I was referred to Jake from another Realtor that I work with who has used him an multiple occasions. I needed someone who could get a job done quickly because the house was in Escrow and for a fair price to my clients. The house had big plumbing problems, but we did not want the buyers to back out of the deal.

Our water heater's pressure relief valve started releasing water. It was kind of good timing because we wanted to replace the water heater anyway. The water heater was too small for the place. I called Temecula Plumbers. Jake came over and gave us all of the options. We opted to go with a tankless model. We scheduled an appointment for Jake to return and install the new water heater.

We realized we had a slab leak when the water bill went up considerably from one cycle to the next and there were no discernible leaks in the landscaping or inside the house. Jake was prompt, courteous, and worked in a clean fashion covering the nearby furniture. In all, there were at least eight locations where the wall/ceiling had to be opened.
