Called at 1 pm had to pay after hours charge for a 4:20 arrival time that they were finished with at 5. Owner was upset he was the on-call person and had to go into the attic. I understand. It's super hot. But when 2 weeks later you have to call them back because he was clearly upset that he had to go into attic in the heat and did not find all the issues and had to come back again to fix the whole issue.
At least the drywall hadn't been repaired yet. He was a little less angry this time because he worked from the the ground floor up and I let him rip open the ruined drywall. Then put flimsy plastic over the hole. I can't wait to see my electric bill

Walked out to my garage and found my hot water heater leaking. It was years past its life expectancy so I knew it was time for a new one. I called Quality Plumbing Inc, they where quick and responsive. They came out later that day at the time they said they would, where professional and courteous. Highly recommend. After trying to get straight answers from other plumbing businesses, we contacted Quality Plumbing. We received a call back almost immediately, with a reasonable quote for the install of a water heater. We got a time frame of 1-4pm. Dan arrived at 1pm! The install went smoothly. We got useful information on services for future reference. The work area was cleaned and the old unit hauled away.
Totally satisfied with service, will not use anyone else! As a bonus: Since buying the house months ago, we had horrible moaning sounds coming from the pipes when using water anywhere in the house. No idea what magic Dan did but after the heater install, there is silence in the house. Thank you, thank you!

I really wish I could give Dan 10 stars! Beyond satisfaction! Work was done correctly, in a timely manner, and went way beyond! If you are shopping around trying to find a good plumber you need to stop and just call Quality Plumbing. You are not going to find a better company with better employees with better customer service

Mr. Hickey arrived on time as promised. He was courteous and approached the project very professionally. He finished the work to our satisfaction and at the cost he quoted. There was no haggle for a higher price, a very pleasant experience. Quality Plumbing is on our plumbers to go to list and we highly recommend their services.
