Our HVAC systems are customized for each individual home, and the sheet metal duct work is fabricated right in our own shop by trained and experienced sheet metal fabricators.

Had paid for a Bi-annual maintenance check on my air conditioner and heater. I took the day off from work so that they could come and conduct maintenance but when I called to verify when they would be arriving, I was told that they had taken me off today's list because I hadn't returned their call from the day prior. (Trust me when I say that I received no such call) When I asked if they could still stop by today, they said no and the next opening wouldn't be for weeks. Subsequently, I cancelled the maintenance check and will not be doing business with them ever again. Don't waste your time and money with Signature Home Comfort.

Signature Home Comfort has been amazing to work with for more than 2 years now. They have top notch communication, the techs are really good at explaining what they are doing and what the issues are. They care about doing things right and are very fair with pricing. I'll keep calling them anytime I need something on my hvac system. We replaced a 25 year old furnace and air unit with a new high efficiency Lennox unit. The hole that was left from my old unit was too big for the new one. Most companies would have put metal flange around the old unit to seal the gap, they built an airtight base to fit my new furnace perfectly. They built a custom box for my filters with foam insulation.
Everyone especially David, was professional, knowledgeable, and did one of the most complete jobs I have seen. The next day they called me to get some information - they were filing my Utility rebates for me, getting me back $800! Would recommend this company to anyone!

I highly recommend this company. I had a furnace problem and received their name from a friend. Same day service, accurately diagnosed the problem, found the part, and repaired it same day at a fair price. Best part not one time did they try to upsell me on a furnace or a service plan (common practice with other companies). I will use/recommend again.

Wow! Very impressive! Elfonzo, Jeremy and on the last day Justin were fantastic! It was already a very reasonable bid but by the time they were done it turned out to be in amazing value due to the quality of work done. There was even a large part of my trunk that was rotted and they did the right thing by replacing it. I will recommend this company to everyone I speak to.

Cant say enough positive stuff about the whole Signature team, the in office staff, the estimator, and the install team. They are all amazing, patient and knowledgeable! They just installed a whole new system in my house, and wow what a difference its made on day one. It has been a very easy go with scheduling and install, couldnt be happier. Im always nervous making big purchases but Im glad i went with Signature

They did not charge us for an estimate, we got a new heating and cooling system from him about five years ago, there was a couple of issues that he had to come back and address no big things just things that were not in his control, did not charge us and was super nice. We highly recommend this company. One evening after hours our heater stopped working and my husband was out of town I called them up and he was at my house within an hour and had the problem fixed it was just a wire. No charge.

The best HVAC experience we have ever had! Justin came to our home almost two years ago and gave us an estimate to replace our furnace and AC. We decided to wait until we had a catastrophic failure with our current system before we replaced it. Last week our furnace finally quit for good. Justin came back out to give us a new estimate and honored the quote from two years ago which was nearly $400 less.
They were outstanding from start to finish and had our new high efficiency Lennox furnace and AC system installed in a day and a half. Alfonzo, the installer was professional, respectful and attentive to detail. He kept us informed throughout the entire process. I cannot say enough great things about this company. We will absolutely do business with them again and would recommend them to anyone!

I appreciate the quality of work and the professionalism and friendliness that Victor and Alfonzo exhibited. They worked very hard and were very polite to me and my children. Victor was very patient with me and answered any questions that I had. I know that is what is expected but is not always the case.

Justin must have the patience of a saint. He graciously answered a thousand questions while we were deciding which company to use for a whole new system. He even honored a quote he'd given us years before! His crew was polite, on time, and cleaned up after themselves. When we weren't happy with the cosmetic appearance of a new return, they fixed it. Heck, Andrew actually fixed it.wasn't happy with his own fix.and fixed it again! Professional, patient men whom I would recommend and use again. Thank you!

Very professional. Justin Kellogg made the bids quickly and explained the pros and cons of various choices. We especially appreciated that they registered our product with Lennox for warranty purposes. Furthermore, they filled out our high efficiency air conditioner with City Utilities for the rebate. It could not have been easier for us!
