The crew was professional, clean, explained what they were going to do. The first maintenance man fixed the unit on a Friday night to get us through the weekend for my 89 yr old father. Then out on Tuesday to install new unit thanks guys. Services:Install AC, A/C system repair

Been working with them to keep up AC for years. Need new system and got a lower bid, but they were leaving out needed upgrades for the unit to work properly. We went with IAC and are glad we did. Could not be happier! I was out of town and the AC unit went out on our house. Instead of trying to take advantage of the situation like the original guy that came out they actually gave us a whole lot more for our money and made us aware of some issues that need to be addressed from the original install. They couldn't have been more helpful in an already stressful ordeal! They have my business for life for sure! Great people all the way around!

They came and replaced decades old box ductwork with insulated flex ducts, and blew insulation in. They fixed some problem areas left over from previous A/C techs, bringing everything up to code. I sleep better at night knowing the work is complete and to standard. Huge difference felt in my home. No more dust from leaky ducts, and a way more comfortable home.

We have nothing but wonderful things to say about our experience with Intelligent Air Services. They were able to quickly replace our HVAC system and install new insulation in our attic. They were incredibly efficient and explained everything to us along the way. LaCounte, Edgar and this team were all great to work with. I highly recommend their services.

My wife, pup and I have lived in our new build home in the Zilker neighborhood of South Austin for a little over two years now, and our builder connected us with Les, Mike and the iAir team for our unique LG split unit HVAC system. I mean this when I say it, but I have never worked with a more responsive, timely and professional home services company ever as a home owner.

They come out at least twice per year to inspect and prep our heating and cooling system prior to the brunt of each Texas season, and have been there for us during any quick emergency or repair. During this most recent 2021 Texas winter storm, the iAir team was out to our home within 24-hours to diagnose and repair our system to maximize the heat output during a very stressful time of rolling power and water outages. I cannot recommend this HVAC company more, as I would trust them with just about anything. Thank you Les, Mike and this team for taking care of us Austinites.

Great service! Frank came out and showed us what was wrong. There is a service fee for coming out, but that fee is put into your fix payment. Frank cleared out our pipes and our ac leak was gone! Hopefully no more issues this year, but we'll definitely come back to iAir next time.

I bought a new AC system from Intelligent Air in September 2020. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend them. Mr. Murray was patient, courteous and responsive to my questions. He provided a creative and valuable solution to overcome our restricted condenser space. He solved an air balance error from the house's original construction.

He was not pushy in his sales pitch. He even repaired my old unit without being asked, giving me time to make a more informed purchase. He quickly got me all the equipment data I asked for. The installers were polite, well organized, efficient and quite competent. They were extremely tidy and careful not to damage anything in the house. They also observed all the Covid precautions.

There were two minor problems. One was a gap that remained at the front door weather stripping. They reset the latch and deadbolt so it now works properly. They even touched up the paint to leave it looking nice. Second was a damaged burner manifold, which they replaced without being asked. Intelligent Air completely handled my rebate from Austin Energy. My check was exactly what they said it would be in their proposal. I could not be happier with the new unit's performance or with Intelligent Air.

We had an amazing experience with iAir Services! We had been struggling to keep the house cool and comfortable for 2 1/2 years after buying our home, and we were very frustrated. Daniel and LaCounte did a thorough diagnosis of our existing system and quoted us on everything from repairing the current system to completely replacing it. We chose to replace the system.

All of the employees who came to do the work were polite, conscientious of keeping the house clean, and hardworking (they put in 12 + hours on the first day!). Les, the owner, stopped by on several occasions to check in on the progress of the job, and after it was all done, gave us a thorough explanation of the system and how to set the thermostats.

Now that it is all done, it's like we live in a different house! The air is comfortable, moving around more, and feels amazing! Throughout the process, Les and LaCounte mentioned that the new units would be much more efficient. We have solar panels and closely monitor our energy usage, and they were right. Our new units use 75% less energy than our old ones and the house feels great.

When making a large purchase such as this, it's important to find a business that does quality work, stands behind their product, and has high expectations of their employees. This company meets all those standards and more. Highly recommended!

I don't post many reviews, and certainly never thought I'd post one on an air conditioning company. But whatever. These guys are really good. As the winter storm was approaching Austin today, our upstairs AC/heating zone quit. I mean nothing. Thermostat dead, and no way to get it going. Normally I wouldn't sweat it, I mean its upstairs.

But it turns out our kids/grandkids are staying with us right now, so I called iAir. Literally within 1 hour a tech showed up, went right to the problem, and figured it out. Super nice guy, very carefully explained everything, and was out of here in less than an hour. The heat unit was pushing too many amps and tripping the breaker. He simply adjusted it and all good. Afterward the owner of iAir called me to make sure all was ok. Class act. Highly recommended.

My faith in these guys is restored. LaCounte called and wanted the opportunity to make things right. He came out and did a thorough inspection of my AC system and pointed out the good and the bad. He offered solutions and explained what would make sense at this point with my system. He also explained it all like a pro who's been in the business a long time, which I appreciated. Justin explained everything thoroughly, was patient with my many, many questions, did everything he said he would do and much more. He was timely, expedient, professional and courteous. I'm very happy with this company. Josh answered first try and had our A/C unit up and running quickly. I felt like his price was reasonable. I recommend using this company.

We used this company due to all the good reviews. They came out on a Friday night to fix my a/c. I was sick that evening so my boyfriend handled the transaction. They got the a/c working in about an hour - $495 later. There were quite a few recommendations for my "low end" 5 year old system. I called other a/c contractors to get a second opinion. None of them have heard of the service they put on my invoice, which was a "voltage absorption system renovation." I emailed the tech asking for specifics but got a vague response. Anyway, I called another a/c contractor and we went over the recommendations over the phone.

He said no reason to be concerned after I gave him the recommendations. One item was a code issue but the rest not necessary. I am giving 2 stars because they got it fixed but I feel like I was overcharged because they will not be specific about what was done.

We had Intelligent Air come out and give us a bid for services. While we ultimately didn't choose them, their tech couldn't have been more cordial and courteous. Definitely give them a call if you'd like a quote--they're super flexible and willing to help out

This review is 2 months late, but here it is. AC went out, I received quotes from 5 different companies. Intelligent Air was in the top 3 for price, but once they came out and took a look at what was going on, they moved up to #1. The guys who actually did the install 2 days later (Daniel and Felix) were excellent. Very professional and courteous. Kept us informed of what they were doing throughout the process. Cleaned up before they left.

Also did a couple of other tweaks to our system to help it function more efficiently. Now I want to replace our other unit with a Carrier unit as well because the one the installed for our upstairs is kicking out ice-cold air, and not just 'cool' air like our downstairs unit. Would definitely work with Intelligent Air again.

After looking around town it seemed the only company that installed whole home humidifiers was Intelligent Air. I was nervous as I was now single-sourced on a vendor, but their reviews were great. However, the work was even better. I asked for a lot of unique things in my system (steam humidifier, alternative control mechanism, etc.) and the team delivered without hesitation.

They were quick to come out for a quote, recommended a few things. They spent nearly 3 days on site for the install which required a full rebuild of my air handler. They let me hang out and ask questions about the operation of the system. Additionally, I desired a few small things (how the water line was run, etc.) and the team was right there to make it happen. I will definitely be working with them again and recommending them to anyone that needs a solid aircon company!

I like using locally owned and operated contractors and Iair did right by us. The system they installed was exactly what I wanted. They didn't pressure me in to buying anything, patiently explained the different options, and quickly changed out my unit. It was as hassle free as replacing an A/C can be.

We called Intelligent Air when our dripping and decrepit unit was "conditioning" us to expect a June sweat-fest. John squeezed into our tiny attic space and cleaned the equipment, cleared out the condensation lines, and then went around out back to juice the business end of our system with coolant. He then calmly explained what changes would have to be made for long-term, efficient climate control.

Although we clearly needed a new system, he did not guilt us into selling off the farm to feed the pigs. He doggedly made the repairs we called him for and was eager to make sure we were satisfied. And he actually did more work than he promised. Crazy, right? I-Air has a hokey pricing system, something like "Band Aid" through "Platinum" levels of service, but you can insist on line-item billing and proceed. Also, they presently have a generous coupon online which will take care of the initial service call fee. These guys are not super-cheap-- but they are easy to book, show in uber-fix mode, and do a job that exceeds expectations. And I guess that's always a bargain.

Les has been nothing but extremely kind and helpful to my family during our air conditioning troubles. The company that built our house contracted Intelligent Air to do some work on the house and then never paid them, but despite that (and our finding Les on accident) he has been hugely helpful and kind to us, much moreso than the builder who didn't properly insulate and caused us to have ton of issues with humidity etc. Les worked from his end to get us a new unit which would lower the humidity despite the fact that he had no obligation to do so. He's a class act and I would hire him in a second for any job.

We've used Intelligent Air several times, and they've provided excellent service every time. We highly recommend them!

Edgar with intelligent air was great. He arrived when he said he was going to, he was knowledgeable about what was going on. He assessed the problem and fixed it in one visit even though it was after hours. Thank you, it is never good to have your air conditioner go out in July.

As good as it gets! That says it all about Les Wallace and the others at Intelligent Air Services. They recently replaced the entire HVAC system and much of the ducting in our 50-year-old home. This was above-and-beyond the installation requirements for a newer home, and they knew exactly how and what to do. They came back on several occasions for fine-tuning and adjusting, and I always felt they had our best interests at heart.

Their pricing is fair, they offer financing opportunities, they are friendly and honest, they come when they say they will, and they have given us a quiet, cool home. We are breathing clean air. Can't recommend them highly enough.

These guys are professionals. They thoroughly assessed our heating & AC system and provided a reasonable estimate for services. They answered all of our questions and followed up with us promptly. They completed a big job for us without any issues. They are hard-working, reliable, and efficient. It is difficult to come by this caliber of quality and service these days. Les and the guys at Intelligent Air were on-time, fast and pretty dang professional. The installation looks crisp and when there was a small dent on the new evaporator coil they replaced it without me even asking. They filed my rebates for me and even emailed me a firmware upgrade for my stat a couple weeks later. Love iAir.

These guys are great. Not being from TX (I never even had AC in California) and being a newer homeowner, I'm pretty inexperienced in terms of what's involved in owning and maintaining an HVAC system, how often it needs to be checked, what kinds of things go wrong, etc. Intelligent Air went above and beyond, taking the time to clearly explain how the entire system works, the parts that tend to go out most often (including specifically in my system what they felt may go out soon), as well as tips to maximize the life of my system.

Their pricing was reasonable and they were extremely friendly. I have a home warranty and they don't do home warranty work, but I'm not going to hold it against them, since I know how much of a pain in the ass it can be to do warranty work. I plan on using them for all things HVAC going forward.

After waiting 2 days in the hot summer for my AC to fix itself I realized that it probably wasn't gonna happen. I called around to try to find the cheapest way possible to get this problem fixed as soon as possible. I called around and decided to go with the cheapest service I could find. Big mistake people! After many calls and dealing with mostly rude people who could care less that my AC was not self-mending, a good friend referred me to Intelligent air saying she had an excellent experience with them. For once I listened to unsolicited advice and it wound up paying off. If you think it's expensive to hire a professional, wait until you hire an amateur.

I have found the techs and the service to be the best courteous knowledgeable and efficient would recommend them to everyone.
