VERY disappointing experience. Provided my information online at Home Depot for a mini split installation. The company picked it up, called me and set up an appointment for an estimate. Representative came, took a look and stated they won't install anything from Home Depot.rather sell their own brand. How is this doing business on behalf of Home Depot?

I had an excellent experience with Home Depot and Sun Tech Mechanical, Inc. who installed my new A/C. Sun Tech sales agent Juan Munoz was especially courteous and always accessible throughout the installation process. He answered all my questions thoroughly and was prompt and attentive. Juan Munoz made sure the job was completed exactly as promised. I am very pleased with the new system and especially the agent Juan Munoz going above and beyond expectations. Thank you!
