When our 20 year old ac went out 3 weeks ago I called several different companies to get quotes. After having 6 companies come and try to sell me garbage units, Frank, offered a Trane 15 seer system cheaper than any other company. The install went great and I even qualified for a tax credit and srp rebate. I am glad I went with the Trane 15i over a goodman or a lennox system.

We had the guys from Gilbert Air come today to install a brand new system. It was a great experience! Our unit is over 20 years old and died last week. Not ideal for the winter with a new baby in the house.

Service guys came out and determined that we needed a new A/C unit. They completed the work etc. Haven't seen or heard from them since? Never checked back to see if we were happy. If the unit was working etc. Makes me wonder what the service would be like if we had a complaint?
