Ellsworth Home Services provided the best most efficient service I have ever had. When my A/C unit stopped working a technician was at my home within 2 hours from the initial call. The technician was very helpful and professional. my unit was repaired the same day and the technician provided amazing energy savings tips along with what signs to watch for that will indicate if and when my unit needs to be serviced.

The experience I had will forever make me a loyal customer. not only will I use them for all of my home service needs in the future but I will recommend Ellsworth Home Services to all of my family and friends!

We just had Ellsworth Home Services here to service our air conditioning. Employee Darin Kelly takes such great care of us. If you ever need anything for air conditioning, this is who you should call. We would give them 10 stars if we could. Very professional, respectful and kind. We have done business with them for 9 years. They will take great care of you.

Highly reccomend this company to anyone! I was most impressed with how quick they came out to service my AC when it stopped working. The guy that came out was very professional and was very honest with what needed to be done. I've had other companies try to make it seem worse then it actually was to charge more. Not this company. They were very honest and left me feeling very good about the work done! Will always use them for any future needs.

I called in for a broken unit and within hours the technician Donn was at my door! He was fast, nice, and made sure to explain everything with detail so I would understand. The office also called the next day to make sure everything was running smoothly. All around a great experience! I would highly recommend calling Ellsworth Home Services.

Ellsworth Home Services is by far the best HVAC company I've ever dealt with! I had my AC go out Tuesday night at 6pm and they had a technician out to my house by 7pm. I couldn't believe they had someone out as fast as they did. In the past it has always taken days for other HVAC companies to even diagnose the problem. They were able to diagnose and fix the problem on site and I was back up and running in less than 2hrs from when it stopped working. I thought Jimmy John's was freaky fast. Ellsworth Home Services was even quicker! Highly recommended! I'll never use a different HVAC company again!

Called Ellsworth Home Services to give me a insulation estimate and the tech came out and taught me everything I need to know about insulation so I went ahead with them and then they came back out and sprayed insulation in my attic. And I'm already seeing a difference. Everybody I dealt with was super nice and friendly. Recommend 10/10

We've used Ellsworth Home Services several times now for both AC issues and garage door issues. They replaced our dinosaur garage door opener with one that is super quiet and works off of an app with an outside keypad. We LOVE it! When it came to our AC units they were honest and upfront about the issues and let us know that they could do a temporary fix but really needed to replace our units since they were 15 years old.

We went ahead and did the temporary fix to get us through rest of last summer and then a few months ago got 2 new units. They were great to work with and let us know all of our options. They even helped with our SRP rebate! They had it all done in a day! Our AC has never worked so well! Our house cools so much more evenly now. Our upstairs has always ran a bit hot, especially in my daughters room being above the garage with a west facing window.she now complains how cold it is so keeping temp higher than we usually do in summer. The owner, Clint, even followed up to make sure we were happy with everything and we were! Highly recommend them!

Tech was here for semi-annual checkup. He never opened the unit to check areas that have always been checked in the past with gauges. Never came inside to check air temp. at vents. Hosed down unit and said everything was good; he was here maybe 10 minutes. I feel that because I have a contract with free checkups I am really not getting much of a checkup to confirm my unit is working effectively and efficiently.

We have been customers for at least the last 10 years. We bought a contract that covered visits and to service our heat pump, original on this home, 1985. What a deal! Two visits each year. It certainly saves money! This year we decided it was time to install a new unit. We did our "research" and asked for bids. We decided on Ellsworth because we knew and trusted them.

Their product is reasonably priced. They are honest and dependable. Don, from Sales, came out and helped us understand what we needed and why. We were offered an installation date of a week later. Shane and AJ came out to install our unit right on time and had it going in less than two hours! All the employees are friendly, professional, efficient, and very knowledgeable in their field.

The next week Clint, the owner, came out to make sure all the work was done to our satisfaction and that the unit was working properly. Wow! We are extremely happy with our experience with Ellsworth Home Services and want to extend our special thanks to all of you for all of the above and for the respect of us and our home. We feel like valued customers!
