Outstanding! No pressure sales. Quality products. We were finally able to get into the right size HVAC for our house. What a difference already! Installation was professional. Service providers were clean and courteous and answered all of the questions we had. There was no mess left behind. They serviced Stockton in Cedar County. I definitely recommend!

6/6/2022. I love this company they installed a new AC unit for my house. Shawn and Regan showed up on time explained everything they were going to do and had my AC up and running. Jon Wayne is the best when they installed a new furnace a few years ago and then again today installing my new AC. Lane and Jackson were our technicians for the duct and vent cleaning, and they were very good. They were thorough and very professional and polite. We had our ducts and vents cleaned out after remodeling. Lane and Jackson got a head start on our system, contacted me directly with questions. Really appreciated that! They wore shoe covers to protect our new flooring. Some of the higher vents had some patches of dust around the cover after they completed the job but nothing we couldn't take care. Overall professional and would recommend!

Our furnace went out on a Friday during a really cold spell and a repairman, Sam, showed up within 2 hours of calling for an appointment. He quickly ascertained we were in need of a new furnace. He patiently answered our questions and showed us why, in our case, replacing versus fixing was the way to go. After Sam called in to get us an appointment for someone to come give us a quote, he went ABOVE and BEYOND and got our gas fireplace working!

Within 2 hours, J.R. showed up to give us a quote on a new furnace and air conditioner. J.R. was very pleasant and thorough in answering our questions and quoted us a great price on a new high-efficiency system. Our installation was set for the following Wednesday, but they called early Monday morning asking if they could come that day, as an ice storm was expected and they did not want us to freeze.

Our crew, Devin, Thomas and Lane, showed up right after that call with huge smiles on their faces ready to go. All three were very polite and efficient and also answered our many questions as they worked throughout the day. We then found out they also installed hot water heaters and accommodated us once again by bringing one out and installing it the same day. Devin, Thomas and Lane cleaned everything up when they were done and put things back as they found them, which was much appreciated. We also had them return the next day to clean our ventilation system. What a wonderful group of people!

I originally called them because my furnace was making funny noises and cycling on and off too much. We also asked for a quote to replace the unit. Both the repairman & the estimator showed up on time. Great service & quote. New installation is in and David and Joe were professional and considerate of cleanliness (booties, sweeping up etc). I highly recommend Jon Wayne Heating & Air.

Initially had Corey out to service our HVAC system last fall and he was FABULOUS! Then a few months later, the system quit and we had Jon Wayne H&A replace our system w/a high efficiency system that is working well. David and Joe did the install and did a great job. They were on time, friendly, demonstrated a strong work ethic and I appreciated they covered their shoes going in and out 100+ times while they took out the old unit and installed a new one.

The only recommendation would be to clean up a bit before leaving, but not a big deal at all. Just installation from the attic that came out when they were up there and left on the floor. A hand vac may be handy for the installers. We would recommend this company to anyone! Happy and warm 2022!

I had a older R22 system that worked good, needed a little freon added which they did, they told me it was outdated due to R22 is obsolete and no longer redley available along with very expensive. John Wayne then explained that its best to change out system while it was not an emergency in 100°+ conditions when everyone is busy and couldn't get to me (makes sense right.) So I did; Well thats when it all went sideways.

They came out installed new system the first time yes the first time, it was so bad that i called them and they sent someone to check it and they agreed. Nothing about it was right overcharged, blowing and sucking air where it shouldn't be, running constantly and not cooling the house. They totally reinstalled the whole system. The install look good but it runs constantly and still not comfortable in the house (remember my old system worked fine) oh and my electric bill is higher now also due to it running all the time.

I call they send out someone else he found that the new thermostat that they had installed was wrong and was making it run like that and adjusted the fan speed to try and help it also. This has all taken almost 2 months to get to this point. I had another company come check the system and they told me it was too small and I relayed that to them and was told they would work the numbers again and get back to me that hasn't happened.

Still not comfortable in the house. So at this point I can not recommend John wayne to anyone I will update this if and when this gets resolved. ************************** Update they came out and totally reinstalled the whole system and it looks like it should now.

Bradley and Lane came out today. They both did a excellent job cleaning out the trunk line and all ductwork in my home. Had a new trane 96 percent efficiency furnace with new a coils and 2 ton 16 seer condensing unit installed. Also installed a new 40 gallon water heater. Looking forward to see how much money this will save me on natural gas bill with city utilities. It's going up 40% this year. Regards Ron B

After furnace failure over the winter and AC failure this summer we knew we needed a completely new system. Got a great recommendation from friends in our neighborhood so we called Jon Wayne. Communication is very important to me with as much as these things cost. Bradley patiently answered all my dumb questions. Install went great. Very happy with everything!

I cannot express how much I appreciated working with this company. The receptionist, Angel, is truly an angel. She coordinated my free estimate as well as installation and a payment method that I could work with.

JR and his guys at Jon Wayne are absolutely the best when is come to HVAC. I called JR and within an hour he was at our house and had our problem fixed within 24hrs, at a VERY reasonable price, also.

Out of all the bid's to replace my old unit JR is the only one that took the time to sit down with me and explain everything about what i needed and why. His installer's were very nice hilarious, and got everything done in one day.

Our heater started making a loud awful noise so I called and JR personally came to our house and checked it out. He was able to keep our family warm in the below freezing temperatures within a matter of hours.

USE THEM! Great people who brought me the best price on better equipment than what the others bid. They made the whole process easy and stress free. I won't go anywhere else.
