Dana and his team arrived right on time and provided expert consulting on my bathroom remodel. They gave me a great quote and customized their design to make best use of the space. My water heater went out. I didn't know where to begin. I was referred to Prime Plumbing and they took care of everything. They picked up the water heater, installed it, and my hot water was back up in a matter of hours. I was very impressed!

I called Prime Plumbing for a leaking faucet and water pressure problem. The technician that came was very nice and friendly - he even put on protective shoe covers before coming into my home. He showed me what was going on with the leaky faucet. He took the fixture apart and replaced all the washers, not just the one where the leak was coming from.

Our kitchen faucet broke on Saturday night; we called several plumbers and received no replies. Dana from Prime Plumbing called back & told us they could come out on Sunday morning @ 8 a.m. They arrived and took care of a difficult faucet replacement (there was almost no space underneath for an easy replacement). We would definitely recommend Prime Plumbing! They do great work at reasonable prices.

Called, a man answered the phone just saying hello. No business manner. Not really interested in doing the work. Gave high starting estimate, and encouraged me to shop around. Sounded like I woke him up. Bad first impression, couldn't end the call soon enough

I cannot say enough about Prime Plumbing! I called several other plumbing companies in the area who One - either would not call me back or two - after telling them what issues I was having with my plumbing - decided it was to much trouble for them to come out so they advised me they were booked 3 months out. I called Dan (owner) at Prime Plumbing - he listened patiently and attentively to what the issue was and boom - he already had it diagnosed pretty much.

When he came out - sure enough - he was spot on! It's hard to find honest and trust worthy contractors anymore but you won't go wrong with Prime and the level of service and expertise you get! I very rarely post a post like this since I rarely get the service like I did. It deserves to be note worthy! If you need a plumber - without a doubt - call Prime!

Thank you Dana for coming out on a Sunday to repair our toilet before our football party guests arrived. We were stressing and Dana was here within 30 min after we called several plumbers. We now have our new loyal plumber! No extra charge for a service call and very reasonable price for what he did. Thanks again

A recent "pesky" slab leak at a rental could have turned into a nightmare but Dana (the owner of Prime Plumbing) came to the rescue and bailed me out! My experience was positive from start to finish! Prime Plumbing and specifically the owner Dana are the best plumbing option in the Murrieta-Temecula area. We have used their services several times over the last couple of years and have never been disappointed. The work results are top notch -- everything was done right the first time. Most of all, I can tell you that Dana is HONEST. He will tell you what is needed and fix it.

His pricing is more than fair -- in fact, they are very reasonable - and do great work. I cannot recommend a company or person any higher than this one. If you need a plumber, call Prime Plumbing.

I had a slab leak and now if someone asks me if I know a good plumber, I can say absolutely! Dana, Curt and the whole Prime Plumbing crew were professional, prompt, clean, and provided top notch service. They were patient in explaining everything that was going on and discussing options and costs with me through the whole process. As an added bonus, Dana is a skilled handyman and can do both types of work on one job, but I will leave that info in his Murrieta Handyman review.

I was looking for a reliable Murrieta plumber and finally found these guys. I live in San Diego but have a home in Murrieta and needed someone I could rely on. They did a great job in letting me know what was going on and got the issues fixed.and FAST.

First off. When I called to have him come out and snake my tub so it would drain he offered to walk me through fixing the issue myself. That right there deserved 5 stars in my opinion. Then a week later when I wasn't satisfied with the job I did and needed a professional to handle it he was available, quick and was less expensive than any other company I called.

While he was out I had him take a look at my other shower that I have had two different people look at and couldn't figure out why it was leaking. He looked at it and was able to explain and show me why! I finally found a plumber I would give repeat business to.

I had an excellent experience with Prime Plumbing! Dana and his team arrived on time and were professional. We had a leak coming up from our kitchen floor which Dana was able to determine was a slab leak.

I can't tell you how incredibly impressed I am with Dana, who came out today, after 2 other "highly rated" plumbing companies had told me I needed to replace my garbage disposal. Prime Plumbing was my third opinion and last resort. Dana has an uncanny ability to trouble shoot an issue and make a quick effective repair. He simply cleared my blockage and then quickly re-plumbed my pipes to drain more effectively.

He had his trusted assistant 'run the water' to check for any joint leaks while he checked out my other smaller issues. Dana even took a moment to test my water pressure, before he left. Dana arrived on time and he is no less than amazing; having mad plumbing skills! If you are lucky, you may get to meet his little dog "Chico"~ who faithfully guards his truck while he is working. Prime Plumbing is my new go to plumber! Honest and fair without trying to upsell into buying new~if it can be easily repaired, he will be able to figure it out!

Called Prime Pluming at 10:30pm last night. Dana was at my house by 11. He stayed for a few hours to help diagnose a flooding problem in my laundry room and also help start removing some of the water built up that was leaking to the first floor. He was probably at my house till 1am when the Water Damage Restoration guys showed up to start their work. Would highly recommend. Btw, this was the night before Christmas Eve 12/23.

The water heater at one of our rental properties in Murrieta was leaking so I called Prime Plumbing. Dana was out there within an hour and took care of the water heater replacement the same day. Thank you Dana for your timely response and great work. I visited the house this past weekend to see the completed work and everything was done very correctly and professionally.

Our worst nightmare occurred when our sewer line was totally back up. On top of that the City of Murrieta told us they weren't able to do the work. We called several plumbers, but Dana at Prime Plumbing seemed to be the straight-shooter we needed and he delivered.

Had a pinhole leak in my spicket out front called Dana at 1100 and he fixed my leak replaced the spicket and installed a water pressure regulator all by 1245pm. he was honest, efficient and polite, the best part was it was a cost effective job. That didn't put too big 9 a dent in the wallet, next time I need a plumber Dana will be my first call.

Dana is awesome. I had a fairly simple repair needed on my washing machine supply valve. While most plumbers were trying to charge me just to walk through the door, Dana was willing to come by and give me a free estimate. Other plumbers were telling me that the repair would be fairly large and expensive, Dana fixed the issue at minimal cost and intrusion. Dana and his partner were friendly, neat and incredibly honest.

They also took the time to look at a few other things around my newly purchased house and provide advice for maintenance. I would recommend Prime Plumbing and plan on using them for any future plumbing issues.

While most of the plumbers I contacted tried to sale me on a brand new water heater Dana the owner of Prime Plumbing discussed other possible causes for my leaking water heater. He came out same day checked my water pressure, replaced a faulty water regulator and offered the most affordable price on a replacement water heater. Above the quick service and affordable prices he also provides his customer such as myself with 5 star customer service.

My dear father bless his heart thinks his 1950's plumbing experience still holds true today. Dana was very polite and informative while allowing my pops to express his 1950's plumbing knowledge LOL. I am extremely happy with choosing this company. Dana and his crew arrived on time. Workmanship of all work completed, which included a ball valve & regulator installation, was great. He went above and beyond by completing additional work with no additional change. I would highly recommend this company.

We had a leak in the kitchen ceiling and called 4 companies to come out and give us a quote. One talked about $30 k + repair, another $5k+ and so on. Dana and his team were the last to come out and after actually assessing the problem and looking for the source of the problem gave a range of $700 - $1500. He completed the job beautifully plus made other minor repairs for $720.

He was very professional, honest, and friendly. Overall a very nice guy and the only person who didn't try to rip us off or cheat the insurance company.saved us from a huge headache! Thank God there are still honest and good people around. We highly recommend him!
