So disappointed in this company. They deserve zero stars if possible. They have provided the worst customer service by far of any company I have ever dealt with in any industry. They installed a Duramax fence 2 years ago and it looked great, but when it was damaged by the wind I called them to fix it. They told me it would be covered and they would come out and fix it.
I first started calling them to fix it back in January and they kept cancelling and failing to respond for 2 months. Scott is notorious for that. I finally reached out to the manufacturer myself who said they would cover the replacement part but would coordinate with California Fence to get it fixed. They never followed through due to California Fence not responding.
So I kept calling California Fence for the next 3 months and kept getting the run around. They told me the owner, Mike, would give me a call but he never did. I called them at least 20 times over a 5 month period to get it fixed and they never had the decency to even come out to my house and inspect it or tell me that they would not fix it. It is one thing to say the damage is not covered and they will not fix it and that would be a different issue, but you should never tell a customer you are going to replace and fix something and then just do not ever call back or follow through. Take your business elsewhere, this company is unresponsive, unreliable and a complete waste of your money.

I hired these guys to replace about 60 feet of fencing. They were significantly lower in their estimate, and also seemed to be proposing higher quality materials. The fence design and material they proposed seemed to me to indicate a higher level of expertise with fencing than I saw in 3 other bids. They did the work the day after we agreed to proceed.
They took down the old fence and completed the new one in a single day. All the work looks first rate to me. They cleaned up after themselves, were very pleasant to work with, accommodated the one change I wanted to make with no questions asked, and basically showed all the things you want in a contractor. I highly recommend California Fence Company.

I was skeptical about the change to my property plus a brand new company however California Fence Company staff was very welcoming and easy to do business with. They answered all my questions and relieved my concerns. I also got a very good deal for the fencing I did all around the house. The work was well done and completed in a timely manner. I could not have chosen a better company to do business with. I am more than satisfied with the work done and would highly recommend to do business with CFC for any fencing needs!
