Big B's Plumbing is always very punctual, professional, and attentive which is very appreciated. If I have a plumbing issue or even a random question, I can always count on Big B's technicians to provide me with an adequate solution and/or answer that best addresses my needs. My experiences have always been headache and pain free and I have NEVER not experienced at least one issue with a companies service.

That speaks volumes about the company as a whole, it's mission, and dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you Randy, Juan and the numerous other plumbers who have completed work in my home over the past six months.

For all the reason you may think. BP find someone else to fix or replace items in your home.

Would give more stars if possible. Big B's is now my go-to plumber. Just had a great first experience with Big B's. A gas line to my pool equipment was badly rusted and in jeopardy of rupturing. I had called another company and their estimate was for more than double the price, 2 additional days of work and much more invasive in terms of cutting and tearing up my patio.

Hunter from Big B's came out and was extremely professional and thorough. He let me know that they had specialized equipment that would eliminate the need to cut and remove part of my patio and that he and his crew could get it done quickly and for what seemed to be a very reasonable price. The team arrived on time to perform the work and all of them were also very professional.

They were extremely thorough and completed the work using top quality parts. Due to some unforseeable complications the job took longer than anticipated but they completed the work professionally, thoroughly and on budget. This morning Hunter called me to check that I was completely satisfied with the job and to ask if there were any questions or concerns. Definitely happy with the service, pricing and overall job. Will definitely use Big B's again and will be recommending them others.

We had a huge main line leak. Called out Big B's. OMG, couldn't be more happy with Ryan than came out and calmed our nerves they would take care of our issue. Yes it was a 2 day issue but the crew, Shaun and Daniel and more extras were soooo awesome. Can't say enough good things about them and everyone that came out. Let hope we never have water problems again, but if so Big B's is our first call.

After our contractor left us high and dry, we contacted Big B's Plumbing. They came out to give us a quote at a time that worked for us, not for them. They pulled the permit did the work in a timely manner and passed the inspection on the first try. They put in a full days work for three days straight and kept us in the loop about what was happening. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs.

If I could leave 6 stars I would. First time using big B's and I can't even tell you how professional this entire outfit is. Mathew was our technician and I can't say enough to explain how great and on time to the minute he was. Super clean, great presence and even better work. Had our entire house unclogged and back in use in a total of less then two hours from the first phone call. I will use no other hands down I'm a happy customer for life.

TL;DR: I would not recommend this company at all. Needed a gas dryer installed in a hurry as we just moved to our new home. Called up Big B's to come out and do the install. The technician came out and all he needed was to connect the vent and add an adapter for the gas line to the dryer. All that is needed is to connect the hose (which an older one that was frayed and was not able to hang on) and an adapter for the gas line.

The cost for this would be around $350. I was told both an adapter and a whole new dryer hose kit were needed. Says he needs to go to Home Depot for parts. Either he can go and I pay for his time, or I go, and he waits and I still pay for his time. If he leaves, I still pay a fee for the estimate (around $60). I work from home and am in meetings for the majority of the day and given that this was an urgent need, and I don't even know what parts to get, I told him it's best for him to go do it.

He charges me $450 which included his travel time. The adapter could not have cost more than $10, so I'm on the hook for nearly $100 just for the back and forth. How come a plumbing company does not have these parts or a new hose kit in their truck? Who knows. I paid a premium for him to drive over 20 minutes away to shop for the necessary parts.

He leaves and is gone for over an hour. Comes back and "installs" everything. I assume all is well and he takes off. Even asked for information on our backyard and for other potential jobs. As I go upstairs to move the dryer to review the work, the WHOLE connection comes right apart. It was not held in place, and I find out that he used the old vent kit which was the main problem (i had spent too much time trying to connect this myself before calling them!).

As an emergency, I paid for a friend to drive out from Whittier (over 70 miles each way.) and do it right. I gave him $250 for the gas and the fact that he came at a severely inconvenient time. I file a complaint with Big B that same night and the next day, Steve the service manager calls me saying ALL HE COULD DO for me was reimburse me for the money I paid to my friend. WHAT? Steve claims he would have sent another technician out that day 24/7, but I had called that evening to file a complaint and was told a service manager would get back to me in the morning.

Nobody offered to come and repair it. They took $450 of my money to not do their job and all their solution was to offer covering the cost for someone else to do it right. This is absolutely horrendous service.

Ryan was terrific, he was really friendly, explained the project thoroughly and gave a solid quote before he began the work. While he was working, I was working on other projects in the area. He noticed I was struggling and loaned me a tool from his arsenal that made what I was doing much easier, he also completed one step for me that took him about three minutes but would have taken me an hour. The work Ryan did was well done, he cleaned up and hauled away old parts. I highly recommend him and Big B's.

We needed to replace our toilet but Lowes ran into a problem and said we needed a plumber. I called Big B Plumbers and spoke to Bree. She was so caring and kind. She said someone would be out within an hour. Richard showed up and was so wonderful! He worked with us and came up with a solution. My mother is on hospice my husband is ill and my life is hard. Richard went out of his way to make this one less worry for me. Shawn and Daniel showed up to do the job.

They were thoughtful of the sounds the machines made so not to disturb my mom. They were able to save the tile, placed the new toilet and cleaned everything. Robert took such good care of us. These people are truly honest. Their work is beautiful! Thank you, Robert, Bree, Shawn and Daniel!

Hire these guys! They just finished up last week, and I've already recommended them to several contractors. Hunter, Shaun, Ruben and Danny were incredible. The whole crew were professional, personable, flexible and very good at their jobs. The job site was always left clean and organized and they went above and beyond in a few areas. They're adept at new technologies and that saved us about $40,000 and weeks of plumbing problems.

Ryan was amazing!.Very patient and experienced. He listened to my concerns and went above and beyond to solve other issues. He installed an efficient and quality water heater in a timely matter. Found them on Google and they had good quality reviews. Made the call and set up the appointment for same day. Dispatch called me a few hours later to confirm our appointment and let me know that the technician Mathew was on the way. This was supposed to be an easy job once Mathew arrived. But it turned out to be so much more than that. Without hesitation or a sour look on his face, he dove deep into his van and brought out all the tools necessary to unclog a drain in my brand new home that I purchased less than four months ago.

Any concern I had about tearing apart my new bathroom he put at ease. He went above and beyond what is expected from a technician to perform the work he did. I am also in the service industry and would be more than elated to have a technician like Mathew on my team. It's unfortunate for me that he is happy at his profession and his current work state and wouldn't entertain the thought of jumping ship. You can really tell he takes pride in his work and he's a great asset to the company and mirrors the professional image. Would recommend. 5 stars for Mathew

I had a 3/4in PVC pipe that runs our stables break. I have used Big B's Plumbing in the past and they had been reasonable so I gave them a call. I had done most of the work, I dug the hole, totally exposed the pipe. All they had to do was cut it at the break and repair it. Their technician Ryan showed up and quoted my wife $650 (they were able to bring it down to a mere $596).

We told them NO, paid their $59.99 fee to just have them show up and repaired it myself for $12 in parts and it took me about a half hour. I submitted an contact request to them and asked for a justification for their $650 original quote but have been ignored. I loved using them in the past, unlikely to ever use them again. Their Supervisor Steve called me back today. Explained to me that it was due to the cost in parts, 1h 45m of labor, and overhead.

After a short discussion he agreed to refund my $59.99 service fee. I understand they have an expensive business to run but their overhead is to expensive for me. Upgraded to a 2 star because Steve called and explained it and refunded my service fee.

This is my first time trying Big B's Plumbing for fixing my water pressure regulator went up to 100 PSI. Jesse came on time and provided details about the issue and options to fix it. He gave me a good discount and explained all the upfront cost. Even though the price is higher than other local plumbing, but I want to go forward with the service since Jesse is very friendly and professional.

I'm happy with his service after all. I want to try out other service (drain cleaning for $99) from Big B's in next visit. Hope I can get discount for returning customer with a 5 stars feedback :-).

What a joke. Don't use them. To start, when I called them, I told them what the issue was (leaking tankless water heater) I advised them I already had that parts and asked them how much to install. Their office staff related they could not give a price over the phone but it would cost $56 (I may be off a few dollars) for their tech to come out.

When their tech Hunter arrived he told me it would be approximately $570.00 to complete the job. If I said no to the work, I would still have to pay them for their estimate. I agreed to their price and related we just needed to get the work done so the water doesn't continue to leak. We were working with a home warranty company but I was paying Big Bs plumbing and the home warranty company would pay me back.

We got authorization from the home warranty company for Big Bs to complete the work based off of their quoted price. After getting approval, the tech said "I have an idea." He walked to his truck, made a phone call came back and said "it's against the law for me to do the work." Jumped in his truck without further explanation and took off. I had water running down my wall and waited two days for them to show up.

I checked with two other companies about it being "against the law" to do any kind of home warranty work. They laughed and said, there are no laws like that. We as the home owners were paying them. If you want someone reliable DONT USE Big Bs plumbing. Use Guardian Plumbers Murrieta 951-461-5797. They came out and fixed the issue, no problem.

Called Big Bs plumbing foe toilet clog. I called 1pm.waiting foe hours.no call no show.@5pm I ended up canceling service and got someone else.no communication whatsoever.how long the wait.no time frame.like their attitude is we will show when show up.sigh

I noticed that my toilet was leaking the evening before my house was going up for sale. I called Big B's and a plumber came right out. Quoted me $438.19. Luckily he didn't have the part and told me he'd be back in the morning. I did some research and saw that the part was only $5.98 at Lowe's. Canceled the appointment and fixed it myself. Took me 40 minutes and $6.00! I saved $432! Do your homework! They're predators! Taking advantage! I will never use them again!

Always have called on Big B's Plumbing since moving here in Winchester since 2016. They are always informative and professional and get the job done with ease. Ernie C. I used Big Bs plumbing services today. I was very impressed and most satisfied. Mathew (Max), took care of my blocked sink and another sink that had a foul smell coming from it. he is a very conscientious worker and I felt he went above and beyond. I definitely recommend this company and the prices are very fair. Ask for Max!

Great customer service, quality work, and next day service. Randy, the plumber sent to my house, answered all of my questions professionally, was very respectful, and a really nice guy. He even did a nice job of cleaning up after he had finished working.

HACK COMPANY.SCAM ARTISTS We called because a flood in our bathrooms due to a sewage line build up and blockage. This company insisted that our sewage line drain was completely damaged after running a camera and stated that there was a "crack" in one of the fittings. They sent us the recording of the the piping and was adamant that everything needed to be replaced.

We were charged for drain cleaning. On the estimate it states that they would attempt to the clear the line with "top of the line" equipment. But they weren't even successful with that. After all is said and done we were quoted nearly 8k for re-piping the main drain along with cutting out and replacing cement. Fast forward about week after their shotty job I was on the side of my house and noticed that whoever the field tech was didn't properly tighten the cap back on the clean out and that sewage was spilling out of the opening.

We contacted them about the issue and the manager told me to put the cap back on myself and attempted to once again up sell us on re-piping the whole drain. After being told they couldn't do anything for us I eventually contacted another company to help me. See pics of the damage and sewage simply because they did not tighten the cap back properly on the cleanout. Truthfully I think they didn't put the cap back on at all but that's just me. And rather than having someone correct the issue they pretty much said I was on my own to fix what they did incorrectly. 0 Stars as rating but yelp wont let me do that.

Andy was awesome he came and knocked the job right out of the park! He was very precise, professional, and efficient and truly nice person with a great attitude. My family and I want to thank Andy for the doing an outstanding job and Big B's Plumbing for handling our request for service without a moment's notice immediately. Ryan was an absolute professional. He worked tirelessly on 4 separate projects and he wouldn't stop until the job was perfect. Had a leak from from our water meter to the house, the leak was close to the water meter so I dug down the the pipe and it was leaking at a coupling where apparently a repair had been done. I could not get the coupling off so I called several plumbers only Big B's could come out that day. He was able to get the coupling off and reinstalled only to have it come apart after a few minutes, we also noticed another leak a few inch's back.

He made a repair that was $1,300 dollars and would guarantee it for a year, he quoted $7000.00 to replace the pipe all the way to the house and into the garage where he would splice into the existing pipe going into the house. I thought that was way over priced and asked if he could get the price down. He said he was unable to go any lower, we went ahead and did it as I didn't trust the existing pipe to hold up.

They did the work and did a good job, but still believe it was over priced. My neighbor told me a few days later that the plumber who lived next to home said he would have done it for $3000.00. Lesson learned, shd have just paid the the $1,300. repair and get a couple more quotes or just done it myself

We had a pipe leak right behind our hot water heater and noise coming from the wall and the hot water heater so we called Big B's plumbing and was very pleasantly surprised at the customer service. They immediately sent a technician out to our home to assess the problem and give us a quick quote. The technician was very professional knowledgeable and patient as we are older people.

Our technician Jesse came and installed a new hot water heater and fix the leaking pipe as well and hauled away the old hot water heater all in a short matter of time it was amazing to see how quickly and professional and clean of a job he had done. I am very very happy with the results. Our technician was Jesse Russell who I would recommend by name and would call him out to our home again.

We had called other companies as well for estimates and was very happy with the knowledge and the way he explained how this would be done and very patient with us and all of our questions. Had the dreaded leak from my older water heater. I called Big Bs and within 20 mins had Brandon over looking at the heater. We had the option for him to replace it that same night! We ended up getting the heater replaced first thing in the morning. Brandon was helpful, very knowledge and got us sorted really quickly. I've never worked with such a professional group who were so responsive, put us first and got the job done in no time at all. These guys are my plumbers for life now!

My water heater was 11 years old and the pilot kept going out. I called Big B's Plumbing for an estimate. Ryan Witowich arrived in a timely manner. He was friendly and professional. He explained all my options and I decided that my best option would be to replace the water heater. He did a great job. The job was completed the same day I called, which I much appreciated. I would highly recommend him.

Brandon installed our new water softener, it was no small task as he had to create new drainage lines. He repaired a non functional spout in our kids bathroom which was not straight forward either! He also fixed a leaky hose spout on the side of our house. Brandon was beyond knowledgeable, hard working, and professional. Very positive Experience all around. Receptionist was attentive. Making an appointment was quick and easy. Jesse showed up on time and explain my options. Installed a tankless water heater in a very professional and clean manner. Looks great after he's finished. Made sure all my questions were answered. He is proud of his work and does a great job. Had an emergency today with our water heater going out and almost flooding our garage. Called Big B's Plumbing explained issues to the nice young lady and received a call back with a technician in route 10 minutes away. Brandon Breeding the service technician came out did an evaluation and explained what needed to be replaced. In less than a few hours, the entire unit was replaced!

The price was more than I wanted to pay but we received a discount with the donation of canned goods. Overall everything was excellent and Brandon took the time to explain and go over everything very politely. Brandon was very professional and kind, what a great technician!

Jesse quoting me $1500 to fix a small main line copper link. Two other companies were less than $450. Clear and cut rip off attempt. This company has great reviews. Too bad jesse is a con artist

We needed our tankless water heater serviced, our grill hooked to a natural gas line and some other things. Brandon B was super professional, very helpful, punctual and took the time to explain in detail all our options. Would highly recommend Big B's and would definitely use them again.

Brandon was incredible! He arrived on Saturday after a big job across town and was happy and professional. He always took time to explain things, and never pressured me for a sale. On the day of the repairs he was happy to adjust the estimates based on changes to the service, he was quick, efficient, and informative. He cleaned up after himself and at no point did I doubt his abilities or integrity. I should add that the dispatch/appointment person was also as professional as they come. I'm very, very happy with Big B's.

Our family has used Big B's Plumbing several times for various things ranging from a burst drain pipe to installing a dishwasher and faucets. I had a plumbing emergency and my builder has been non responsive on getting it repaired. I called this plumber and spoke with Debbie. She went out of her way to get us a technician. When he was on his way, we finally heard from the builder so we had to cancel but I am so impressed with Big B that we will use them going forward. Debbie is simply outstanding - thorough, polite, professional, and knowledgeable. I have not had this kind of experience with a business in a long time.

Called Big B's Plumbing Saturday morning and they had a tech (Brandon G.) out within a few hours. Professional and responsive. He replaced the washing machine hot/cold valve box and main water line shutoff valve in the garage. First time ever using professional plumbers, seems a bit pricey, but well worth the quick and professional service received from Big B's.

After getting home from my vacation, I noticed a leak in my backyard faucet. The next morning it was spraying water everywhere, I asked my wife to call a plumber. She called Big B, and they came out that morning. They charged almost 300.00 for probably a dollar part. They did fix the problem, but the price seems way to much for the job.

We had a water leak, that took some detective work to figure out. Brandon came over same day as our leak. Brandon was very knowledgeable, respectful, curious, and professional. I would highly recommend Big B's. Office staff was also amazing, they were respectful and courteous. I will use Big B's again, and would recommend them to anyone who needs an amazing plumber.

Hard to sell a review like this in short but this was amazing. The day before a trip to Hawaii I found a small leak under the water heater. I shouldn't have looked but I did. Anyway a couple calls to other businesses with no answer (Saturday at noon). Called Big Bs plumbing and got an immediate answer. Polite and courteous and helpful right away.

Within an hour a tech was on the way. A text message confirmed his arrival time and we even got a photo and a bio of our tech Jesse. Jesse arrived and quickly assessed the problem. He provided a couple options, unfortunately it would be a total replacement. No fault; the heater was 20 years old. We chose a tankless heater and Jesse began to set up and install everything.

It was 100 degrees out and hotter in the garage. Jesse worked hard and got the job done quicker than assessed. Due to this professional, the repair was done in time and our trip was saved. I HIGHLY recommend Big B if you need plumbing repairs.

Great service, ,,t imely and professional! They showed up when they said they were going to. Not overpriced like other plumbers in the valley. He was nice enough to check out another issue that was of concern even thought I had not scheduled them too. Very friendly and helpful!

Thanks Big B's Plumbing. Randy was the plumber who worked on our sink and he was exceptionally helpful. We went with his suggestion and ordered our new sink that we love. He worked around the schedule of the granite cutters that we used with no problems. We will definitely be calling Big B's if we ever have any plumbing issues again.

Some companies get it right, this one does. Fast appointment, clear up front pricing, just the right amount of reminders including one with a photo of the assigned plumber, Javier. Javier was on time, knew exactly what was needed, discussed pricing first and cleaned up afterward. 100% satisfaction! Hire them and if its Javier you're lucky because he's a pro!

Adrian showed up and he saved our night. We had an urgent issue that needed major help. He was quick, kind, and explained everything. He worked so hard to fix our issue and we cannot thank him enough. We called this company because of their 24 hr service. We got a tech to come out within 30 min. I was so impressed with the work he did that I immediately recommended this company to my family and friends.
