Joe and Tony were amazing. They were on time and quickly took care of the problem with my AC. My favorite thing is that they reminded me many times that there is a 30 day warranty on the work they performed. This is how a business should be run. There are not enough words that can express how amazing this company is. I had my AC installed by Total Air about 6 years ago and they did a wonderful job. My upstairs AC unit started having some issues and they quickly accommodated me with an appointment. Their communication was on point from the start. They text and message you from the start until the actual appointment time. Joe was amazing and explained everything.

He was very honest and very detailed about everything. I don't know if everyone working there is the same as Joe but I feel very fortunate to get Joe as my technician. Thank you for everything guys!

While I did not use this company, Mr. Christian Roennebeck, the Project Manager was on time to the appointment and provide me answers and a written estimate within hours, the same day. Would consider this company again for my next project. Thank you!

I'm conflicted writing this review because at first I was happy with their business. My issue came when we kept failing inspections and they scheduled the inspection months after finishing the job. I think we failed 2 or 3 times for them not covering the unit correctly, them not making sure the breaker was the correct size and for something else that I can't remember.

Either way I feel like these are things that should be checked as part of wrapping up the job. They did cover all the costs and did what needed to be done but I gotta say it was such an inconvenience to have to keep taking time off work or trying to figure things out for the city inspectors to come. I don't think I would recommend because like I said I feel that what we failed should have been part of the checklist of things to check before saying the job was done.

Response to reply The big issue was that your personnel didn't check for simple things when installing the unit. If they would of done the job right to begin with we would of pass when the first inspector came not until the 3rd inspector. Take some responsibility for the bad job the people you have working with your company did, don't blame the city inspectors because like I said if your workers would of done the job right since the beginning only 1 inspectors would of been out and we would of passed. Maybe let your workers know to make sure and double check everything before saying a job is done.

A review was posted by ADM as follows: I scheduled an appointment three weeks out, which fell on a Friday, because they said they were booked up until then. My appointment date came and went. They didn't call or show up. I called them on the Monday after our appointment and they stated they had no appointment for me. Very disappointed. Will not be calling them again. **The owner then responded that it was fictitious and to remove it.

How dare you and how very unprofessional. We have cell phone logs to verify the call when the appointment was scheduled. Who would make that up? I assure you this is not trolling and not your competitors. A GOOD business owner would try to resolve this or at least get more information before acting like a child on Google. Way to run you business. now everyone can see how you handle complaints. Way to go.

My cooler stopped working in the middle of August. Five quotes and a week later I decided to go with Total Air. They had great reviews and hd serviced my AC unit right before the season started. I had a great impression of the service guy Joe which was one a big factor in deciding to go with this really expensive company. Total Air was the second most expensive quote being a couple of grand more.

Only Costco's Lennox units were more expensive. They scheduled me said it would take at most two days to get the unit up and running. The new AC is for a rental unit attached to my main house. Total air sub contracted the electrical work to Alpine electric and those people did not even bother showing up the second day to get the unit running.

The sub contractor had to upgrade my electrical box and said it would take four hours. They took down my power for one and a half days turning it back on when they left. They missed a few sections of the house and I did not have power to the rental unit and spare freezer, which I didn't realize till the second day. Needless to say most of the food ended up defrosting and I had to toss a bunch of stuff.

My manager had worked with me too take the initial two days that was estimated for the install off for training, as a remote employee I was forced to take all that unplanned time off as PTO! The sub contractors were also smokers which I guess is fine as they lit up on property without even asking. The issue with that is they left cigarette butts on my floor which is not okay by any measure.

As this unit was for the rental I begged Total Air to install the the thermostat where the control for the old swamp cooler went in the rental unit. They refused because they said it would be too much work as the wire for the thermostat was closer to the old house so they left the wire exposed with a hole through the brick. Very sloppy job rather at least try to install the wire inside the wall as it originated from the roof.

Now I have the thermastat no where near the rental which is freezing because the thermostat is in a large area that takes longer to cool. It was a huge mistake to go with this company because of the extra cost, two week lead time and their poor choice of sub contractors. The end cost if you include the extra PTO was almost $4k more than the next quote from Empire Refrigeration which could have began the work the same week I got the quote. Empire said they could complete the install with the electrical upgrade a day and a half.

It took Total Air three weeks to start the job and another week to get the system installed which did not include them patching the hole they cut in the ceiling to drop the thermostat line which took almost another week to get someone out for that.

After real frustration with another local HVAC company I had done business with for 16 years, I called Total Air for a quote. Luis came out the next day looked everything over, gave me a quote found inventory, and 48 later was on the schedule for installation. Installation day crew showed up (on time) and installed the new unit, thermostat, and made sure the system was operational. I don't write many testimonials but they earned this one.

We've been using Total Air for years. They're a fantastic company. Most recently, we had service done by Manny Miller. He is very professional and courteous. He didn't have parts in his truck, so he went to Lowe's to get everything. He personally checked in us a few days later to make sure all is good. He's an incredible asset to the team! Thank you!

We had refrigerated air conditioner/furnace units installed a few months ago. We barely started using the a/c on a regular basis about a week ago, and we're loving it so far! Fernie Guerrero was an excellent project manager, getting our quote, and getting the scheduling set. The install was done in pretty much one day. They removed our old swamp cooler/heater units, hauled 'em away, and the install crew was courteous, fast and efficient.

The contracted electrician and crane operator were all so helpful and friendly as well. Due to a bad part from the manufacturer, they had to come back after getting a new part from their warehouse in El Paso. But they were here bright and early, and got our units working. We even had follow-up calls to be sure. All in all, this is a great company. Kudos to everyone from the office staff to their amazing install crews. I would definitely recommend these guys.

Twenty-year old home and, you guessed it, the heater was going south. One call, one quote (no need for more since 'Total Air' had all the positive reviews and their offer was most acceptable). The job was finished as promised, the installation crew knew their job, and all the details taken care of without any need to ask. In short TOTAL AIR.

Unfortunately, Total Air has been a complete disappointment. After installing the A/C unit on our new roof, multiple leaks were found in our roof. Unnecessary holes were drilled into the new roof in multiple areas of the roof causing these leaks and now Total Air is unwilling to correct their mistakes correctly. Before installation we advised Total Air of our daughters health issues and her being extremely allergic to molds and we were reassured that everything would be sealed tight with no leakage.

Here we sit a month later with a leaky roof caused by Total Air unable to use the two new addition rooms because of the leaks. We hired Total Air with the understanding they were bonded in El Paso when in fact they are not. It is unfortunate that a company can admit to the mistakes they made but will not take responsibility to fix them correctly. Buyer beware! If I was able to give 0 stars I would have.

I believe that once you convert to refrigerated air you should have cold air blowing in each and every room of the house. I am a home renter, and it's like pulling teeth to get the landlord to fix anything. Total Air installed refrigerated air back in 2015 in this rental home. I understand things happen along the way and maintenance is needed. My office room was hot as hell to say the least, because there was a limited amount of air coming through the vent.

I called Total Air myself and stressed my concerns. I spoke to Luis, and he asked me to please give them a chance to see what they could do to fix the problem. The next day not only did Luis show up, but Brandon the Owner/President, and Orlando the technician. Not even an hour and problem solved! Plus they explained everything they did, which is rare with most companies.

Not to mention, they also added a new copper line to the existing one that was hanging from the roof. If you want clean, professional, honest, and respectful people to work on your a.c. or conversion to refrigerated air, call Total Air, you wont be sorry!

This is the best AC service in El Paso. They are 100% honest, on time, knowledgable and polite. Joe, my technician, was just great. I never felt like he was trying to upsell me anything I didn't need. I would definitely use them again.

The salesperson did not try to upsell me. He listened to what I desired and then came up with possible solutions. Other companies I talked with would tried to sell me what they had an interest in instead of what I wanted. The installation team was just totally outstanding! They worked very well, professional, and cleaned up everything. I could not be happier with the service.

I appreciated that Albert, Total Air's project manager, took the time to explain everything to me before my purchase. He was great! The new system is so quiet and comfortable. I am so happy I chose Total Air for this purchase. They have all been great to work with!

We are in the middle of a kitchen renovation which included a new range and hood. I had called several companies before calling Total Air, nobody was willing to help. Total Air was up to the challenge.

Total Air has the best prices and service. The owner, Brandon Brooks, is absolutely the best. We bought a combination A/C and heating unit and because Total Air did such a great job, we also bought a tankless water heater from them.

In a word: fantastic! From our quote to the service, I can't say enough what a great experience we had. Not only are their prices well below other companies, the work is superb. An added plus is the fact they and all their subcontractors (electricians, etc.) are licensed and bonded -- not to mention everything is included in 1 price! We had a quote within 36 hours of calling, and our a/c installed just 3 days later (which included a weekend). The crew was courteous, efficient, and total pros. They even hauled away our old nasty swamp cooler when they left. Highly recommend!
