These guys do a great job! Had them build a chain link fence for an industrial building application it included two rolling gates and three swinging gates with barbed wire at the top. Everything custom made installed perfectly straight, on time on schedule, for a very fair price. I'm very particular and they passed my test with flying colors.

I'd give it zero stars. I called made and appointment. But they didn't show up. I called them and they said that the person would call me. I asked is he on his way. They said no he's sitting right next to me. Then he began to tell me that I should find someone closer to me. They should have said that before they made the appointment.

And at least have the courtesy to call me and inform me. That they weren't coming. Terrible customer service. So much for helping local businesses. At least big corporations show up.

This is a hard one. Their customer service up front is terrible. Trying to get a hold of someone, trying to get a return call, trying to get them to come out and quote you on work, is a chore and a very frustrating experience. If you get past all that and they come out to do the actual work, they do a good job.

Well Folks if you want to be scheduled a week out for an estimate then the day comes and receive a text from Martin an hour before he's due to arrive to cancel the appointment, you found your company! I called to get an estimate and was told that it would be easier for me to come in. I drove over and the employee was now telling me it would be easier to go to my house and give me an estimate. Funny game. He was also very short with me when I was simply inquiring on pricing and had a strange attitude like I was wasting his time. No worries bud, I'll go elsewhere or do it myself if that's how you want to play it.

I scheduled an appointment and waited all day for an estimator that never showed up. I called again and rescheduled and they never came again. I guess they're too busy but so am I to ever waste my time again! I called mission fence and they came and installed two days later.

This is what we went through to get a repair quote: 5 phone calls (between 2 different people from my company) 1 on-site inspection 1 email Over a span of 4 business days including one weekend. To top it off? We still didn't get the repair quote. How are these people still in business?

These guys are very professional and polite. They did a super clean job and were open to my opinions and offered great suggestions. I had about 250' of black chain link fencing installed with 3 gates and all of my neighbors love the look it gave my yard. I would use them again in a heartbeat.

I am not sure why the say they are open until five because they will not sell you materials after 4 o'clock. The receptionist politely declined to sell anything at 4:15, saying that "all of the guys were gone for the day" even though several people were standing around the office. What does a fencing company do besides sell fencing materials? Why stay open if you are not going to sell your materials? Is it really that hard to carry a couple of fenceposts to someone's car or let them do it themselves?
