My shower valve got stuck in the open position so I called around for a plumber. None of them could come on the same day except L&S Turnkey Plumbing. John came at the allocated time and did a good job in replacing the cartridge. The cartridge was stuck hard but he could remove it easily. His work was clean and fast. With 25 years of experience, I could tell he knew his stuff. His cost IMO is quite reasonable. Highly recommended.

Was doing a little DIY project and accidentally drilled into a gas pipe. After calling around trying to find a plumber, they came from Temecula to Escondido to help repair the leak. Very professional and honest. L&S TurnKey Plumbing provide me the quality plumber at a fair price I have been looking for, who pays attention to details and is on time and reliable. I'll be calling them again next time if I have any slab leak issue.

Willie and Len just finished re-piping my house in Lake Forest. They not only did beautiful work, they were awesome to work with. They were dedicated to doing things well no matter how late they needed to stay or how many days it took to finish. I was also impressed with their honesty. I felt I could trust every recommendation they made, and I incorporated all of them. I've used many plumbers over the 40 years I've owned my own homes, and I've never found any better. They are my go to plumbers from now on.

I would not recommend this company to anyone. I had a plumbing leak and called L & S Turnkey and they came out immediately. However, these are the problems that I incurred with them. They replaced my laminated floors with the same design, and the same manufacturer, however, the floor started to separate in less than a year.

I was/am extremely satisfied with the manner in which Nick resolved my slab leak. I was impressed with his courteous and professional demeanor from the time I greeted him at the door. He is extremely knowledgeable about plumbing issues and a couple of other things that I needed repaired. I highly recommend him for your plumbing needs. He will be my "go to person" from hence forth. L & S TurnKey is now my "go to" plumbers (and heating & air con repair)! Great people, great service at a great price! I walked out of my front door on my way to work and discovered a flooded front yard with the water coming out of the ground below the main water pipe that feeds my house. I turned off the water at the street and did a search for reputable plumbers in the area.

I found L & S Turnkey Plumbing on the list with glowing reviews and a BBB A+ rating. I called immediately and spoke with Chris Consentino who understood the magnitude of the problem and sent Cesar to the rescue. Cesar arrived right when Chris told me he would and took a look at the problem and gave me his plan to find the leak and fix it, with an initial estimate. 30 minutes later he showed me the problem and readjusted the estimate, LOWERING IT BY $150 DOLLARS!.

He didn't overprice the initial estimate, he just revised it because the problem wasn't as bad as expected. After a quick trip to the local hardware store, Cesar promptly fixed the leak and cleaned up the work area. It's very rare to find a company that cares enough about their customers to give them a fair price for the parts and labor. L & S TurnKey is now my "go to" plumbers!

I had a pipe under my kitchen sink burst and had water spew everywhere. I tried to clear the drain but it was apparent that the clog was beyond my control. I called L&S right away and received an immediate response. They dispatched Tony to my house and he was there in under 45 minutes. He immediately got to work and taught me a thing or two about indoor plumbing maintenance along the way.

What really stuck out was that as messy as everything was, Tony went out of his way to not make a mess when transporting his gear through the house. Even though it was a tough clog, he got it fixed and I dont have backed up pipes now. Hopefully it solves the problem long term, and he showed me ways to ensure this doesnt happen again. They gave me a veterans discount and a great price for everything to be fixed! I highly recommend these guys if you are in a pinch and need quality service right away!

TurnKey was recommended to me by my insurance agent after a plumbing leak in my home. Within 45 minutes of my first call, there was a plumber there detecting the leak, stopping it, and strategizing how to make the needed repairs. It was a bearing wall leak, so the plumbing needed to be abandoned and new plumbing run. Major work. Within an hour, there was a complete dry-out crew there placing huge blowers and dehumidifiers in the affected areas.

Within four hours, I had met with my TurnKey coordinator, who reassured me that first thing the next morning (yes, it was already 7:00 that night when he came out!) there would be a crew on site to see what could be saved and what would need to be replaced. At every turn, I was kept informed and happy. When I learned I would have to pick new cabinetry, flooring, wall colors, granite, baseboards, etc.

I was always presented with a palette of choices that were within the price range of the insurance coverage - and these were ALWAYS brought to the home. I was always welcome to search anywhere I wanted to make an outside choice, but felt like my choices were varied enough and of such a nice quality that I did not need to do that extra research. My home now looks like a brand-new home!

The updating ideas, the updated materials, and the expert craftsmanship practiced by TurnKey made a horrible experience actually seem like a planned, positive experience. I will use this group for anything construction related in the future - from cabinetry to painting to flooring to plumbing and everything else - they have searched out some very capable, very nice people and they made my disaster feel easy (okay, if you leave out camping in the upstairs for three weeks!)

L & S Turnkey Construction was in charge for the restoration of my house as a result of a slab leak. After the leak was repaired, Alfonso Velazquez and his crew started preparing my kitchen, bathroom and laundry room so the restoration team can start restoring it to the state it used to be.

I had an urgent requirement of plumbing services one morning as my backyard water wall had come off and the entire water was gushing out crazy, which could not be controlled until i switched off the main water supply of the house. during this emergency i contacted this company and they immediately addressed my concern promply over the phone and within an hour time i had the plumbing service at my door. the staff addressing the problem were knowledgeable, they could immediately spot and explain me what the problem was and how we could permanently resolve it. they also provided additional information for handling situation during such emergency times which i really thought was a good service. their work was excellent, prompt and most importantly they checked every leakage as they were proceeding towards the fix. they were friendly, co-operative and very reliable for any plumbing needs.

I would highly recommend them as they are punctual and staff is knowledgeable overall i had excellent service and liked their work, i would definitely recommend them for addressing any plumbing needs.

My water heater broke and L & S Turnkey answered their phone at 1000 pm, when the others gave me a voicemail and no response. Lead Technician Nate Nielsen came the next morning bright and early, explained the job and the price so I could easily understand it.

Wayne and Josh were simply fantastic. I had couple of plumbers visit my house for my slab leak (before Wayne), but all of them suggested unbelievable solutions and some of them did even know what they were talking about. It took 15 minutes for Wayne to figure out the problem and within a reasonable time both Wayne and Jost fixed the issue, cleaned up the whole thing and were done. These guys were great, I had a water leak emergency a few weeks ago and they showed up within about 45 minutes. The water damage was minimal and I don't even have to deal with the insurance company, TurnKey is handling everything for me.

These guys did a great job. The worked to create a realistic budget with the insurance adjuster. Their contracts are fair an balanced. Their tradesmen were efficient, skilled and engaging. The communication was excellent.
