborhood a lot, but they die before trying to enter my house. Thx R&C Pest Control for the excellent work you've done so far!

Another reason to never go to anyone for business other than R&C: Mr. KC Wade! We were out of town, when there had clearly been some windy days, before KC came out to spray. And this gem of a human being noticed our pool people hadn't done their job at all! KC called to tell me that our pool skimmer was making an awful noise, so after he sprayed, he cleaned out our skimmer and removed the blockage causing the problem by getting the nasty clog out, and he also removed the debris from our pool.

He treated us like family. I even had to call the owner to let them know how above and beyond he went. He didn't have to care, but he did. His kindness will not go unnoticed. I will always use companies who treat their customers with care, but this was just out of this world. Again: Thank you so much, KC. :

This is the only company in town to respond to a pigeon problem that didn't want to charge you over 300.00 to come out and conduct an inspection. KC came out each time and was very helpful and knowledgeable in his field. He explained everything in detail and kept the lines of communication open. Very helpful young man. Thank you R and C pest control for sending such a experienced and joyful technician out to handle all my pest control needs. I definitely will be recommending this company to friends and family.

Don't waste ur money with them people. Home Depot product works 1000 times better. I was with this guys for 2 years. And I don't know why. Roaches just never died off. Till last week when I bought 15$ spray from Home Depot. And they r gone. Seems like they moved to different city. I called Mike and told him that their product just don't work. And he charged me 90$ for contract cancellation. After being their customer for 2 years. What a joke. Just ask me what to buy. Don't pay this crooks.

Couldn't even get other pest control companies to show up to service my house and when I called R and C they had someone call me back right away and show up the same day! We have now been their customer for 2 years and we could not be happier! We had a terrible Scorpion problem and have occasional other issues too! KC Wade is our technician and we love him! Seriously very nice, upbeat young man. Respectful always calls first and always shows up when he says he will be here! He has gone above and beyond for us!

Half assed inspection, really made us feel like they didn't know what they were doing and they didn't care for our situation. We had them come check for bed bugs. They found them in the master bedroom in the box spring. They asked us if any other reports of bed bugs in the house happened. We said no, but we know its common that these things spread like wildfire and cling on to clothes and travel through carpet, so we asked them to check the living room and other bedrooms.

They checked the living room, but skipped the bedroom with someone sleeping it, and didn't even bother with the other one. RIDICULOUS. If you want to win someone's business - at least make them feel like you care just a little bit! NEVER doing business with this company. I do not recommend them to ANYONE.

I've been using R and C Pest Control for over 2 years now and their service is top notch! KC has been spraying outside my house once a month and it is rare to see any bugs on my property. I had ants that were getting into my upstairs bathroom by climbing up a neighbors tree that hung over my roof. When I told KC, he was able to spray the base of my neighbors tree and the ants haven't been seen since. If you have any insect issues do not hesitate to call R and C.
