I have a 5 year old unit and am on my 4th blower motor. 2 summers ago I had them come out to repair the blower motor on a 3 year old Carrier unit. The tech took forever to fix and even had to call out another tech, they didn't finish until after 10pm and even then the repairs weren't complete because they had to order a defrost board.

Very unhappy with their service. The prices they give are exorbitant, and they have no facts to back them up. Service isn't great, and they don't itemize their bills. So, when I called to ask for a breakdown of why it cost 1700 dollars for changing a blower motor, the lady gave me a runaround.

The first tech they sent out was great, the second tech (Don) was horrible. Customer service is not in his skill set. I am very unhappy with the workmanship on this service call, the phone book is full of HVAC companies, I would recommend calling one of the others.
