I have called Gonzales Heating and Cooling 3 times this month to handle 3 separate ac installs and each time they were on time, professional and so nice. They even traveled to our house in Ruidoso to install. Will be recommending them to anyone I know for future work needed! Services: Installation, HVAC duct & vent installation, Install AC

Service Technician Octavio was incredibly nice and professional. Our AC stopped working and we ended up having to wait for a part to be ordered before it could be fixed under warranty, our two year old son was not happy and we were miserable. Octavio brought us a small AC unit that we were able to put in his room until our central unit could be fixed. He went the extra mile and was super helpful. 10/10 recommend.

Jorge the sales rep was great! Unfortunately, I cannot say the same about the technician. They had to come to my house a second time to install a vent cover. I was told they were going to be home around 4:30 PM, but they got here an hour later. My son let them in and started to look for the vent in the garage, but didn't find it. He stepped away for 2 minutes to tell me that techs were here and to ask for the vent, but the technician said that he found it.

This means they (the technician(s) )were in my garage searching for the vent without supervision and without permission. The technician installed the vent in less than 30 min. The problem is that he didn't tell me that they were done, they just left! I was expecting a better services for the $9,100.00 I paid.

Gonzalez heating and cooling are great. Came into town for funeral services and a/c at in laws went out. Called Gonzalez heating and cooling and they had someone there quickly and got it fixed. Mike and his crew are great, highly recommend them. Thanks Gonzalez heating and cooling.

Awesome heating and cooling company in El Paso! We were looking to replace a 30-year-old furnace so we called Gonzales as they had great reviews and ratings. Jorge and Rachel came out and were very knowledgeable from the start. They were very professional and explained everything in detail. Jorge made sure we understood how everything works from the brands, SEER and TONS. Rachel was very sweet and made us feel comfortable with any questions and concerns we had.

We had a couple of heating companies come over but they were too desperate to close the deal and only gave us limited information. One of the other companies didn't even want to give the model number that he quoted us and only said it was a good one. Overall, Gonzalez Heating and Cooling are honest, friendly and transparent with their clients. I highly recommend this company without hesitation. Gonzalez installed our refrigerated air and went ahead and got our furnace replaced with a new central heating unit. Our refrigerated air has worked wonderfully this summer and really helped us beat the heat. I'm looking ahead to a cozy winter too. We deeply appreciate the team that installed our units. We have enjoyed both the heating this winter, and the cooling this past summer, as we had a heating and cooling system installed by Gonzalez. They also installed new ductwork and registers. Our house is so very comfortable now.

About a year ago, Gonzalez Mechanical installed a new central heating system to replace our old furnace. And we had refrigerated air put in too. Our house is more comfortable now ALL YEAR than it has ever been before. They do great work, and I highly recommend them!

We had a really bad airflow problem, low pressure, low flow. We were losing air. But they fixed the problem. Our place is much more comfortable with the new ductwork they installed. Their work is perfect!

Mike and his team do excellent work. All the ducts, registers, and heating & cooling system they installed last winter kept us very warm and snug, and this summer has been very cool and relaxing. We are in love with the system Gonzalez Heating & Cooling installed, it's absolutely wonderful.
