Our AC system's compressor had a catastrophic failure in August during a heat wave on a Friday night. The Bertsch team was out Monday to give me a quote and was doing the install a couple of days later. They had originally planned on putting in a temp system in until they could do the full replacement. They were able to move some things to get us taken care of faster due to the heatwave at the time and we were back up and running within a week.
We opted to replace our full HVAC system due to the age and haven't regretted it. The system is quiet and is using much less propane than our old system. I would absolutely recommend them as they came in on time and under cost versus many of their competitors. They were also able to use the existing venting system, which meant no drywall work, which was also a very nice bonus.

I arrived at my Mom's home in Springfield early this morning (1-23-21) and found her heat not working on a cold, cloudy day. I called Bertsch's hoping for someone to be able to come check out the situation. Soon, I was contacted by a very polite young man who gave me an arrival time. He arrived promptly at that time and quickly found the problem. After the problem was repaired, he checked the filters while he waited for the house to warm to ensure everything was working properly. I cannot recommend this business enough. They were prompt, courteous, and efficient. Thank you!
