Simply Best Heating & Cooling

I previously wrote a review after my initial experience with "Simply the Best Heating and Cooling". I gave 5 stars because of my positive experience with Trevor and the office staff. I said that I would write another review after they installed new my A/C unit. This is the follow-up review. For this review, I gave another 5 stars because of Trevor and his stellar customer service, knowledge, and. Trevor was phenomenal at setting expectations, solving any issues that arose, and follow through.

His goal was to make me happy as a customer, and he succeeded. An A/C unit is a big purchase, and I wanted to ensure that it was installed correctly (I had horrible prior experiences with other companies). Trevor was meticulous, and his helper Brian was too. I would recommend this company to anyone and feel good about my recommendation. Thank you for living up to your name, Simply the Best, and thank you for employing Trevor. He is a gem!

I have used them since 2020 for maintenance and one repair. They are responsive, knowledgeable and professional. My AC stopped working a few weeks ago on a Friday early evening. Trevor is great! He was so personable and friendly! He was extremely knowledgeable and very thorough when explaining everything in a way that I could understand the issues. He showed me pictures to back up his assessment. He is honest and was not pushy at all. I felt that our best interest was at the forefront of his mind at all times. I have never had such a positive experience with an A/C company!

We have used Simply The Best for a few projects at the Resort and this one was one of our biggest! The team was exceptionally professional! They also finished the project 2 days earlier than expected, cleaned everything and left the facility spotless! The team did such a great job and the new AC system is working so well we almost wouldn't even know they had been here, Thank you!

After being taken advantage of with a repair by a different AC company, I found Simply the Best. They explained their maintenance contract and the benefits. I've had them for several years now and have not been sorry. Because I have the contract, they put me on priority when my AC went out on a Sunday. They sent someone out within 2 hours and fixed the problem with no charge. Their tech Andre just left after doing maintenance. He's awesome and I would love to have him come back next time.

Simply the Best Heating and Cooling has impressed me so far. I had them install a new unit a few months ago and installation went like a dream. I did notice that the bedroom that was farthest away from the unit was colder than usual. Ryan came today and fixed what we believe to be the problem. One of the vents was restricted about half way.

Ryan just left after our check-up visit. He was friendly, knowledgeable and was so efficient I barely knew he was here. We had 2 new units installed by them a couple of years ago and we have had no issues at all. If you are looking for a professional, reliable AC service. Simply the Best is the one to call. Our heating went out. We needed expertise. Based on ratings, we called Simply the Best. From the first meeting, all the way through the inspection at the end, we were treated as family. Jessie came in and did a great job finding our needs. Sean and Jason was amazing in the installation. Ginger great internally with the paperwork.

This is the second time that Ryan has come to our home to service our air conditioners or furnaces. Both times he has come he has been very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. He takes his time, answers all questions, explains any repairs that need to be done and informs us of possible future issues.

Had a tech (Ryan) come out for routine winter service today. After just a few minutes of analyzing the air handler, he noticed that it wasn't quite level for proper drainage. He corrected the issue and completed the maintenance w/out any further issues.

I had Simply the Best install a new unit a few months ago. Everything went wonderfully. I did notice that a bedroom that formerly was nice and warm was cooler. I called and Ryan came out and found the problem.

Called for no ac, they were out immediately! Fixed my unit fast and didn't even break my wallet! the tech was very knowledgeable and friendly. explained everything so I could understand. Loved this company, they have earned a customer for life and will be referring others to do business as well.
