Joe assisted me when my air conditioning started giving me trouble. My two story home had a split zone system with dampers. I called a few others who wouldn't listen to me try to explain my situation, they just wanted to schedule a tech to come out. Not only did Joe spend the time to listen to the issue, he spent his time trying to explain the fix to me over the phone.

He did this at no charge. This company is straightforward and honest. Joe was transparent about his work and costs (which were very fair, and below market cost from what other quotes I received prior to calling him). I was referred to AirPro by a friend when my furnace was having issues. I called Joe and he responded promptly to my call and we set up an appointment for the next day. Joe talked me through the issue (a faulty gas valve) and provided me with much more helpful information. He cleaned up my furnace and talked me through some helpful tips for running our furnace efficiently. I could not recommend him more. Fantastic service and a great value!
