What an amazing company. Had them to clean the vent in the house i am renting. Pictures before and after speak it all. Clean work in and out. Seth is amazing employee, when he entered the house, he was wearing shoes bags so he doesn't bring mud and rain inside the house. He even did something he wasn't required, he found a gas leak and shut it off, told me about it and called the landlord himself! This man did a great job.

Scott came out and cleaned our air vents and furnace. He went above and beyond, everything looks great and we are extremely satisfied. The only reason I put 4 stars is because we paid a bit more than what we were quoted which I understand happens sometimes but we are still very very happy with his work. The house smell great and feels so much cleaner. Definitely worth it. Thanks again Scott!

Seth serviced my 20-ish year old gas insert fireplace. I just moved into this house, so I can't tell if the fireplace has ever been serviced, but it looks like it has never been maintained. It was wired incorrectly, as well. It now runs quietly, doesn't stink, is properly wired, and it looks as good as new. I highly recommend this service.

We love this company. They took before and after pictures and gave them to us. They were so kind and helpful during the cleaning. There is a lot of big equipment and they handled it all well. We have very nice hard wood floors in our home and they did not scratch one board. They were on time and thorough. They even made up the difference for what a previous company was supposed to do. Really impressed with this company and their services. We had our chimney cleaned and inspected a few weeks back and it went great. Today we had JT Briggs as our technician to clean our ducting throughout the house. He was very knowledgeable and professional. He spent the time to explain what he was doing and took several photos of the debris removal process and showed us at the end.

He corrected past problems from other duct cleaners that obviously didn't really know what they were doing. We have several sealed access panels now and the next time we have them service the house it'll be much easier. He cleaned up everything and we couldn't be happier with the service. Very fair priced for the high quality of service you get. The amount of debris that's hidden in your ducts is shocking! I highly recommend calling LCS and if you can, have JT as your tech! You'll be happy you did!

They were even willing to come early, but I wasn't able to make it work out @ that time. So we made it for the afternoon and they were able to come early which was awesome. I wouldn't use my dryer until I got the vent cleaned out. Scott did pan exlant job. He explain how he was going to do it. Let me know not to have my dryer so close to the wall where it was smashing my vent. It took no time at all and he showed me how much lint he removed. I recommend this company highly. They are very reasonable on there price also. One very satisfied customer.

Technician Matt was very personable and professional at greeting. He seemed proficient in using the machinery and was very methodical in assessing the job. He stated that he would be finished at 3pm. After a few setbacks, he left at 3:35. Unfortunately, in his haste, he failed to replace the gate on the crawl space and the floor vent in the kitchen. I was able to finish out his tasks without issue. The vents look clear, the house smells better, and I hope this will be the fix we were hoping. Thanks Mike Simpson

Lcs did a fantastic job today. we had them come out because the last company brought us a broken fireplace and didn't even place it correctly! we already have our fireplace up and going as we speak! he was on time and VERY nice and professional!thanks so much guys! we will definitely remember you for other services.

I was skeptical about duct cleaning but after watching what they did with my dryer vent I will have the whole house service done soon. I had a serious issue where my dryer vent came loose above my basement ceiling. Steve was able to diagnose it, locate the exact location and make the repairs very quickly. I was impressed with the whole operation and highly recommend LCS Kleen-Aire.

Steve was very personable and got right to work. He explained everything as he went along. He pointed out some additional issues with my chimney that he said he would provide an estimate to send for my consideration. Assured me that my chimney was safe to operate as of now. Was having the converted fire place inspected. He was a little early and ready to get to work. After inspection inside and out there were a couple recommended areas in need of attention and he corrected the problem and made recommendations for future areas. I am very pleased with the service provided by LCS Kleenaire. The service was carried out in a professional manner. The gentleman was very thorough and neat with working on the inside of the home. Great communication- called ahead of arrival! Respectful and hardworking crew member. My home inspector highly recommended this company and we've used them before. I'm still pleased with their service!

Steve Head came out to inspect the chimney on my new (60 year old) house. He did a thorough inspection and found that the crown had disintegrated and the flashing had separated over time, leaking water down the chimney rusting out the chimney liner, and there were gaps in the masonry. I know he wasn't just making this up as he went along because he took all sorts of pictures.

At one point hit the inside of the chimney with a screw driver and huge pieces of rusted metal just rained down on him. It was super chilly during the week when I had him come out, and I asked him what would have happened if I had lit a fire in the fireplace. He said I would have been very warm standing outside the house watching it burn down. Yikes!

I come from AZ, where fire places aren't used for much more than decoration, but I had the fireplace checked because the only thing I fear more than pissing off my wife is dying by fire. If you're putting off having your chimney cleaned, I would strongly recommend against it. Get it cleaned and inspected. The cost of the work wasn't as bad as I thought it was going to be, and the piece of mind is priceless!

LCS came out this morning to give me a second opinion on a previous $1,200 quote for fireplace repair from another company. After their inspection, they assured me that there were no immediate concerns. It only end up costing us $145 for the cleaning and inspection. The service man, Seth (I think his name was) was so helpful and professional. He took the time to educate me on proper maintenance and performed a thorough inspection. I will never use another fireplace service! Thank you LCS!

These guys are the VERY best! I got 3 different quotes from other companies, ranging from $1000-$1800! LCS did an Amazing job, and the final price was actually less than the initial quote of under $700. Chad called before arriving, went above and beyond what I expected; informed me of things that didn't need to be done, things that he could do for me that I never dreamed of, and even things that had been originally installed incorrectly. I LOVE this company, and give them a definite 5 stars!

Absolutely did an amazing job cleaning out my HVAC system. The difference and improvement in air quality is remarkable. I even called back with a series of air filter questions and the customer service continued to be excellent.

We went with this company because they answered and available. No major complaints but $75 per fireplace for a simple inspection was quite pricey, and our tech was no certified and spoke in vague terms. All in all it met our needs.

Had LCS out to inspect/clean a chimney at a house we recently moved into. The tech that came out, Jesse, did an outstanding job and was very knowledgeable about every aspect of the chimney's construction, operation, maintenance and condition.
