Fast, easy service. Called for a quote on a hot water heater and they gave me a price over the phone. Install was next day and went really smooth. Their techs Bob and Jeremy were really professional and the whole process was done in a couple hours. Good company, would recommend.

Bergau Plumbing is and remains our go to plumber for the past 3 years. Every tech who has serviced us has been courteous, professional takes the time to explain everything they are doing to repair the problem. Ralph has been here twice. Once for a backup and this time for a leak. He is so pleasant, focuses on getting the job done and gets it done in a timely manner! From my initial call to the repair being complete it is always a pleasant experience.

Called Bergau Plumbing at 7:56 am on Sat morning for a leak in our pool bath. By 10:10 am problem was fixed by Nick who was very courteous and efficient. We were shown what had failed, what the repair was going to be, and how the repair should prevent any problem in the future. Very pleased with service.

Must Read! I am in the boat lift service industry. We recognize good communication and great service is a must. We also know how hard it is to find companies or people that give it. Just had a copper pipe break in our office. Late at night. Googled " plumber near me" dialed the number. The receptionist was very nice and heard my urgency. 5 minutes later the Tech called. I had Chris and Scott in my condo to replace some cast iron pipes and I couldn't be happier with the service. They were so polite and Professional which goes along way with me. They left everything completely clean like it was when they arrived, like they were never even there. I have and will continue to highly recommend them to all my Family and friends. Great service!

Very quick at getting an appointment. Nick was very nice, professional and informative of what happened with the issue we had at our home. It was done in great timing and clean afterwards no mess. Professional - not out to sell you a lot of stuff to increase sales volume. That's why they tell you - $ 98 per hour. When I called to schedule they told me up-front that I could buy one and they'd install it for me at $98 per hour. Nick did my work for me and was quick, clean, professional, knowledgeable. Fixed my problems with non-functioning shut off valves and installed a new toilet.

I researched, compared and bought and lugged the toilet to the house. Saved me a lot of time and cost 1/3 what my last toilet cost for plumber supplied and installed. If you want a company that works to fix what's broken rather than to maximize revenues and sell you stuff you've always gotten along without - call Bergau.

Really hit or miss, had a great first experience with them doing great job for a very reasonable price. Then we needed a main drain snaked as there was sewage backing up in the toilet and shower. We were billed about $500 for Three hours of work and replacing the Johnny Ring in the bottom of the toilet, new bolts for the base, probably about $13 in hardware was $75.

Had leak in bathroom. Called Bergau at 9.30am and Chris the plumber arrived at 11.00. Shower valve was leaking badly. Installed new one. Fantastic service.

Top notch customer service. They fix the problem the first time and they are usually early to the appointment.
