Really love this company. Been working with them for years, and I very highly recommend them. I just recently got the preventative maintenance package, and I'm so glad I did - having the peace of mind knowing that they've checked everything has been really nice. Ivan is fantastic at explaining to me what he's checking and why (I like to learn how things work). I so appreciate this company and everyone I've interacted with that works there. I talked to 3 different companies about getting my 19 year old AC and Heating replaced, and explained that I wanted to get anything that might help out my wife's and my asthma and allergies. Jason provided the best information that could be researched so I wound up getting a Reme-Halo Ionizer and a Carrier Infinity Air Purifier that captures and. kills particles in the air.
The team came out and got it all installed without bothering me at all and when it was over, I was given a tour of my new system and got the thermostat set up, which was fairly easy and works great. Very glad I selected Alamo.

It's so great having the same technician for service. Adrian is professional and patient with my endless questions. Jason was so accommodating to work with. I LOVE my whole house purification system. Alamo Austin Air has been outstanding to work with for many years! Recommended by neighbors, they nursed my ultimately 19 years old AC along for years & just did new AC/heater installation, with options to fit my budget. Excellent, responsive, professional service, wonderful staff, I also appreciated the extra effort to notice & safely dispose of. the old City of Austin installed mercury based thermostat. Very knowledgeable, professional, helpful with suggestions about maintenance & filters for the aging system. I recommend Alamo Austin Air at highest level!

I'm a tech myself, but on vehicles and am throughly impressed with the experience the whole team showed. After 6 estimates, Jason was absolutely the most extensive in determining our needs and making. recommendations. The installation went flawlessly as we had 2 AC units replaced. Chris and his other techs were very conscientious of our home, and the installation was first rate.
They had very competitive rates and were timely and considerate. Two months after the installation, I can honestly say we are saving in our electric bills and the systems works as promised. I highly recommend them and the whole experience you get with a family run business.

I have nothing but great things to say about Alamo Austin Air. Jason, Chris, and team installed a second thermostat with a zoning board and automatic dampers and it made all the difference to keep the temperature balanced between upstairs and downstairs. I had a few different companies come out to take a look/give us a quote and Alamo was the most. thorough, the most respectful, and due to this we felt most comfortable giving them our business.
They did a fantastic job! Also, Adrian recently came out and fixed an issue with our system (clogged drain line) and did a fantastic job. He was super respectful, communicative, and got us up and running quickly. We recently signed up for their preventative maintenance program, so needless to say we trust Alamo Austin Air all of our heating and AC needs in our home

This is our first time installment with Alamo Austin, this excellent company. A/C Central Air installation that was just performed and completed. Jason and his team far exceeded any expectations I had. Chris and his team was polite and wore masks the entire time during this pandemic. They were fast and efficient. The team from Alamo Austin. showed up on time, the work was completed in the allotted time frame, and they were very conscious to protect our flooring during the process.
No mess left behind! We're excited to now have air conditioning. Mostly, and very important, I can always reach our to Jason for clarification and follow up help. Highest level of professionalism from every person in the company. Extremely competent with great communication skills. Laid out in writing exactly what they were going to do and delivered 100%. Provided multiple options and explained what they were. Careful to assess the entire problem and develop a solution that was customized to our specific. problem, not just out-of-the-box.
Everyone very friendly and able to answer questions. Workers were conscientious and careful, and cleaned up after themselves. They were also amazingly cheerful given that they worked a very long day in 100-degree heat. Great job!
