I used them thru a builder. I now have lost count After 9 months of how many times they are "no show" I now have been in my home for 30 days and STILL waiting for them. Today 6/1 "no show" again. Cant get any worse. Buy your plumbing fixtures somewhere else. All talk no action. The owners son is terrible with the promises. They are a joke.! Mark my words! You have been warned!

Traffic shut down on 75 by Hertz arena. Truck #196 thought they were special, went around everyone else, and peeled down the left shoulder. Called the company to file a complaint/let them know. Woman who answered phone wouldn't take any info & hung up on me when I asked if I should call highway patrol instead. I would never use this company based on unprofessional / unsafe driver & the company's complete lack of concern for their employee's behavior.

Critical:Professionalism, Responsiveness I am sure the pluming service is great but whoever answers the phone is just rude and has hung up on me on multiple occasions and I know I am not the only one.

First contact was with Diane. She was incredible! I installed an 85 gallon Rheem/Marathon water heater. Before the installation, she sent a plumber to check the water heater to make sure that the water heater arrived in good shape. Incredible company, excellent workmanship, and very competitive pricing. I would recommend this company to anybody who needs plumbing work.

The receptionist is the best! She's always on top of things and quick to answer the phone and get you where you need to go. Their display room is set up beautifully and you can really mix and match different Hardware to create a one-of-a-kind look for your own home

The first point of contact was with Diane. She is friendly and always has a willingness to help! Yesterday was a great example! She tried to locate a plumber in my area and had them rerouted to us just so we could have our shower working properly again! The staff that come to the house are always personable and equipped with the right knowledge as well as with rags and mats to maintain the clean in your house. I highly recommend this company!

My Hot Water Heater was not working after return from vacation. Gene the technician was very honest and told me he could fix the problem without replacing. " I did not need a new Heaters". I was very pleased with the recommendation to solve our problem and the price. When the Service Technician, Gene, arrived on time I was so impressed with the image of this company. Clean well cared for trucks, polite and well dressed employees and efficient. The job was done in no time, they cleaned up and I would recommend them for any of your plumbing needs.

Excellent Customer Service! Our hot water heater was not working, so we called Cape Coral Plumbing. Diane was very sympathetic and sent a technician quickly to assess the problem. The required part was not immediately available from the manufacturer and since it was a Saturday, it couldn't be delivered until Monday. The folks at Cape Coral were creative and identified an interim solution to get us hot water. Diane was very helpful and the price was very fair and reasonable. Our water heater started to leak. Manufacturer said it was under warranty and gave me a plumbing contractor to call. I was advised they were not accepting new customers and I asked for any possible recommendations. They suggested Cape Coral Plumbing. When I called and explained the situation to Diane, she was very understanding. Here it was just after Noon and she said she would try and get someone here but it could be late.

She called me back within 30 minutes and told me a tech would be at my home within an hour. The tech arrived, assessed the situation, stated the heater was shot. Surprised me when he had stopped on his way and picked up a replacement water heater, as he had seen this many times before with this specific manufacturers product. 90 minutes later he was finished.

New water heater installed and old heater removed and taken away. Amazing customer support and response. From now on if I ever have a need, I will ALWAYS call Cape Coral Plumbing!

Best customer service I have ever experienced! Even during the busy holiday season, Diane handled my situation with the utmost care. The service technician was fantastic and my issue was resolved in a prompt manner. This company went above and beyond and I am so grateful for their service! I will always recommend this company to anyone needing plumbing services.

They cancelled an appointment twice. We didn't want to go for the third. Can't be trusted.
