We are beyond thrilled with our new outdoor kitchen with sink, top of the line refrigerator, grill and pizza oven. The workmanship is stunning and absolutely gorgeous! The pergola and quartzite countertop complete the finished look. They also designed an outdoor living space in a section of the garage that connects to our outdoor pool and kitchen.

The cabinets, countertops, wine holder and tile work are exquisite. We even got a terrific built in ice maker. They installed a television, 2 rotating fans, new walls and ceiling, and lighting. But that's not all! We have the most amazingly unique outdoor shower with a quartzite bench. The amount of work and love that they put into this project shows true professionalism.

The design team of Kristen and Janine were thoughtful, insightful and inspiring. They know their stuff! John is such a gentleman and truly loves his business. His ethics in contruction is spot on. John is most dishonest man you will ever meet. Avoid at all costs. Scammed my mother who suffered from a debilitating illness years ago. Still dealing with the courts and still paying for a different contractor to complete his shotty work after this situation. John has been contacted numerous times about correcting the issue at hand. However, he is such a nasty individual that it led to us being threatened with a lien on our home.

Keep an eye out for fake reviews ie. people who have only posted one review, ACP/his. He is simply trying to cash out before he retires. You have been warned. He has also burned down a previous business for insurance money and started this one. Do your research on John W Burrows Jr.

John was a pleasure to work with. He was knowledgeable and worked with me knowing how tight my budget was. He was honest and compassionate. I appreciate a local small business being so fair and competent. He restores my faith in local contractors.

Amazing. As a licensed elevator contractor I sent a Professional Mechanical Engineer to install a Pneumatic Vacuum Elevator for our client. Our client, independently, hired American Construction & Plumbing to provide the extensive detailed work that a high-end home elevator requires. This company knocked it out of the park in every way! Professional, responsive, friendly are only a few adjectives I can name to describe this team.

Right from the initial scope prep to completion, timing, communication, electrical, carpentry, attention to detail.-- this organization is a well-oiled machine, their work exceptional; our client is over the moon, and I will be recommending them without hesitation to future clients! And, I rarely recommend contractors--for obvious reasons. If you are fortunate enough to get on American Construction & Plumbing's schedule you will be privy to white-glove service that is practically non-existent in this field-- If you can't get on their schedule soon, I suggest you wait --they are so worth it! Thank you American Construction and Plumbing! We have an on demand water heater that needed to be replaced on the second floor (in an attic crawl space). John at American Construction and Plumbing was prompt, responsive and we now have hot water! The price was very competitive and the service was excellent.

I called on a Friday when I thought I had a leak because our house had consumed a very high amount of water for the month. John called me back that afternoon, and then came out the next day, on a Saturday, to check it all out. He did a great job, and he took the time to thoroughly answer all the questions I had. Turns out we don't have a leak, so John walked me through the process of what we needed to do to get our water bill adjusted down. Thanks John!

I had a water leak in a pipe to my second floor bathroom. The damage was extensive. The downstairs bathroom had to be removed, parts of the inside walls and some of the exterior of the house. John and his workers were able to clean up all the damage, rebuild the bathroom, replace the missing drywall and repair the house BETTER than when we moved in.

We are so pleased with our remodeled bath, it's so beautiful! We are so happy we chose American Construction and Plumbing for our remodel! ACP made it is so easy to get everything thing done from the tile selection to the installation, everything was picture perfect on completion. Their staff took care of everything from start to finish!
