Cypress Plumbing

I am a Realtor here locally and not only have I used Cypress Plumbing for my own house, but have used them many times to address issues found at my customer's homes - as well as for emergencies. They are always wonderful to deal with and I am confident in recommending them because of the consistent great service, value and responsiveness. Dave is so patient with me, answering all my questions regarding plumbing issues, and Robin in the office is just amazing.

Great interpersonal skills, organized and super helpful - she - & Tammy - make my life so much easier. They are a real pleasure. Blake and the other techs are professional, personable and get right in there and get the job done. Blake is so good explaining to me what the issues are, what he is doing and what I can do, as a homeowner, to extend the life of my plumbing or whatever I need to do to keep my plumbing in tiptop shape. We are blessed to have some really good plumbing companies here in SW Florida and Cypress is definitely is one at the top! Thanks!

Came to my house within 24 hours from the call. Chuck was polite and listen to me explaining the issue. He got it done faster than I thought. When he finished, he showed and explained what he did and why he did it that way. He also stay to make sure there were no more leaks. He cleaned up after he was done. I am very happy with Chuck and the work he did. I will use them again and will recommend them.

My property manager booked this company to install a sink in my shop. They said would finished by Tuesday and didn't finished by Friday. Also never told me how much it would be, asked for my card details "security" reasons only. Woke up today and been charged $1240. Extremely unprofessional, rude and not in time. Left the place dirty when I had already paid a cleaning company. Would not do business with them.

I contacted Cypress Plumbing on 6/26/20 to notify them of a concern that the shower that was installed by them was splitting in areas behind the shower walls. The manager immediately got mad at me, didn't want to listen and told me that they didn't do drywall. I told him that it wasn't built with drywall and that it was definitely built by his company.

I wasn't even complaining at this point, I was just discussing with him about what had happened. The reason why I called was because I was looking for a plumber and I accidentally called them and discovered that they were the ones that did the work. I just said that if I was to use them that I first wanted to discuss about the previous job. The manager said he didn't want to deal with this and hung up on me.

He had no idea what I had in mind. He has no idea about customer service. I don't recommend this company at all. By the way, the young man that did the work didn't know what he was doing, but we were already having him do so much in the shower at the time, we were not able to stop him. I just had to watch him. I was not completely satisfied. I just can't believe how awful this manager is after all of this. He could get more work. He doesn't know and he hangs up on the customer. Intelligent.

My problem is the bill. the fixed a leak in the tub and installed a new faucet. They had to move the dishwasher to turn off the water. $120 for 15 minutes of work for labor and $66 to move the dishwasher. $715.00 for the 2 things and moving dishwasher is extra labor in addition to the $120/15 minutes. I did call, was told the manager would call back. Done waiting. Never use again or recommend.

Everyone I dealt with at Cypress Plumbing was helpful and friendly. Blake not only diagnosed the problem quickly but returned the next day with the necessary fixture, which saved me lots of time and trouble. Great company to work with.

I had an emergency leak under my sink and Cypress plumbing was able to come out to my home within 2 hours. They quickly identified the problem and resolved it. Payment was fair. I will definitely add them to my list of home repair companies that I trust.

Cypress plumbing was AMAZING! They came out the same day, came out when they said they were going to. Service was AWESOME! From the lady on the phone to the plumber that came out, they were all incredibly professional, polite and great all around. The plumber fixed my problem in no time and found 6' of roots in my pipes! Crazy! Super pleased with them! i will refer everyone to them!

I called them 2 days ago, because I had no hot water in the kitchen. The lady in the office, Carol, was very friendly and professional. They send out Patrick, who came the same day in the afternoon and looked at the problem. Took pictures from the problem and explained me everything. We needed a new waterheater because it was corroded and a too small installed pump. Everything was done the next day and the price was ok, too. I only can highly recommend the company, great people, great service, thank you very much!

I love Cypress Plumbing. The plumber they sent out knew what he was doing and was able to fix my sink right away. They didn't leave a mess after they left which was very good! I also didn't have to wait long at all for them to show up at my house.
