A & Z Mechanical

I called because my heater was not working when the cold front came in 9/8/2020. The day before I had the A/C on and everything was fine. They scheduled me immediately. I do have an older furnace so I was half expecting the tech to come back and say we needed a new one, but he thought it was a control board issue. To my surprise it was! He showed me the fried board and it was inexpensive to fix and he did it quickly! Highly recommend A & Z Mechanical. I'm sure someone else would've just said we needed a new furnace, so I am a very happy customer!

What a great experience. We closed on a new house and it needed AC installed. From the start Lee in the office was so great and corresponding with us. Carlos and James were our installers and did a stellar job. I could ask for better service. They installed the hvac for the builder and were able to get us a quote from pics and all there info they had on the file.

They then got us the regional building inspectors name that helped my mother in law that had a health issue when they were there. They were so organized that got us that persons info right away so we could send a thank you letter to them. Thank you for everything A&Z. Great job.

I don't even think they deserve one star. Lady on the phone I think her name is leean was very rude. Hung up the phone before I was even able to ask for rates smh I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND! Terrible don't run a business if you can't be a people person!

Very great service. Excellent communication. We have had small jobs and big jobs with Zonn(15 yrs).No need to worry. This family run business is a pleasure to work with.

Bad work and worse customer service. I would not recommend as they do not return calls or e mails even if your trying to give them business. Maybe they are just to busy which is good for them but bad for you

I guess it sucks to be a homeowner with a small ventilation job. Zonn, owner, called me back after about a week, and blew me off, stating that he had too much new construction work and was not interested. I even offered to wait as long as needed as I have been living with the problem for 4 years now. Nope, nada, forget it! go call somebody else. I was really blown away as he had been referred by a fellow contractor.

I'll make sure my neighbors on Nextdoor and the referral friend know to not call A & Z Mechanical unless they are a General Contractor building new homes out East or North of the city where Zonn can make fast and big bucks. 5 Thumbs down for this loser.

Service is A + and Five Star all the way around. In Early December my 4 yr old Armstrong Heater would not work for several reasons, that I would soon come to find out. I had tried to get it back on for 3 days and trying to avoid a 300 bill, I lasted until the 3rd day when the weather dropped and I was going to freeze. I was referred by an Armstrong dealer to call Zonn at A & Z.

He had several emergent calls that day and agreed to add me to the list. He was able to come early afternoon and spent some time figuring out the thermostat upstairs and the furnace downstairs. Making numerous trips. He was very efficient in fixing the furnace and actually ended up charged me quite a bit less than I was quoted by other companies that would have been several days to come out.
