Butler floors did a great job with installing my floors. My cement slab was very uneven and had some rock walls that required non straight cuts. The installation team did a great job and the finished product meshed really well with what was already in the room.

With my kitchen, it turned out that there was a strange issue with my subflooring that could have been quite problematic and cost me a lot of money to fix. However, Rob came over and consulted with his experienced installation lead, and they came up with a solution.

They spent a whole extra day fixing the subflooring and didn't charge me a dime more. I really appreciate their efforts to go above and beyond; I'm so glad I went with a local business who was able to meet my needs much better than any chain business.

We had a great experience with Butler Floors. I only needed a very small amount of vinyl flooring for a laundry room, and Cindy was super helpful. This was during COVID-19, so she even arranged for a socially distant drop off of floor samples so I could see them in person before deciding. I was really impressed with the level of customer service, given that it was such a small order. The flooring we ordered was super reasonably priced, and it looks awesome!

After contacting three different flooring businesses, ended up going with Butler floors. And not because they were the least expensive of our bids (they were in the middle and when asked about their pricing, they replied they pay their installers well because they do quality work). We replaced 1,100 of carpet upstairs this week and it looks AMAZING!

They are a locally owned business - Cindy is easy to work with and has great suggestions and will send you as many samples as you need. Her husband Rob, also easy to work with, handles the measuring and scheduling. The install crew showed when scheduled, were professional and polite, and put everything back after they were done AND vacuumed/swept. Overall a super positive experience and would HIGHLY recommend/use them on our next project.

Had a great experience with Butler floors, very professional and prompt group. Came at the times that were scheduled, very conscious of not making too much of a mess. They allowed us to take home samples of flooring and a no pressure sales technique. Our floors came out looking fantastic and I'm so happy to see them every time I walk into the rooms.

We had a great experience with Rob and Cindy Butler! I visited the showroom and Cindy walked me through different carpet options and let me take a bunch of samples home to look at in our home. The scheduling and installation process was flawless. We thought we might have had a potential flaw in the carpet when it was installed and Rob was out there right away to take a look at it while the installers finished up (on a Saturday too!). Super impressed with them and their team and the carpet looks beautiful!

Cindy and Rob Butler are amazing! They recently completed hard wood flooring install in 3 rooms of my house and in the process exceeded my expectations for attention to detail, customer service and quality of install. This project was tricky because we were trying to match flooring I had installed 5yrs ago by another company. They were not only able to locate the last 26 boxes of matching stock in TX, they were able to get samples and ensure proper color and fit of tongue and groove.

This required quite a bit of initial work by Cindy & Rob, including a couple of extra trips to my house and separate phone calls with the warehouse in Houston and flooring manufacturer. Amazing attention to detail and effort to make sure there weren't any surprises or disappointments. When it came time to install, they started/completed work exactly as promised and the installer, Jordan and his team took the time to discuss every aspect of the install and get every joint/seam perfect. Flawless work! I am extremely impressed with every aspect of my project with Butler Floors. Highly recommend!

Butler Floors did a terrific job in my house installing vinyl upstairs. Based on our family's lifestyle (hard living with dogs and kids), Cindy recommended vinyl flooring which I never would have thought of. It looks great. Rob's installers, specifically Luis, were very professional and hardworking. If I ever need flooring, I will definitely use Butler Floors.

Rob Butler and his team were great from start to finish. Very quick response time, came out when requested for a room measurement. Product came in earlier than expected and was installed in one day when they said it would take two. Highly recommended to anyone looking to have there floors done.

You won't read another review quite like this: I found Butler Floors on Yelp after reading their reviews. Rob, one of the owners, came to my home for an estimate to tile our shower and floor. During small talk while he was taking measurements, I discovered that Rob hired me to work at a restaurant where he was a manager way back in 1991! I remembered Rob's commitment towards investing in people who had potential and a solid work ethic.

In fact, I was one of those many people that benefited from it. I knew I wanted to hire Butler Floors after remembering my experience working with Rob. This decision payed off big time! The tile in my bathroom was masterfully done; the job was completed quickly, efficiently, and cleanly. I strongly recommend Butler floors for tiling and flooring. My only regret is that I have only one more bathroom for Butler Floors to tile

The Butlers were amazing to work with. They had very balanced information on all of their products (pros/cons) and had no problems dealing with a very indecisive couple! When we did finally make some decisions, they kept us involved and communicated everything that was happening during the install. The crew they had working at our house were professional and clean. Mr. Butler showed up for random inspections and did a complete walk-through with us afterwards to give us care instructions and point out some things. Overall a great experience and great value!

I had Butler Floors install wood laminate at my home over the holidays and I couldn't be happier with the results. They were so helpful throughout the process of choosing the flooring and installation. I was able to bring good sized samples home and live with them for a few days to see how they look at different times of the day. Everyone at Butler Floors was so professional.

It took three days to install the flooring in my living and dining room. The most intense part of the installation was my staircase. I was so glad to choose a local company instead of a big box store. No one at those stores even offered to answer questions that is if you could find a sales associate. Then I had to pay for my tiny little samples. Please go in and visit with the folks at Butler Flooring and experience their expertise and service for yourself.

They have a great showroom and tons of different flooring options to choose from! Cindy is also really nice and helpful and great to work with!

The Butlers recently completed the 3rd major flooring project they have done for us. They do an amazing job. I have never actually been at home when they come but they are honest, wonderful people and I give them the code to get into the house and they come and put down hardwood or as in the most recent case, carpet.

We would have given them 5 stars but their install pricing was considerably higher than my installer's prices. I easily saved over $2,000 using my own installer and buying the glue and molding on my own. Their all-in-one pricing is convenient but it will cost you. Other than that, we'd definitely buy floors again from Cindy.

This couple knows how to run a business. She runs the store and he oversees the install. Both have fantastic personalities and great knowledge of flooring. Their prices are competitive with the big box stores, but the customer service is way better. It's been six months since we got our wood laminate floors installed and we still love them. I tell everyone about Butler floors!
