We called Climate Design last year because we had no heat, they came twice to fix the same problem. Our heat went out again last week, I called them and left a message.4 days with no call. My husband called and left another message yesterday, no return call. Finally, my husband called the emergency line. With no call back and my home sitting at 64 degrees with small children, we called another company that was able to get to our home within the hour.
They considered this situation and EMERGENCY. This company is eager to take your money but the quality of work is less that 1 star. The company that came out to fix our heat, stated what was wrong and said our system had never been cleaned. We paid Climate Design to clean it out last year! I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.

I had a humidifier installed in October and it STILL isn't working. I have called, left many voicemails, even emailed multiple times to try to get ahold of them to come take a look and have not heard anything back. The guy that installed it was super nice and friendly. I am about to actually show up in person to their office to get this resolved. It's like they did the job and abandoned me.
This IS NOT how you do business. NOT recommended due to VERY poor communication. UPDATE: They finally contacted me ironically shortly after I posted that review. The original installation technician came onsite free of charge and modified the unit as well as seemed to be very knowladgeable of what the issue was. However, my hunidity is still very low and he said it's normal for this specific unit. Why did I get this thing in the first place?

Mike Edde, the owner of Climate Design, covered for one of his techs who was out for the day. This was only an inspection and cleaning, but Mike took the time to show me what he was doing and what to look for in the future if I have problems. He was a pleasure to talk with and professional - excellent! I found my new HVAC go-to company!

Bob, the tech at Climate Design, provided me with service above and beyond my expectation. I called Mike Edde at Climate Design for a second opinion after another company told me I needed a new furnace to the tune of $6700. My furnace is 14 yrs. old and I've never had trouble with it. I called the first company for a routine winterization i.e. cleaning and filter replacement.
When Bob came out, he said there was nothing wrong with the furnace that a thorough cleaning wouldn't take care of. He also called the manufacturer and found out if there had been a serious issue, the major parts are covered for 25 years! Terrible or incompetent that the first company would try and sell me an unnecessary, ultra expensive furnace. BTW, Bob made some minor changes to the filter compartment to make it easier to change the filter in the future. Thank you, Climate Design!

Mike at Climate Design is great. Prompt, professional, friendly and he is very knowledgeable. He explains everything in simple, easy to understand terms. He does fabulous work at a very reasonable price. We had our humidifier replaced recently and it was done in less than 2 hours and for under $450 for the unit and installation. Definitely going to call him for all our HVAC needs. I will also be referring all my family, friends & neighbors to Climate Design who need any HVAC services. Thanks Mike!
