Had a pipe problem causing flood g and damage. Called the 24, hour hotline. Very nice and said to call at 6 am. Wasup all night monitoring situation. They called me at 7am and very rudely told me that they could no service me I sked sked asked d or recommendations on and was told to just call another plumber. So that time loss has increased the damage in my home

We are grateful to Tranquility Plumbing and their employee, Gary Water, for the prompt and professional plumbing service provided during our emergency situation. Tranquility's plumber, Gary Water, did an outstanding and professional job in diagnosing and correcting our plumbing issue. The root cause of our problem was a broken sewer line. Gary Water was calm, courteous and professional while resolving our sewer problem.

The repair was completed quickly and promptly. We were back in operation within two hours. Again, thanks to Tranquility Plumbing and Gary Water. We would highly recommend Tranquility Plumbing to anyone looking for future plumbing services.

TPI got my repipe done in less than 2 days! My wife and I were amazed with how quick, professional and knowledgeable these plumbers were. Had an emergency plumbing issue while doing a bathroom remodel. I busted the pipe in the wall that the shutoff valve was attached to. I probably could've done the repair but tomorrow is thanksgiving and we are having people over. I wanted it done right and quickly! I called Tranquillity Plumbing and they sent someone right over! I would recommend this company to others. After I called them, they arrived 45 minutes later and promptly changed my water heater. It's been a few days and everything looks good. They also fixed another problem I had with my water pressure that I had been waiting for City of Fort Myers Utilities to fix for months.

5:30pm came home to countertop with water everywhere. I called Tranquility Plumbing and told them my kitchen faucet was leaking at the base of the fixture. I was nervous it could flood my cabinets. Chris Foust was at my house within 15 minutes and diagnosed the problem. It was a leaky cartridge. He said he was going to run back to the shop and get a replacement cartridge.

I asked if he stocked new faucets? He said yes! He ran back to his shop, took a picture of a few and we decided to go with the first picture, a beautiful Moen brushed stainless faucet! He was back in 10 minutes! Chris had the sink installed 10 minutes after that! Chris From TPI plumbing saved the day and did a complete repair the same evening! The bad news was, I discovered that our hot water heater was leaking profusely (in the middle of a Pandemic) and needed to be replaced asap. I found excellent reviews on Next Door about Tranquility Plumbing and gave them a call. The good news was, they arrived within 2 hours to install a new hot water heater at a very fair and reasonable price. Outstanding service!

I was referred to Tranquility and we made an appt to to a lot of maintenance work around my house. They gave me an approximate price and an appt. An incredible job, and thank you. I'd gotten bids that were ridiculous while this young man came in and did not only what I asked, but found a couple other potentially long term damaging items ~ a loose leaking insinketator garbage disposal for one ~ he was fast, on time, very thorough. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

After getting some insanely high quotes from others, I asked Tranquility to do some work with copper lines during a laundry room remodel. I needed some lines capped and a new washer outlet box tied in to the existing plumbing.
