Top notch customer service! I've used George's Plumbing and Heating for the last two years, they installed my HVAC and have done regular maintenance for me along with plumbing work. Anytime I've called for a service they get me scheduled ASAP and always arrive on time and always exceed expectations. My most recent experience with them was a service call for my HVAC that was throwing an error code; Nelson arrived and discovered a faulty electrical breaker. He was out the very next day and got me back up and running!

Tech showed up with a trainee, ok no problem. was very courteous but did to much on the "up sale", all said and done was about $7k to replace a water heater!. really? plus my water pressure was supposedly high. I asked for a detailed quote that was itemized and was told it would be emailed to me. Never did i get the quote. And the two follow on businesses my water pressure was perfect.

I actually went out and purchased a calibrated WPG and found the WP to be fine at all my taps. Contacted GP again for detailed quote to find out why their prices were so drastically more expensive and I quote: "we just can't provide the same prices as others do because of the way our business is structured and the overhead costs associated" and still refused to give me an itemized quote.

Never doing ANY type of business have i experienced both personal and business have i been refused a detailed itemized quote. What are they hidding? Edit. My apologies it was $6817, in writing! No details, no break down. Your gauge is out of calibration, did not show gauge to me just "stated" its high, which i now know to be b.s. Why are you hiding the itemized invoice? outrageous mark up on materials above and beyond,

Wayne was courteous, knowledgeable, and professional. He was also punctual. The install on our new toilet upstairs was flawless. Wayne was meticulous and did not leave anything behind with regard to the work area. He demonstrated respect by informing us of every step involved with the project. In addition, he kept his mask and shoe covers on the entire time he was inside our home.

The cost of the project was fair. We are using this company again later this week for another toilet. Wayne deserves 5+ stars and will be receiving future referrals. Update: 4/8/22 This is our third time scheduling with this company. Enrique arrived early, was friendly and professional, and conscientious about protecting our space. Unfortunately, we did not move forward with the faucet replacement, this time, due to the higher than expected cost. However, Enrique did replace the shutoff valves, and they look great!

I'm so thrilled with these guys. I am a first time home owner who found out we had some plumbing issues right when we moved in. I called up the closest company to my house because it was urgent and although I was a little skeptical because I had never used this company before I could not have been happier with my decision. They treated me with the utmost kindness and professionalism from the get-go.

The office ladies are kind and helpful, the technicians were transparent, thorough and SUPER helpful. All around easy to work with. Enrique and David were so patient and professional, they made this as painless as possible. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.

Franky was extremely professional and completed the work. He went above and beyond to ensure all appliances were RE-lit after exchanging a gas valve.

Excellent overall. I've had work done by George Plumbing before and am always satisfied. Franky Esparza did a great job responding to a mini-emergency (I had to shut off water to the house because of a leaking angle stop). Earlier this year, Nelson Guerrero checked out the mini-spit and heat pump that George Plumbing installed over a decade ago. First rate in every category.

Our A/C went out during the current hot weather. They were responsive to my urgent pleas and the technician was here in 48 hours. He quickly diagnosed the problem and replaced the failed part. George plumbing always sends the best people. Courteous, professional, able to answer all my questions. Repairs have always been excellent. We have been using them for 15 years and highly recommend them. Nelson did a great job of going over everything during my home inspection and letting me know what I need to repair, as my house is over 30 years old.

He let me know what things are more urgent and what I can plan to do in the future, so I can figure out what works with my budget and what I can save up for. They always show me and explain the problem so I know that it really needs to be repaired. Great job George Plumbing!
