Stole $8,000 from our company. In November 2020 Marc said he did not receive our payment so we overnighted a replacement check. However, Marc had received the original check, which he cashed. And then he also cashed the replacement check. When confronted, Marc apologized and said he'd pay us right back. After months of promising to repay the amount and then never making good on it - Marc now refuses to return our calls and no repayment arrangements have been followed through on. I would not trust Marc to handle anything related to my home or business knowing what we know now.

ABSOLUTELY EXCEPTIONAL! If you reside in Steiner Ranch, this is the organization to utilize for all of your HVAC needs! With both of our units suddenly out during 99+ degree temps during the first heat wave of 2018, Mark (CEO & Viper Football Parent) and Team were out immediately on a Friday night to rectify. Per request, wanted a patch job to get. through summer. Performed, unfortunate, upstairs unit did not take, and needed to be replaced.
Service was scheduled immediately and the Team showed up first thing Monday morning during a severe rain storm to install outside unit and inside coil. Within 2 hours, job complete. 3 hours, home cooled! Absolute professionals, best quote in town, period. As we have used other known names in the past, it is quite refreshing to work with the owner (Local Resident) of the organisation to get the "straight" story and a very no-nonsense approach to completion. MGM Air is our choice moving forward!

Mark and MGM are awesome. When the A/C went out in my rental property, I called another company. They wanted to charge me an arm and a leg for a new system. A friend recommended Mark and MGM, and I'm very glad he did. MGM was able to quickly provide MUCH better pricing for the same work, and they were able to complete the work sooner than their competitor. MGM had replaced my entire old system within 40 hours of my first call--keeping both me and my tenants happy. They are reasonable, quick, and courteous. I've already hired MGM for work at my other property, and would highly recommend them.

We called this guy because of his great reviews on Yelp. We had a horrible experience and paid him $680 for freon. Over half the freon leaked out one month later. He put a very expensive bandaid over a huge problem that needed to be completely repaired. I'm sorry to say he did not do a thorough assessment in finding what was causing our AC not to cool. We ended up calling another company and had the entire unit replaced through them. I do not recommend him for your AC service needs.

A/C stopped working Mon, submitted a claim that day, said they would get back to me in 2 days. Finally called them on the 2nd day (Wed) and said they wouldn't be able to come out until NEXT wed. Been without AC in SUMMER of Austin for a week now. Said they would show up somewhere between 12 and 4pm. a FOUR hour window that I would have to miss work to hang out in an un-airconditioned house.
They finally called back at 4pm and said they were running behind schedule, they eventually showed up at 6pm. They at least did have the parts to fix the AC and they fixed it. It would have been a better experience if they said they would just call me when they were on the way and then we could meet them there.

If I could give more than 5 stars. I would.! Within a 24 hour period both of my air conditioning units had stopped cooling/ working. I call Marc right after lunch and he came out later in the evening. And he didn't even charge an emergency fee! He got one of the units fixed on the spot and then came back the next afternoon to service the second unit. MGM is now my go to AC company! Marc is very dependable and knows the AC business. His fees are very reasonable. Always call MGM first!

Absolutely unreliable! On Monday an appointment was made for Thursday between 8 a.m. and noon for a broken air conditioner. While I was not thrilled at waiting 4 days in the high 90's heat, I accepted since it must be a busy time. Thursday has arrived and noon has come and gone with NO phone call or explanation for a "no show". I called the company at noon and left a voice message asking for an e.t.a. An hour later no response.
I called three times again with no response. Having to start over in search of a company to repair my air after 5 days in the heat is now is only making me "burning". If you need reliability, this is NOT the company to call,

I'm so glad we found someone we can trust, especially since we are out of state homeowners. Mark is trustworthy, dependable, accessible and knowledgeable in his trade. We found him through our home warranty service. Our ac unit wasn't cooling and at first, our warranty company sent out another company. Our tenants complained about this other company from the start.

Use MGM Air! We did lots of research and got several quotes for the installation of a new central a/c and heating system in an addition of our home. Mark (the owner of the company) came out and beat the other quotes by several thousand dollars. He chose the easiest and simplest route for our system. He simplified everything! He and his crew were able to schedule us within a few days and were able to handle all the electric and gas lines that were needed to complete the job as well. We could not be happier with our system and will continue to use MGM for all of our a/c and heating needs. Mark is very honest and super reliable!

Marc came out the morning after I contacted him from Angie's List and I told him we had a quote to replace our AC coil and wanted a second opinion. Of the 3 quotes we got, Marc was the least aggressive and least expensive. He was kind, patient and informative when I asked questions. I would recommend Marc to any of our friends!

As a professional home inspector, I can tell you, Marc is great. He agreed to drop everything to help out my out-of-state clients when they were concerned when I informed them of a few HVAC items. He came out on a hours notice while I was still performing my inspection, so I would not have to hassle with rescheduling another visit with the home owner/seller. Cannot begin to tell you how relieved my husband and I were to find Marc. He is knowledgeable, professional, reliable and most importantly, TRUST-WORTHY. We live in a neighborhood where a lot of contractors assume money isn't an issue and most estimates are inflated. We call it the "Steiner Tax". I guess some homeowners here don't get several estimates but you don't have to worry about any of that with Marc and Austin MGM Air.
Our service bill actually came in under the estimate, how often does that happen? It never has for me before. That being said, I wouldn't hesitate to use him again and I highly recommend him.

From the time I called until the time Marc was here and had our A/C working again was LESS THAN 2 HOURS! He was super nice, very knowledgeable and explained everything well. We opted to go with the fast fix but Marc said he'd come back in 2 weeks to check how the unit is running so we can be on top of things BEFORE it gets super hot again. How's THAT for service? We'll definitely recommend Austin MGM Air to anyone that needs service in the Austin area! Top notch!

Mark is the service man of all service men and he didn't even come out to my house! 'Twas the weekend before Christmas and our flame sensor went out, what could I do with no heater repair man about?! We called those other guys and these ones too. Mark said they were closed till after Christmas and tomorrow's low is 32! I told Mark my issue, he exclaimed is your husband or boyfriend around?!
My Husband flew to the phone and listened so close as Mark walked him through how to solve the problem ourselves. My husband proclaimed his gratitude, hung up the phone and got straight to work. Heater issue solved! We are now toasty with cheer! Mark saved our Christmas headache and we didn't get charged a dime! Merry Christmas y'all! I will definitely use another time, Good Karma all around!
