The other night, my water heater pipe burst. Water was coming out from my walls and flooded my whole garage. I checked for fast responses and Scott Plumming responded in minutes. It's nice to have a 24 hour service. Thank you Jessie for fixing the busted pipe and preventing it from bursting again! Thank you Scott Plumming for your services. The great job they did on installing Refrigerated air in my house and 4 different family members homes. They follow up on there work and really do honor all their warranty work. I had moved here from VA and had a great HVAC team. My A/C had stopped. I reached out to the people who installed my refrigerated A/C. They never called me back. So I looked on the Westside for an alternative. Called Scott Heating and Cooling. They came out quickly as possible. They told me what to do in the meantime. I followed the directions. It was 89° in my house!
They came in, were very professional, appearance was proper and went to work. Turned out it was a dirty filter and a clogged elbow. They replaced the filter and showed me how to do it. Told me I should replace every 3 months. Flushed out the clog and inspected thoroughly to see if there was any other problem. Nothing else was wrong. Both techs were knowledgeable and courteous.
I decided I wanted them to do my yearly inspections! The original installers just lost me as a customer and a friend of mine who wanted to know how it went! Thanks so much, Sal. His partner was also great. I'm sorry. Can't remember his name. This company is like it used to be here in El Paso. I will have no other and recommend them! I am a senior citizen and good customer service matters to me!

I have worked with a couple other AC companies in El Paso, and my experience with this company has been great. Not only did they arrive in a timely manner, but they actually explained everything to me. We have 3 units (it's a commercial property) and the front one is now running better than it has in years. And they are currently working on repairing the other two.
Another company had been out 3 times prior to me calling Scott and the other company had be convinced that the only way to fix the problem was by adding another unit. So not only are they saving me money but they are actually fixing my AC units. In my experience they're the best place in town.

Scotty, Adrian, and the whole team here have been nothing but a pleasure to work with for nearly 5 years. Our Trane system has been installed and maintained by them during this period. This business has been quick to adjust to my schedule, very personable, on-time, beat, and their quality of work is really great. I couldn't ask for a more reliable team!

Called them last year for them to look at our upstairs unit that was not cooling. I remember the technician showing up at around 5:30 and rushing through everything, I mean, who works after 5:30 pm? At least that was my impression. After checking the unit and vents, he told me that the unit was running low on gas, but that the air coming out of the vents was still reasonable at 65 degrees.
He added more gas and then said that the upstairs wasn't cooling enough simply because of the way the vents were built. Let's blame it on the builder now! Interesting because it's the same system downstairs. Fast forward to a few weeks ago when the issue started again. I called another company. I had explained what the previous person had said.
The gas was low again, but these people did what this guy didn't do - because it was 5:30 and he was on a rush. They ran a leak test and voila! There was the issue. The fact that this person brushed off the issue, perhaps because he was in a hurry or maybe because he didn't have sufficient experience or knowledge, is reason enough for a one star rating and for not doing business with this company again.

Scott Heating & Cooling put in my cooling and heating. These guys were the best. They were so professional and I could overhear their conversation while they were working and they weren't cussing or using dirty language. They carried themselves with a great professionalism that I wasn't even expecting. Their service, as well as their contractors, were excellent.

We had to call Scott heating and cooling to check for carbon monoxide and they responded immediately. As it turns out, we had a serious problem. They sprang into action immediately and scheduled a crew to install a furnace and did an outstanding job! They were able to finish the job in 2 days. The crew was professional and QUICK. I see a lot of bad experiences, but everything worked out for us.

I want to thank Scott Heating and Cooling for contacting me about my last post. I'm happy to say that since then the issue has been resolved. By taking the time to review my contract and verifying that i had a warranty, all the repairs were done at no cost. Would i recommend Scotts to others? Yes, but the consumer should know their contract and it's warranties. Thank you again Scott Heating and Cooling, i'm one COOL(lol) and happy customer.

The company was called out to perform preventive maintenance on my home's ac units. I paid up front for two visit. The technician performing the work was there for 30 minutes and said everything was working perfectly with no leaks. A month later, one of my units was blowing warm air. I called them again and they sent a different technician to inspect the unit.
This one informed me the unit had been leaking for a while and further work was needed. I was given three options: 1) New System 6300.00 2) Replace evaporators coil 1875.00 3) Add leak sealant 488.00. Because of the conflicting stories from the technicians, I decided to get a second opinion. A different company came out and said the diagnosis given by Scott Heating and Cooling was wrong.
He further explained the valve where the gauges get connected to was the issue. They replaced the caps, filled the unit with the little Freon needed and the unit was repaired. Cost was 130.00.

Terrible customer service and even worse management. In an industry where customer service is your first appearance you would think that would be a priority to them. This company is beyond unprofessional. I wouldn't consider them as an option for your heating and cooling needs. There are too many others to pick from to use a company that lacks in any type of integrity. No way would I use them ever again for my home, they are just TERRIBLE!

No shows on their employees We called this company late last night, (July 4th) based on the reviews and that they were 24hours. Our AC unit quit blowing cold air and our homes temp was in the 90s. We were told someone would be out at 9am today.(July 5th) 9am passed and noone showed. My husband called the guy who answered and sounded as If he just woke up Asking my husband if 11am was better. Extremely disappointed. Even with a holiday-- shouldn't make appointments for customers if they can't make them.

I had four quotes for a new AC unit. The quote from Scott Contracting was the best, they installed a 4 ton unit with upgraded vents and a touch screen thermostat. The other quotes which were similar in cost were for a four ton with no upgraded vents and no touchscreen thermostat. Scott contracting was on time for everything, extremely professional and they even finished earlier than I expected. I would recommend them 100%!
