I've lived in Arizona and dealt with Critters my whole life. Always trying to figure out how to get rid of them. Well, I figured it out when I found this company. The Bugs and Critters are now no longer a problem in my little corner of the world. I would definitely recommend this company over any company in Mohave County area to my family and friends.

Critical: Professionalism, Quality, Responsiveness, Value Never again! Don't use this company. Bugs came back one month later. I had to open the cupboards for the tech. They claimed they didn't have my invoice. I had a copy. I emailed it, text copies and they still said they couldn't find it. Called again they hung up on me. They are so unprofessional. Heard the owner is a prick. Had his employee forcefully work in a company truck with no AC and told his employee to figure it out. No wonder his hire / quit ration is so darn high. That also explains the low review ratings. Who would want to work for an employer who treats his employees like crap while paying them so little. If you hire them you will notice there's some one new almost every month. Beware Owner is A prick.

I work for this company, for a week and three days and then they put me on call, there were not honest with me when I got hired, the owner David, manager tom, office Same, there are dishonest thieves and crooks, they've been giving me the the runaround for the last 2 weeks regarding my paycheck they haven't paid me, they don't value their workers, I do not understand how they can go to sleep at night.

The service is so poor they do not show up when scheduled appointments are made. They do not spray the entire yard this happened to me several times. I called the office several times about my concerns and still nothing was done. They were suppose to show up today and guess what not. The last month they came on a day they were not even scheduled. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I would like to say there great and i have never used a service before until our ants outside were out of control. Called bug emergency and they came out the next day. I asked if it was gauranteed somewhat. He said just call the office if there was. There was a reemergence and I called them and they shot right back out and resprayed no charge. Great job Bug Emergency. And we think the ants were coming back from the neighbors. Again I'd recommend them.

WARNING: DON'T DO IT! They are crooks! They don't stand by their word to be weed free for 6 months! I had to call them 4 times in 4 months. They stood me up 3 times! NO SHOWS with no courtesy call. When I demanded my money back, they said they don't guarantee a certain type of grass and weeds so they can't refund my $145.00. Nowhere in the contract does it say that.
My next step is to file a Better Business Bureau reporting them. I don't have the money for a lawyer but if I did I would certainly sure them for breech of contract. ****Definitely Not Recommended**** I'm very annoyed with this company. Today, I received a call from their front office person who complained to me that I hadn't paid my bill for the past two months and I was in arrears for $64. I've only been a customer of this company for a short few months and hired this company to take care of my rental property in Bullhead City.
The lady who ostensibly works in the front office was hostile, angry and short with me on the phone, and she had the personality of a rock. When she initially called me she shouted into the phone as though she was a clerk at the DMV shouting who is next over the loud speaker. "HELLO.IS THIS PHILIP J. YAMAMOTO?" "I'M LOOKING FOR PHILIP J. YAMAMOTO". "Yes, this is him.can I help you?" "YES, YOU'RE LATE.I'M CALLING FROM BUG EMERGENCY AND WE HAVEN'T BEEN PAID FOR TWO MONTHS AND YOU'RE TWO MONTHS IN ARREARS AND I'M CALLING FOR PAYMENT. AND THE PAPERWORK FOR YOUR SERVICE WASN'T FILED OR TURNED IN BY THE SERVICE TECHNICIAN" "Mam, I have a credit card on file with your company and what's the paperwork between you and your employee have anything to do with me?.I'm the customer". I'm not going to do any business with anyone who is a jerk or treats me like a jerk, and for that I don't recommend this company to do business with, I'm a busy guy, but this lady was such a jerk to me today and I felt that a Yelp Review and warning to others who might want to use their service was warranted.
The company obviously doesn't care about their customers or they wouldn't have someone like her answering their office phones or making rude calls to their customers blaming them for things that only the company itself has control over, and has zero, nada, nothing to do with the customer. Who calls up one of their customers to lambaste them for their not running the credit card when the company itself has the credit card but failed to run it.

Called this place while doing a remodel of a mobile home. Guy showed upon a saturday and sprayed the inside of our home. Now mind you, nothing in this house so very easy to access room to room. Weve seen a slight change in the amount of water roachs but still see spiders constantly and many ants. We were having umbers come out. So the guys says what he can do is come back 3 days later and spray outside once leaks are fixed.
My mistake.i paid him ahead of time. Well 3 days passed no almost a week and a half.never heard back from him. Called spoke with woman in office. Told her the situation and she was able to get us in again on saturday. Saturday came and went. We even gave up plans and no call no show. Not a place thats reliable. Would not recommend.

They really hold up to their guaranteed results motto, they spray and the bugs are gone. if there's any problems they always come back and make sure, they take care of it. The technicians always come, and they always have great customer service. I always recommend over any other pest control company in the area.

I have several properties and Michael finds a way to maintain them all. I have been with bug emergency for years myself.because of Michael's EXCELLENT care of my properties I'm a happy customer.

Had Bug Emergency spray my vacant lot for weeds. They guarantee no weeds for 6 months. After 8 weeks had a bunch of weeds return, they came out and resprayed just the weeds that surfaced (over 100 of them). 3 weeks later more weeds so they came out and re sprayed the whole lot over again for no charge. Rafael Martinez was the technician that resprayed the lot, what a great knowledgeable person with a great attitude. The office ladies are a pleasure as well, I am very pleased.

On multiple occasions we have scheduled appointments to have our home sprayed and when the day comes no one shows up. Even worse is the fact that we always have to schedule three weeks in advance to just be disregarded. You know its bad, when I would rather deal with the bugs in my house then deal with your unorganized mess of a company.

I have been a customer of Bug Emergency since the company began. I will tell the truth. They do a great job. But I am stunned by the HUGE price increase from literally one month to the next. In February, I paid the usual $25 fee for basic residential service. I always thought that was an INCREDIBLE price, since Baron charged $32. Today I called for regular service and the receptionist tells me there has been a "price change" this month.
I braced myself for a $5 increase per service and thought to myself that it was totally fair to increase the price for a great service. But I almost fell over when she said the new price was $40! How could any company increase a service call $15 from February to March? It is too much too fast and I will have to cut ties with Bug Emergency. If ever they choose to give their long time loyal customers a better rate, please contact me.
I would love to return. By the way, even Baron is charging less and Adieux is charging $32. What caused you to believe you could increase your rate so dramatically and not lose customers? You get 3 stars because you really had a great company that wasn't greedy and did a great job.
