Our AC went out over the 4th of July weekend. I called as soon as Rocky Mountain opened for business and a technician was scheduled for the next day. Steve immediately identified the problem and ordered the part which he replaced the following day. The cost of the part and labor was very reasonable and we are are enjoying a cool house again. I was in the market for a new furnace, possibly a new A/C unit also. I was referred to Rocky Mountain Climate from a neighbor. Jason was very friendly and professional at the initial appointment. I told him up front that he was my 3rd appointment and I just needed to know what was the differences between TRANE and the other manufactures. He was very diligent and took his time to explain it to me.

After looking at the numbers, financing options and locality of the shop, I decided to go with Rocky Mountain Climate. I called the offiec several time and worked with Ashley and Frankie. They were great and patient with me. Since I was doing the financing option, I wanted to know all the specifics before moving forward. Schduling was a breeze and they were very accommodating due to some previous commitments that I already had.

The installers called me the morning of my schedule date, to tell me that they were on their way. The office/shop is 5 minutes away from my residence. Pretty convenient. LOL! They showed up on time, as well as the electrician, and were very friendly, courteous and professional! They were great to work with and answered my questions when asked of. The install took a good part of the day. My overall experience with Rocky mountain Climate was GREAT and would definitely recommend them! They were great to work with and was very pleased that I chose them.

Rocky Mountain Climate is very professional and always on time. We have been using them for over 3 years for both inspecting our furnace and AC. We also had them install a house humidifier, which has made a huge difference in our house with the dry Colorado weather. Highly recommend! UPDATE: We just had them install a new furnace and water heater due to old age and the install was seem less. We also just had them clean out our air ducts and again unmatched service. The whole team is amazing, kind, and very professional!

I have been using Rocky Mountain Climate since 2013 when I had them install a new furnace and A/C in my house. They were very fast and professional back then and, 8 years later, they continue to provide prompt, friendly and professional service when coming to do maintenance on my furnace and A/C every 6 months. We were very pleased with every aspect of RMC's services. Their work was first-rate. All of their representatives were courteous, thorough, listened attentively to our needs, and fully met our expectations. One of their services was to install a new steam humidifier. As we write this review about a week and a half after installation the humidifier is working as designed and advertised. We are most HAPPY customers!

Gene came to service my AC and was on time. He has a Kind and personable attitude with great customer service. He ran several tests on my unit and gave my unit a clean bill of health. Gene was awesome. He listened to me explain what was going on with my AC. He then diagnosed the problem and explained the best options with a fair price. What was most refreshing is that Gene didn't try to sell me things that I didn't need. That's very refreshing. I have been a customer of Rocky Mountain Climate for over 6 years and have received the most professional, friendly, prompt, and expert service. These folks go out of their way to ensure I am satisfied with the service I received, and that everything was repaired or serviced to my satisfaction. During the most recent service from Rocky Mountain Climate, Steve gave me a 'heads up' about the condition of my water heater closet flooring that was beginning to sag and potentially collapse in the near future.

Because of this I was able to resolve the condition that could have resulted in quite an undesirable outcome if it was not taken care of immediately. I highly recommend these folks.

I had been on a streak of frustration with getting handy person help, and carpet help and could not understand why customer service was so awful. And then my air-conditioner went out at my business. I initially called someone recommended by a member and ran into another incompetent situation. I then called Rocky Mountain Climate who has been reliably servicing my residential furnace since 2012.

I don't know why I didn't think to contact them right off the bat. The experience I had with them helping me with my business A/C was amazing. Frankie was personable and so helpful, and Steve, the technician, was so knowledgeable and got it done efficiently. Carmen was terrific too. I then had another HVAC need at another property that they helped me with in the same professional, efficient, fair and trustworthy manner. I highly recommend Rocky Mountain Climate and will be loyal to them for many years to come.

My wife and I decided to have a low intensity infrared tube heater installed in our home garage as we needed the ability to maintain normal room temperatures due to some equipment I store and use in my job.
