Floor King

The selection and sale look good, once they got your order, it is up into the air. The crew is not really connected to the sale, so you have no clue what is going on in term of timeline, they come and go and some time disappear for 2-3 weeks. When call, the sale said this is the crew problem, and when you meet the crew - first they don't understand English and when you see the head, they said they are not the one who made the money, the sale did make the money. Overall, this company has a big sale team pushing builder type of sale.

If you are home owner that really care about the work, don't use this company. Completely disconnected teams and unpredictable schedules and quality. For the sale team, when they provide a bid, they just give you a number! All other flooring company will list details of the wood, step, labor, glue etc to make sure you can decide. This is really unacceptable for me that make me believe they did not do the work. Overall, the price is reasonable and the sale team is knowledgeable to the design, and polite, but all in all, avoid going there

Pro: The floor looks really nice now that it's all done. Cons: Everything else. This project was hell to complete. When I asked why I had to wait a month for their inspector to come check the installation, I was told "we have 20 sales people and only a couple inspectors" and that seems to sum up their entire business model. When when the inspector finally came, he refused to do a complete inspection and instead only noted exactly what I'd already told the office needed to be fixed.

I'd even sent them pictures of the issues, yet they insisted I wait weeks for their inspector to verify the repairs were necessary. Scheduling was a nightmare, every employee had different answers for questions, and the quality control was nonexistent. My dad ended up caulking for me because there were huge gaps under the trim that remained after multiple visits from the contractor to "fix" it and I'm still cleaning paint off the brand new floors where they sloppily painted the trim. I went with a big chain hoping to have everything streamlined and professional, but the experience was exactly the opposite from start to finish.

Buyer BEWARE. Chips in flooring, the wrong color of flooring was placed in several locations throughout our home & not corrected. When we called to resolve the issue one of the owners of the stores yelled, cursed & wouldn't resolve our concerns calmly/professionally. Unprofessional, no accountability. Butler Floors & Castle Floors are great. Wish we went w/ them. Best of luck!

I'm not sure where to even begin with this review. The tiling work they did in our house was AWFUL. After multiple attempts to fix things, we gave up. Our whole house should be redone. Everything was sloppy, uneven, and the customer service is a joke. I would never ever recommend Floor King to anyone.

Megan made our new home design process smooth and amazing! She was very helpful and informative with selections. I would definitely recommend Megan as she goes above and beyond to help people.

Bruce and his team were fantastic. They went above and beyond and my floors look amazing. Bruce worked with me on short notice to order my floors as we were matching floors in the rest of the house and there was only a small amount of flooring left that was orderable. He went out of his way to make sure my floor got ordered before it ran out. The scheduling team was on top of things and was able to get me scheduled within 2 weeks. The contractors who came to site did an outstanding job. I have no complaints.

I was so happy with the work of Floor king. Heidi Barrick was so helpful. I went in with a idea of what I wanted and she knew exactly what I needed. This was actually my 3rd stop and there prices were the best. They beat the prices of a big box store and a local company. They knocked out my whole upstairs in one day. That crew was awesome! I will definitely be back with my next projects!

This place is excellent. The options and prices were great. Heidi was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She made me feel really relaxed about the entire process, assisted me with great confidence and was a blast to work with. The quality and efficiency of the job went great. In this current environmental I was prepared for issues, since I had had a bunch replacing cabinets last month, but had none with Floor King. I cannot recommend Heidi or this team enough.

Kayla was amazing, she took the time to listen and showed us every selection possible during our appt. The selections here are endless. Very impressed with the variety and the service they provide. Thank you Kayla. You made our day!

I have grout color problems all over, grout width problems not even close- 1/2 the width or less. Not good quality, dont stand behind their work. Do not use this company. Barry Wandslow DR horton sales rep hung up on me they wont even come in to look or address the issues.

We have always had a wonderful experience with the people at floor king. They always treat us great and have never had an issue with people sticking their noses in the air on us.
