Aztec Plumbing

**WARNING**

Our experience with Aztec Plumbing was very disappointing.

We contracted them to replace the piping in our home; however, they included an expensive service which wasn’t necessary. When they arrived to do the work they were shorthanded which required them to come back on another day. They set a day, but then changed it to another, which caused us to be without our Kitchen sink and dishwasher for ELEVEN days.

When they finally returned to finish the plumbing part of the work, the technicians realized we had been overcharged, but the company didn’t adjust the job amount. When we attempted to question this, the General Manager then charged the credit card we provided as a deposit for over $7,000 WITHOUT our authorization.

Aztec then abandoned the job without repairing the walls, leaving holes throughout the house for months. Eventually, we had to hire a drywall contractor to do the repairs.

We filed a regulatory complaint against Aztec, which has been forwarded for a decision to refer the matter for prosecution.

This was Aztec’s response to our offer to resolve the matter.

Aztec has done a lot of advertising for their services. This is the other side of the story.

I reached out to Aztec plumbing because I needed to replace my kitchen faucet. They did wonders at my mother's house and a terrific job on the install. It started from the first call to them. They were very helpful on the phone. And on the day of the appointment I was greeted by a motivated plumber whom was very knowledgeable about this issue. And even able to pivot and adapt to other issues which came up.

One of my shut off valves was broken. Which he was prepared for and tackled it like a non issue. He also brought a beautiful faucet. After installing and testing it all. I had a beautiful new faucet and I believe he is an great representative for Aztec plumbing. He knew what he was doing every step. And I would recommend this company and use them on future issues.

I called this morning about a drain clog and they were able to send someone out within a few hours despite not being an emergency/urgent situation. Chandler was our repairman. He arrived on time and was very polite. He was professional, explained things thoroughly, and was very efficient identifying the problem and fixing it quickly. He also explained some possible long term options for fixes that they can offer but wasn't pushy about trying to get more sales or anything uncomfortable. Just shared the information. The whole process was quick and easy. No complaints and would definitely recommend to anyone!

We've used Aztec Plumbing several times. They're quick to respond, professional and get the job done right. And no extra $ for nights, holidays or weekends. We cancelled our annual all--around service contract with a different plumbing/heating/cooling company because the response time and knowledge of Aztec Plumbing is superior. You get what you pay for, folks.

I can always count on Aztec Plumbing. This time was great as usual. Quin showed up on time. He listened to my description of the problem and then investigated it. Next he discussed the options and let me know what it would cost. Even when the repair turned out to be a bit trickier than he expected, he honored the cost. He was professional in his attitude.

Even the Aztec office staff are great. They are helpful and they offered lots of options for scheduling. And when they had an earlier opening, they called to offer it to me. Aztec is not the cheapest plumber I have used. But they are the most reliable and do the best job.

This was our 1st experience with Aztec Plumbing and it was well worth the call. They were extremely responsive. The technician Josh H. arrived timely, was very professional. He explained everything in detail. He repaired a damaged sewer waste line in the yard quickly, took photos and provided documentation throughout the process. Aztec will always be my 1st call for plumbing needs!

Everything was fantastic. I called because my water heater completely stopping working. The gal who answered my call at Aztec was so nice and assured me she could get someone over at 6;15 the same night to help me out. John arrived promptly at 6;10pm. He was so nice. Told me I definitely needed a NEW Water heater. Gave me the quote which was excellent. Went and picked up a new heater. Replaced it. Took the old one and all the mess. Was kind and explained everything and I was thrilled that Aztec came over and totally fixed everything the day I called.

I was so happy to have a brand new water heater all installed the day mine broke and I got hot water back. I would highly recommend Aztec. John offered his business cards and I will definitely give them out to my friend. So glad I called. I will hire them again.

This will be simple, Rich and his crew were amazing. Each day they arrived on time, got to work, worked thoroughly, did a great job, and were available at all times for any questions. They did a full re-pipe of our entire house. If they found issues, they explained them, fixed them, and got back to work. Items in the house were treated properly and taken care of. I would definitely recommend these guys again, easily!

Outstanding customer service from the initial call. The technician was EXCELLENT! Took his time and did a superb job. This is my 3rd time using the company since purchasing our Naples home. Aztec recommended updating much of the old plumbing for toilet and faucet emergency cutoff valves. Highly recommend this company. The "chat bot" on the website was a great convenience. Appointment availability was remarkable - received same-day service. Also received calls to inform us that plumber would be arriving outside of original time window and then when he was within 30 minutes of arriving - both were accurate. Michael Melanson provided professional service, including up-front pricing and fully describing possible problems and solutions. Our issue was resolved that day. Highly recommend Aztec Plumbing.

Needed quick service to repair the main water line coming into the house. Aztec came the next day. Kipp was a very thorough in his explanation of the job required and the cost. He was personal and courteous.

Thanks Pat for fixing our problem of a clogged sink. Best Home Services charged us 400.00 and two days later we were still having issues. They came back out and said that our sink was full of grease and needed to be hydrosetted out.

I had emailed three plumbing companyies, Rotorooter, Best Home Services and Aztec Plumbing last week before the holiday weekend. The ONLY company that contacted me IMMEDIATELY was Aztec. I still have not heard from the other companies.

Thank you Pat! We had 2 other companies out to fix our clogs in the house. One told us to move and the other told us we needed to spend $30,000 to fix the problem which would involve ripping up our tile and wood floors.

My wife and I are very grateful for the outstanding level of service and workmanship received from Bob G. with Aztec Plumbing. Bob G. resolved a very difficult problem we had with our under-slab waste-water / sewer line; other plumbing companies did not want to take on the work but Bob told us upfront that he would find a way to make the repair, and he did just that!

Awesome experience. Jim R. was great. I called my HOA and waited 4 hours and heard nothing. I called Aztec and they had me scheduled within 45 min. I got 2 callbacks and an email with Jim's bio so I knew who was coming.

Great fast service. I spoke with them in the morning about adding a hand held shower for a handicapped person. They came the same day. The young man was pleasant and was sure to give us an estimate before starting.

David from Aztec just left my house he was AWESOME very helpful and knowledgeable his customer service was WONDERFUL, first time using this company and they will hear from me again if need be. Even the City of Fort Myers spoke well of Aztec and that's enough said.

We just sold our home in Cape Coral and needed to get the spa tub fixed right away. I called Aztec and they were here the next day. I also called 2 other plumbers to get a quote and they couldn't get back to us until Monday.
